Iran to establish ‘Islamic’ dress for professional women

The Secretary of the Women and Family Affairs Office of the Ministry of Interior said that the initial phase of the Plan for the Fashion and Dress of Working Women in Tehran had been carried out.
“In this plan, we are not looking to coordinate or make uniforms for working women”, she said.
“In the designing of the clothes of the working women, our stress is on it being compatible with the work in question and Islamic laws”, Zahra Abbasi added.
“[Only] colors and designs will be considered that are compatible with [Islamic teachings related to women] and surely hot colors that are not suitable for the workplace will not be used”, she stressed.
“Women’s covering and dress in the workplace has to provide for the security of the workplace and instead of being flashy it should shed light on the moral character of women”, Abbasi said. (Mehr state-run News Agency – Jan. 23, 2012)

مديرکل دفتر امور زنانو خانواده وزارت کشور از اجراي فاز نخست طرح مد و لباس پوشش مشاغل در استان تهران خبرداد و گفت:در اين طرح هماهنگي و يکسان سازي پوشش مشاغل بانوان مد نظر ما نيست.

زهرا عباسي درگفتگوبا خبرنگارمهر با بيان اينکه در جشنواره مد و لباس امسال طرحي باعنوان "فکر نو"اجرايي مي شود که بخش نخست آن به ارائه لباس مشاغل اختصاص دارد گفت: درطراحي لباس مشاغلتاکيد ما تناسب با شغل مورد نظر و حفظ ضوابط اسلامي است.

وي با اشاره به مدلها و رنگهاي انتخابي براي لباس مشاغل گفت: رنگ ها و طرح هايي در نظر گرفته مي شود کهمتناسب با شئونات خانم ها باشد و مطمئنا از رنگهاي تند که زيبنده محيط کار نيست استفادهنخواهد شد.

عباسي تاکيد کرد: پوششبانوان در محيط هاي کاري بايد به گونه اي باشد که امنيت محيط کاري تامين شود وبه جايخودنمايي شخصيت معنوي زنان مورد توجه قرار گيرد. (مهر – 3/11/90)

Iran cracks down on free speech in upcoming Majlis elections

The Kerman Prosecutor said that the judiciary had ‘established a special [court] branch in the Kerman Province, like in other regions’ and was determined to ‘deal decisively with all internet crimes in all areas [quickly] and without leniency’.
“The other issues that we stress on is avoiding all kinds of [propaganda] for a person [candidate] or a specific group, keeping in mind the general interests of the Islamic Republic, society and people and more sensibly examining the news and articles that are prepared for the media”, the head of the Kerman Staff to Counter and Prevent Election Crimes said.
“Respecting the values [of the Iranian regime], protecting the achievements of the government, and avoiding slandering are issues that have to be kept in mind”, he stressed. (ISNA state-run News Agency – Jan. 18, 2012)

Suicide rate on the rise in Iran

The lack of numbers on the suicide rate is one of the most important concerns regarding its prevention.
The head of the national congress on Suicide and Related Behaviors in Zanjan said, “The lack of the exact numbers of suicide is one of the most important concerns in preventing this issue because there is no supervising body on this issue”...
“Not presenting the exact numbers of suicide leads to the lack of research in this regard and in light of the raising numbers [of suicide] this issue is alarming”, Jafar Attari told reporters.
He compared statistics in 1981 when 3 out of 1000 people committed suicide to 2002 when 7 out of 1000 people committed suicide...
“Currently, based on these numbers, 4,500 people commit suicide on a yearly basis and in the last two decades people aged from 15 to 24 have been determined as more prone to committing suicide”, Attari added. (ISNA state-run News Agency – Jan. 25, 2012)

Close to 400 people punished for watching satellite channels in Malayer; Iran looking to ban internet

The Prosecutor of Malayer said that from the beginning of the [Persian] year, 372 people have been sentenced in court on charges of using satellite [channels].
“Last year, 245 people were sentenced and in 2009 overall 112 people were punished for keeping and using satellite equipment”, Mehdi Ahmadi Tajvid said.
“Judicial measures to counter the use of satellite equipment were carried out this year as it was carried out last year and the signs of this can be seen”, he added...
“We are looking to ban satellite [channels], the internet, indecent CD’s and other satellite equipment that threatens families and measures have to also be taken regarding the correct culture for cellphone use”, he stressed. (ISNA state-run News Agency – Jan. 22, 2012)

رييس ستاد پيش بيني،پيشگيري و مقابله با جرايم انتخاباتي شهرستان کرمان، گفت: پرهيز از هرگونه فضاسازيبراي شخص يا گروه خاص، توجه به مصالح کلي نظام جمهوري اسلامي،‌ جامعه و مردم و بررسيهوشمندانه‌تر و مدبرانه تر مطالب آماده شده براي انعکاس در رسانه ها از ديگر مواردمورد تاکيد است.

نداشتن آمار دقيق خودکشي،مهمترين دغدغه پيشگيري از اين آسيب است

دبير اجرايي همايشملي «خودکشي و رفتارهاي مرتبط» در زنجان، گفت: نداشتن آمار دقيق خودکشي، مهم‌ترين دغدغهدر پيشگيري از اين آسيب است، چرا كه مرجع متولي در اين خصوص وجود ندارد و اگر هم هست،موازي‌کاري مي‌کنند.

به گزارش خبرنگار«اجتماعي» خبرگزاري دانشجويان ايران (ايسنا)، جعفر عطاري‌مقدم امروز در جمع خبرنگارانبا بيان اين مطلب، اظهار کرد: موازي‌کاري و عدم ارائه آمار دقيق در زمينه خودکشي، موجبعدم مطالعات همه جانبه و کارشناسانه در اين زمينه شده است که با توجه به آمار فزاينده،اين موضوع زنگ خطري براي همه است.

وي با اشاره به اينکهبر اساس آمار، در سال 1360 فراواني خودکشي 3 نفر در هر صد هزار نفر بود که اين ميزاندر پايان سال 80 به 7 نفر در صد هزار نفر افزايش يافته است...

عطاري‌مقدم، با اشارهبه آمار اقدام به خودکشي در کشور، خاطرنشان کرد: در حال حاضر براساس اين آمار، سالانه4 هزار و 500 نفر اقدام به خودکشي مي‌کنند، که آمار فراواني در شهرهاي مختلف متفاوتاست،همچنين طي دو دهه اخير سن 15 تا 24 سال از سنين مستعد به اقدام خودکشي در کشورشناخته شده است. (ايسنا – 5/11/90)

رييس دادگستري شهرستانملاير گفت: از ابتداي سال جاري تا كنون 372 نفر به اتهام استفاده از ماهواره محکومشده‌اند.

به گزارش خبرگزاريدانشجويان ايران (ايسنا) ـ منطقه همدان، مهدي احمدي تجويد طي سخناني در شوراي فرهنگعمومي ملاير با اعلام اين خبر تصريح کرد: در سال گذشته 245 نفر و در سال 88 کل افراديکه در بحث نگهداري و استفاده از تجهيزات ماهواره‌اي به مجازات رسيدند، 112 نفر بودند.

وي افزود: اقداماتقضايي پيرامون مبارزه با استفاده از تجهيزات دريافت از ماهواره‌ در سال جاري نيز مانندسال‌هاي گذشته انجام شد كه آثارش قابل مشاهده است...

احمدي تجويد همچنيناز کشف ديش‌هاي ماهواره و مشروبات الکلي در خانه‌هايي که به عنوان محل فساد شناختهشده‌اند خبر داد و تاکيد کرد: ما به دنبال منع استفاده از ماهواره، اينترنت، سي‌ديهاي مبتذل و لوازم جانبي ماهواره‌اي که موجب تهديد خانواده‌ها مي‌شود، هستيم. دربارهفرهنگ صحيح استفاده از گوشي‌هاي تلفن همراه نيز اقداماتي بايد صورت گيرد. Iran arrests 3 journalists in Tehran in ongoing media crack down

Three journalists, Parastoo Dokohaki, Sahamoddin Borqani and Marzieh Rasouli, were arrested in Tehran.
Sahamoddin Borqani who is the son of Ahmad Borqani, a former Tehran representative in the Majlis and the Assistant Head of the Media of Khatami’s Guidance Minister was arrested on Tuesday January 17.
Parastoo Dokohaki, journalist, blogger and researcher on women’s issues was also arrested on January 15. (Aftab state-run website, Jahan News state-run website – Jan. 19, 2012)

Security forces arrest peddlers and shut down internet service company in ‘moral’ crackdown
Security forces arrested a number of peddlers on charges of selling ‘anti-cultural goods’ in the town of Asad Abad in Hamedan and shut down an internet service company in Shahin Shahr in Isfahan.
“With the aim of dealing with the production and distribution of anti-cultural goods which were sold by peddlers in the streets of Asad Abad, a number of banned CD’s were discovered and a number of these peddlers were arrested by the police”, the Asad Abad SSF commander said. Gohardasht Political prisoners denied proper food and treatment in ongoing pressures
According to reports, from a few days ago, inhumane pressures have increased against political prisoners in the Gohardasht Prison in Karaj. An example of these pressures is the reduction of the quality and quantity of the prisoners’ food. The dinner given to political prisoners which was one egg, one potatoes and one piece of bread has been replaced with 15 grams of halva and a small, thin piece of factory bread and the quantity of all other meals given to prisoners has been lowered as well.
On the other hand, in a coordinated measure, simultaneously with the reduction of the quantity and quality of food, the prison shops that usually sold expired canned foods have largely stopped selling canned foods and other goods.
The head of Gohardasht Prison, Mohammad Mardani, had threatened political prisoners before this that if sanctions were increased, the first people that would have to pay were political prisoners.
In other reports, ailing political prisoners who are taken to the infirmary in critical condition are also pressured. For example, an ailing political prisoner who is prescribed 30 pills for his ailment only receives 10 of the pills.
Notably, telephones used by political prisoners have been cut off since January 2011. A number of political prisoners such as Arjang Davoudi and Loqman and Zaniar Moradi have been banned from family visits with their families. (Human Rights and Democracy Activists in Iran – Jan. 25, 2012)

بازداشت چندين دستفروشو پلمپ يک واحد خدمات رايانه‌اي

ماموران انتظامي شهرستاناسداباد همدان چندين دستفروش را، به اتهام "فروش اقلام ضد فرهنگي" دستگيركردند و يک واحد صنفي خدمات رايانه‌اي نيز در شاهين شهر اصفهان به همين اتهام پلمپشد.

به گزارش پليس، مالميرفرمانده انتظامي شهرستان اسداباد در خصوص بازداشت دستفروشان در اين شهر مي‌گويد:"با هدف برخورد با تهيه و توزيع اقلام ضد فرهنگي و لوح هاي فشرده كه توسط دستفروشاندر خيابان هاي اسداباد توزيع مي‌شد تعدادي سي‌دي غيرمجاز كشف و ضبط شد و تعدادي ازدستفروشان توسط اين پليس دستگير شدند." کاهش شديد کيفي و کميغذاي زندانيان سياسي در زندان گوهردشت کرج

بنا‌به گزارشات رسيدهبه ”فعالين حقوق‌بشر و دموکراسي در ايران“ از چند روز گذشته فشارهاي غيرانساني عليهزندانيان سياسي در زندان گوهردشت کرج شدت يافته است. از جمله فشارهايي که عليه زندانيانسياسي بکار برده مي‌شود کاهش زياد کميت و کفيت غذاي زندان مي‌باشد. شام زندانيان سياسيکه از يک عدد تخم مرغ و يک عدد سيب زميني و نان بود حذف شده است و در طي چند شب گذشتهبه‌طور متوالي به جاي آن حلواي 15 گرمي و يک عداد نان ماشيني کوچک و نازک تبديل شدهاست و به همين نسبت ساير وعده‌هاي غذايي زندانيان سياسي به‌لحاظ کمي و کيفي تقليل يافتهاست.

از طرفي ديگر در يکاقدام هماهنگ، همزمان با کاهش کميت و کيفيت غذا، فروشگاه زندان که معمولاً غذاهاي کنسرويآن تاريخ منقضي مي‌باشد غذاي کنسروي و ساير کالاهاي ديگر را تا حد زيادي کاهش دادهاست.

محمد مرداني رئيس زندانگوهردشت کرج پيش از اين زندانيان سياسي را تهديد کرده بود که در صورت شدت يافتن تحريمها، اولين کساني که بايد بهاي آن را بدهند شماها (زندانيان سياسي) خواهيد بود.

هم‌چنين زندانيان سياسيکه در شرايط حاد جسمي به‌سر مي‌برند و به بهداري زندان منتقل مي‌شوند به‌عنوان مثالدرصورتي‌که پزشک بهداري زندان در نسخه 30 عدد قرص تجويز مي‌کند به آنها فقط 10 اعدداز آن داده مي‌شود...

لازم به يادآوري استکه تماس تلفني زندانيان سياسي از بهمن ماه سال 89 تا به‌حال قطع مي‌باشد و ملاقاتهابراي تعدادي از زندانيان سياسي به‌صورت کابيني مي‌باشد درصورتي‌که تعدادي از زندانيانسياسي مانند؛ ارژنگ داودي، لقمان و زانيار مرادي از سال گذشته تا به‌حال هيچگونه تماستلفني و يا ملاقات با خانواده‌هاي خود نداشتند. Death row political prisoner in critical condition after torture
Death row political prisoner Ali Afshari is in critical condition after suffering an internal bleeding as a result of torture in the Central Orumieh Prison.
According to reports, a few days after Afshari was injured while being tortured by prison officials, he was transferred to a hospital outside of prison but was returned to prison after getting treatment.
He is suffering from internal bleeding and is in critical condition.
This Kurd prisoner was sentenced to death on charges of enmity with God by the Mahabad Revolutionary Court. (Human Rights Activists in Iran – Jan. 24, 2012)

Man taken to medical doctor for eye gouging test
The man who beat Farzad Forouzesh, was taken to the medical doctor to be checked after requests for his eye to be gouged out as retribution. Forouzesh is a cleric and head of the prayers at the Tehran Medical Science University who started a fight with this man under the excuse of ‘promoting virtue and preventing vice’ and lost one his eyes because of the ensuing fight.
According to the Fars [state-run] News Agency, after Forouzesh requested the eye gouging, the judge presiding over the case asked prison officials to transfer the suspect to the medical doctor.
Based on this, last Monday, the culprit, while being escorted by prison guards, was taken to the medical doctor for experts to carry out tests to determine if the eye gouging could be carried out for him. (Nedaye Azadi website, Fars state-run News Agency – Jan. 26, 2012)

Political prisoner tortured and interrogated for commemorating killing of political prisoner
According to reports from Gohardasht Prison in Karaj, on Saturday January 21, political prisoner Afshin Baimani who is sentenced to life in prison was transferred to a solitary cell in the Sepah Cellblock which is run by the Ministry of Intelligence and was interrogated and psychologically tortured and threatened for more than five hours. This political prisoner was threated to death.
“It is very easy for us to make it so you won’t see another morning again”, he was told.
The main reason behind these interrogations was because of a letter he wrote to commemorate the anniversary of the death of political prisoner Ali Saremi [father of an Ashraf resident who was executed in December 2010].
Baimani was arrested in 2001 along with his pregnant wife and child and was under violent and sever torture for months in cellblock 209 in Evin Prison. He was sentenced to life in prison and has been detained in the notorious Gohardasht Prison ever since. His brother, Mehdi Baimani was shot and killed upon his arrest. وضعيت وخيم جسمي عليافشاري، زنداني سياسي محکوم به اعدام

وضعيت جسماني علي افشاري، زنداني سياسي محکوم بهاعدام به علت خونريزي داخلي بر اثر شکنجه‌ در زندان مرکزي اروميه وخيم است.

بنا به اطلاع گزارشگرانهرانا، ارگان خبري مجموعه فعالان حقوق بشر در ايران، پس از گذشت چند روز از مجروح شدنعلي افشاري زير شکنجه‌ي ‌مسئولان زندان، اين زنداني به‌ بيمارستاني خارج از زندان منتقلگشت اما علي‌رغم انجام معالجه‌اي ‌اساسي به ‌زندان بازگردانده‌ شده‌ است.

وي دچار خونريزي داخليشده ‌و حال وي وخيم مي باشد.

علي افشاري زندانيسياسي کُرد محبوس در زندان مرکزي اروميه، بنا بر راي دادگاه انقلاب شهر مهاباد به اتهاممحاربه با حکم مرگ مواجه است. (هرانا – 4/11/90)

دانشگاه، قصاص چشممي شود

ضارب فرزاد فروزش،روحاني امام جماعت دانشگاه علوم پزشکي تهران، که به بهانه نهي از منکر با شخصي درگيرشده بود و در اثر درگيري چشم خود را از دست داد، براي بررسي درخواست قصاص چشم به پزشکيقانوني منتقل شد.

به گزارش فارس، بعداز اينکه فرزاد فروزش، درخواست قصاص چشم کرد،قاضي پرونده نيز از مسئولان زندان خواست متهم را به پزشکي قانوني منتقل کنند.

برهمين اساس روز دوشنبهگذشته متهم به همراه مأموران زندان به پزشکي قانوني منتقل شد تا کارشناسان تحقيقاتپزشکي روي چشم وي را انجام دهند که مشخص شود که قابليت قصاص چشم وجود دارد يا خير.(نداي سبز – 6/11/90)

بازجويي چند ساعته،شکنجه روحي و تهديد زنداني سياسي افشين بايماني توسط بازجويان وزارت اطلاعات

بنابه گزارشات رسيدهبه "فعالين حقوق بشر و دمکراسي در ايران" روز شنبه اول آبان ماه زنداني سياسيافشين بايماني محکوم به حبس ابد به سلولها انفرادي بند سپاه که در دست بازجويان وزارتاطلاعات مي باشد برده شد و بيش از 5 ساعت تحت بازجويي و شکنجۀ رواني و تهديدات مختلف بازجويان وزارت اطلاعات قرار گرفت.بازجوي وزارت اطلاعاتزنداني سياسي افشين بايماني را چندين بار تهديد به قتل نمود و به او گفت :براي ما خيليراحت است که شب بخوابي و صبحي براي تو ديگر وجود نداشته باشد.

علت اصلي فراخواندنو بازجوي چند ساعت از زنداني سياسي افشين بايماني بخاطر انتشار نامه اي به مناسبت گراميداشتسالگرد شهيد راه آزادي مردم ايران علي صارمي بود.

زنداني سياسي افشينبايماني در سال 1379 همراه با همسر باردارش و فرزندش دستگير شد و ماه ها در سلولهايانفرادي بند 209 تحت شکنجه هاي وحشيانه جسمي و روحي بازجويان وزارت اطلاعات قرار گرفت.اوبه حبس ابد محکوم شد و از آن زمان تاکنون همچنان در زندان مخوف گوهردشت کرج زندانياست.برادرش زنده ياد مهدي بايماني در جريان دستگيري آنها با شليک گلوله پاسداران جانخود را فداي راه آزادي مردم ايران نمود. Iran secretly hangs RGC opponent along with 12 people in Shiraz
A dissident pilot in the Revolutionary Guards Corps was secretly hanged on January 16. This was sent to us by one of the personnel of the RGC Air Base in Shiraz. This report reads in part:
“Simultaneous with the execution of a number of robbers and troublemakers in Shiraz on January 16, 2012, we were surprised to be informed that one of the religious and very respectable pilots of the Shiraz RGC Airbase [Rahmatollah Heidari son of Hossein] was secretly hanged in Shiraz Prison along with these people”. Iran upholds death sentence for two Kurd political prisoners

According to human rights sources, two Kurd prisoners identified as Loqman and Zaniar Moradi were previously sentenced to public hanging on charges of enmity with God and killing the son of the head of the Marivan Friday Prayers by the 15th branch of the Revolutionary Court headed by Judge Salavati. Rajayi Prison officials verbally announced to them in the past few days that their sentence had been upheld by the Supreme Court.
“Last week, officials of the Rajayi Shahr Prison told these two Kurd prisoners that their sentences were upheld in the Supreme Court”, this source said.
“Loqman Moradi confirmed this report in a short phone call to his family and said that he was shocked from the news and in light of the fact that he had not received a written confirmation, hoped that [this was only a measure] to intimidate him”, the source added.
This source said that the lawyer of these two political prisoners had expressed surprise over the news and had told their families that the sentence had not been officially announced to him and that he would go to Tehran to pursue the case next week. The head of the Bushehr Judiciary said that in the near future, the perpetrators of the incident in the town of Abpakhsh will be publicly hanged.
According to the Public Relations Office of the Bushehr Judiciary, Heidar Bohrani said, “The case of the perpetrators of the Abpakhsh incident was pursued in a special way in the Bushehr courts and currently, with the verdict of the penal court, both criminals were sentenced to public hanging in the place of the incident and after the appeals process which led to the confirmations of the Supreme Court, the sentence will be carried out”...
“In the past two months, five public hangings were carried out in the Province of Bushehr in the towns of Jam, Dashtestan and Gonaveh to teach others a lesson”, Bohrani added. (ISNA – Jan. 25, 2012)

همزمان با اعدام چنديننفر از سارقان و اشرار در روز ۲۶ ديماه ۱۳۹۰ در شيراز، با خبر شديم که در کمال تعجبو ناباوري يکي از خلبانان مذهبي، متدين ، صديق، فهميده و بسيار محترم پايگاه هواييسپاه در شيراز (رحمت الله حيدري فرزند حسين) نيز همزمان با اين افراد با استفاده از شرايط خبريو در خفا (در زندان شيراز) به دار آويخته شده است. تائيد حکم اعدام دوزنداني سياسي کُرد: لقمان و زانيار مرادي

منابع حقوق بشر محلي به کمپين بين المللي حقوق بشر در ايران گفتند که دو زندانيسياسي کُرد به نامهاي لقمان و زانيار مرادي که پيشتر از سوي شعبه ۱۵ انقلاب اسلاميتهران به رياست قاضي صلواتي به اتهام محاربه و قتل فرزند امام جمعه شهر مريوان به اعدامدر ملاعام محکوم شده بودند، در طي روزهاي گذشته به صورت شفاهي از سوي مسئولين زندانرجايي شهر کرج به آنها اعلام شده است که حکم آنها در ديوان عالي کشور تائيد شده است.

منبع ياد شده به کمپينبين المللي حقوق بشر در ايران گفت: « هفته گذشته مسئولين زنداني رجايي شهر کرج به صورتشفاهي به اين دو زنداني سياسي کُرد اعلام کرده‌اند که حکم آنان در ديوان عالي کشورتائيد شده است. لقمان مرادي در طي چند روز گذشته طي تماس کوتاه با خانواده ضمن تائيداين خبر اعلام کرده است که از شنيدن اين خبر شوکه شده است و با توجه به اينکه به صورتکتبي ابلاغ حکم صورت نپذيرفته است اميدوار است که تنها جنبه رعب و وحشت داشته باشد.»

وي افزود که وکيل ايندو زنداني سياسي نيز از اعلام چنين خبري ابراز تعجب کرده و به خانواده‌ اين زندانياناعلام کرده که به صورت رسمي موضوع تائيد حکم به وي ابلاغ نشده است و وي طي روزهاي هفتهآينده براي پيگيري وضعيت رسيدگي به پروند در ديوان عالي کشور به تهران سفر خواهد کرد.(كميته دانشجويي دفاع از زندانيان سياسي – 5/11/90)

Political prisoner tortured and interrogated for commemorating killing of political prisoner

According to reports from Gohardasht Prison in Karaj, on Saturday January 21, political prisoner Afshin Baimani who is sentenced to life in prison was transferred to a solitary cell in the Sepah Cellblock which is run by the Ministry of Intelligence and was interrogated and psychologically tortured and threatened for more than five hours. This political prisoner was threated to death.
“It is very easy for us to make it so you won’t see another morning again”, he was told.
The main reason behind these interrogations was because of a letter he wrote to commemorate the anniversary of the death of political prisoner Ali Saremi [father of an Ashraf resident who was executed in December 2010].
Baimani was arrested in 2001 along with his pregnant wife and child and was under violent and sever torture for months in cellblock 209 in Evin Prison. He was sentenced to life in prison and has been detained in the notorious Gohardasht Prison ever since. His brother, Mehdi Baimani was shot and killed upon his arrest.

بازجوييچند ساعته ،شکنجه روحي و تهديد زنداني سياسي افشين بايماني توسط بازجويان وزارت اطلاعات

بنابهگزارشات رسيده به "فعالين حقوق بشر و دمکراسي در ايران" روز شنبه اول آبانماه زنداني سياسي افشين بايماني محکوم به حبس ابد به سلولها انفرادي بند سپاه که دردست بازجويان وزارت اطلاعات مي باشد برده شد و بيش از 5 ساعت تحت بازجويي و شکنجۀ رواني و تهديدات مختلف بازجويان وزارت اطلاعاتقرار گرفت.بازجوي وزارت اطلاعات زنداني سياسي افشين بايماني را چندين بار تهديد بهقتل نمود و به او گفت :براي ما خيلي راحت است که شب بخوابي و صبحي براي تو ديگر وجودنداشته باشد.

علتاصلي فراخواندن و بازجوي چند ساعت از زنداني سياسي افشين بايماني بخاطر انتشار نامهاي به مناسبت گراميداشت سالگرد شهيد راه آزادي مردم ايران علي صارمي بود.

زندانيسياسي افشين بايماني در سال 1379 همراه با همسر باردارش و فرزندش دستگير شد و ماه هادر سلولهاي انفرادي بند 209 تحت شکنجه هاي وحشيانه جسمي و روحي بازجويان وزارت اطلاعاتقرار گرفت.او به حبس ابد محکوم شد و از آن زمان تاکنون همچنان در زندان مخوف گوهردشتکرج زنداني است.برادرش زنده ياد مهدي بايماني در جريان دستگيري آنها با شليک گلولهپاسداران جان خود را فداي راه آزادي مردم ايران نمود. Man taken to medical doctor for eye gouging test

The man who beat Farzad Forouzesh, was taken to the medical doctor to be checked after requests for his eye to be gouged out as retribution. Forouzesh is a cleric and head of the prayers at the Tehran Medical Science University who started a fight with this man under the excuse of ‘promoting virtue and preventing vice’ and lost one his eyes because of the ensuing fight.
According to the Fars [state-run] News Agency, after Forouzesh requested the eye gouging, the judge presiding over the case asked prison officials to transfer the suspect to the medical doctor.
Based on this, last Monday, the culprit, while being escorted by prison guards, was taken to the medical doctor for experts to carry out tests to determine if the eye gouging could be carried out for him.

ضاربامام جماعت دانشگاه، قصاص چشم مي شود

ضاربفرزاد فروزش، روحاني امام جماعت دانشگاه علوم پزشکي تهران، که به بهانه نهي از منکربا شخصي درگير شده بود و در اثر درگيري چشم خود را از دست داد، براي بررسي درخواستقصاص چشم به پزشکي قانوني منتقل شد.

بهگزارش فارس، بعد از اينکه فرزاد فروزش، درخواستقصاص چشم کرد، قاضي پرونده نيز از مسئولان زندان خواست متهم را به پزشکي قانوني منتقلکنند.

برهميناساس روز دوشنبه گذشته متهم به همراه مأموران زندان به پزشکي قانوني منتقل شد تا کارشناسانتحقيقات پزشکي روي چشم وي را انجام دهند که مشخص شود که قابليت قصاص چشم وجود دارديا خير. (نداي سبز – 6/11/90)

Suicide rate on the rise in Iran

The lack of numbers on the suicide rate is one of the most important concerns regarding its prevention.
The head of the national congress on Suicide and Related Behaviors in Zanjan said, “The lack of the exact numbers of suicide is one of the most important concerns in preventing this issue because there is no supervising body on this issue”...
“Not presenting the exact numbers of suicide leads to the lack of research in this regard and in light of the raising numbers [of suicide] this issue is alarming”, Jafar Attari told reporters.
He compared statistics in 1981 when 3 out of 1000 people committed suicide to 2002 when 7 out of 1000 people committed suicide...
“Currently, based on these numbers, 4,500 people commit suicide on a yearly basis and in the last two decades people aged from 15 to 24 have been determined as more prone to committing suicide”, Attari added.

نداشتن آمار دقيق خودکشي، مهمترين دغدغه پيشگيري از اين آسيب است

دبير اجرايي همايش ملي «خودکشي و رفتارهاي مرتبط» در زنجان، گفت:نداشتن آمار دقيق خودکشي، مهم‌ترين دغدغه در پيشگيري از اين آسيب است، چرا كه مرجعمتولي در اين خصوص وجود ندارد و اگر هم هست، موازي‌کاري مي‌کنند.

به گزارش خبرنگار «اجتماعي» خبرگزاري دانشجويان ايران (ايسنا)،جعفر عطاري‌مقدم امروز در جمع خبرنگاران با بيان اين مطلب، اظهار کرد: موازي‌کاري وعدم ارائه آمار دقيق در زمينه خودکشي، موجب عدم مطالعات همه جانبه و کارشناسانه دراين زمينه شده است که با توجه به آمار فزاينده، اين موضوع زنگ خطري براي همه است.

وي با اشاره به اينکه بر اساس آمار، در سال 1360 فراواني خودکشي3 نفر در هر صد هزار نفر بود که اين ميزان در پايان سال 80 به 7 نفر در صد هزار نفرافزايش يافته است...

عطاري‌مقدم، با اشاره به آمار اقدام به خودکشي در کشور، خاطرنشانکرد: در حال حاضر براساس اين آمار، سالانه 4 هزار و 500 نفر اقدام به خودکشي مي‌کنند،که آمار فراواني در شهرهاي مختلف متفاوت است،همچنين طي دو دهه اخير سن 15 تا 24 سالاز سنين مستعد به اقدام خودکشي در کشور شناخته شده است. (ايسنا – 5/11/90)

Gohardasht Political prisoners denied proper food and treatment in ongoing pressures

According to reports, from a few days ago, inhumane pressures have increased against political prisoners in the Gohardasht Prison in Karaj. An example of these pressures is the reduction of the quality and quantity of the prisoners’ food. The dinner given to political prisoners which was one egg, one potatoes and one piece of bread has been replaced with 15 grams of halva and a small, thin piece of factory bread and the quantity of all other meals given to prisoners has been lowered as well.
On the other hand, in a coordinated measure, simultaneously with the reduction of the quantity and quality of food, the prison shops that usually sold expired canned foods have largely stopped selling canned foods and other goods.
The head of Gohardasht Prison, Mohammad Mardani, had threatened political prisoners before this that if sanctions were increased, the first people that would have to pay were political prisoners.
In other reports, ailing political prisoners who are taken to the infirmary in critical condition are also pressured. For example, an ailing political prisoner who is prescribed 30 pills for his ailment only receives 10 of the pills.
Notably, telephones used by political prisoners have been cut off since January 2011. A number of political prisoners such as Arjang Davoudi and Loqman and Zaniar Moradi have been banned from family visits with their families.

کاهش شديد کيفي و کمي غذاي زندانيان سياسي در زندان گوهردشت کرج

بنا‌به گزارشات رسيده به ”فعالين حقوق‌بشر و دموکراسي در ايران“از چند روز گذشته فشارهاي غيرانساني عليه زندانيان سياسي در زندان گوهردشت کرج شدتيافته است. از جمله فشارهايي که عليه زندانيان سياسي بکار برده مي‌شود کاهش زياد کميتو کفيت غذاي زندان مي‌باشد. شام زندانيان سياسي که از يک عدد تخم مرغ و يک عدد سيبزميني و نان بود حذف شده است و در طي چند شب گذشته به‌طور متوالي به جاي آن حلواي15 گرمي و يک عداد نان ماشيني کوچک و نازک تبديل شده است و به همين نسبت ساير وعده‌هايغذايي زندانيان سياسي به‌لحاظ کمي و کيفي تقليل يافته است.

از طرفي ديگر در يک اقدام هماهنگ، همزمان با کاهش کميت و کيفيتغذا، فروشگاه زندان که معمولاً غذاهاي کنسروي آن تاريخ منقضي مي‌باشد غذاي کنسروي وساير کالاهاي ديگر را تا حد زيادي کاهش داده است.

محمد مرداني رئيس زندان گوهردشت کرج پيش از اين زندانيان سياسيرا تهديد کرده بود که در صورت شدت يافتن تحريم ها، اولين کساني که بايد بهاي آن رابدهند شماها (زندانيان سياسي) خواهيد بود.

هم‌چنين زندانيان سياسي که در شرايط حاد جسمي به‌سر مي‌برند و بهبهداري زندان منتقل مي‌شوند به‌عنوان مثال درصورتي‌که پزشک بهداري زندان در نسخه30 عدد قرص تجويز مي‌کند به آنها فقط 10 اعدد از آن داده مي‌شود...

لازم به يادآوري است که تماس تلفني زندانيان سياسي از بهمن ماهسال 89 تا به‌حال قطع مي‌باشد و ملاقاتها براي تعدادي از زندانيان سياسي به‌صورت کابينيمي‌باشد درصورتي‌که تعدادي از زندانيان سياسي مانند؛ ارژنگ داودي، لقمان و زانيار مرادياز سال گذشته تا به‌حال هيچگونه تماس تلفني و يا ملاقات با خانواده‌هاي خود نداشتند. Yazd Judiciary official promises crackdown on religious minorities

The head of the Yazd Judiciary, Gholamhossein Heidari said in the meeting of the Ethnic and Religion Commission of the Yazd Security Council, “If ethnicities, groups and various religions that are known as ‘Zaleh’ [meaning worthless] and the government does not recognize carry out activities in an attempt to cause disruptions and problems for the Holy Islamic system, they have to be seriously stopped and dealt with”.
“Also according to these principles, ethnicities and various religious groups have to abide by Islamic principles and they should not in any way cause any disruptions in the country”, he added.
He then warned about the influence of some ‘Zaleh’ sects in the minds of young people and said, “If some of these sects such as Wahhabis and Baha’is try to cause problems for the country and people they will be seriously dealt with”...
The head of the Yazd Judiciary cited the allocation of a special branch in court, courts of first instance and courts of reviews in the province to deal with the cases of various groups and ethnicities and said, “Fortunately, Zaleh sects have had very little advertising operations in Yazd and the very little activities that they have carried out have been seriously dealt with”. Iran arrests 10 Sunni Iranian Arabs in Khuzestan for unknown reasons
A group of Sunni residents of Ahwaz were arrested in the past few days by security forces and were transferred to an unknown location.
According to reports, on the night of January 16, security forces stormed the homes of the Sunni residents of the Kout Abdollah and Akhar Sefalt neighborhoods and arrested 10 Arab Sunnis. (Sunni News website – Jan. 18, 2012)

Iran sentences 8 people to prison for expressing religious beliefs in internet social network
Eight people who held discussions and criticized Islam and religion in an internet social network were sentenced to 54 years of prison altogether.
These eight people were mostly arrested between July and February 2011 for being active in a social network and criticizing and studying the conventional arguments and reasons in religious views.
After the Intelligence Agency arrested these people, they were tortured and forced to make confessions on state-run TV. They were kept in solitary cells for a long time and [intelligence agents] tried to link them to European embassies and countries despite the fact that they had only discussed religious issues on the internet.
Most of these people were treated violently and were mentally and physically tortured for a prolonged amount of time.
From these detainees, Dr. Kamran Ayazi, a dentist from Shiraz, was sentenced to 9 years of prison on charges of enmity with God and received the longest prison term.
Dr. Ladan Mostavafi [f] was sentenced to five years of prison, Hanieh Sane [f], was sentenced to seven years of prison, Hojatollah Nikouyi, five years of prison, Mohammad-Reza Pounaki, six years of prison, Mohammad-Reza Akhlaqi, seven years of prison, Sepehr Ibrahimi, eight years of prison and Amir Latifi was sentenced to seven years of prison.

Women’s main duty in Islamic Republic is housework, child rearing and taking care of husbands

A University professor and Family Specialist believes that the officials of an Islamic society have to establish a special work system for women so that their main duties are not disrupted.
Hamid Ahmadi cited the statements of the Supreme Leader about the conditions of women’s employment in the society and said, “It has been stressed in Islamic teachings that the main duty of women is centralized in the home”.
“The main [duty] of the man is to provide home expenses outside of the home and the woman has the responsibility of managing the home”, he added.
This family specialist said that a women’s main duty was summarized in the three areas of housework, caring for husbands and rearing children.
“There is a division of responsibility behind each Islamic marriage and these three responsibilities have been given to women and the more a woman is successful in these three areas, the man will be more successful in the society”, he said.
“According to Islam, women cannot be categorized into unemployed women and employed women. According to Islamic teachings, we have no unemployed women and only women who do not carry out these three duties are unemployed”, he said...
Ahmadi stressed that the work environment has to be secure for women on terms of Islamic issues and laws and said, “Men and women should not have haram [banned in Islam] relations in the workplace but should rather have security. Even being mixed [with men] more than a certain extent can affect work results”.
This family expert said that the physical condition of men and women was another factor in women’s choice of employment.
“A Woman’s demeanor is delicate and they cannot tolerate the pressures of hard work. They should not lose their physical and mental delicacy by choosing occupations that are not coordinated with their physical abilities because these pressures will also affect their duties in the house. Therefore some occupations are abhorrent for women in Islam, such as [being a] judge, because it is not coordinated with their mental state”. (Mehr state-run News Agency – Jan. 18, 2012)

به گزارش ايسنا،‌ رييسکل دادگستري استان يزد غلامحسين حيدري گفت: چنانچه فرق، گروه‌ها و مذاهب مختلف که جزوفرق ضاله شناخته مي‌شوند و نظام آنها را به رسميت نشناخته است فعاليت كنند و در جهتايجاد خلل و مشکلاتي براي نظام مقدس اسلامي برآيند بايد جدي جلوي آنها گرفت و با آنانبرخورد كرد.

وي با بيان اينکه نظاممقدس اسلامي بر مبناي اصول قانون اساسي آزادي‌هاي زيادي را به برخي از مکاتب و اديانداده است، تصريح كرد: هم‌چنين طبق همين اصول فرق و گروه‌هاي مختلف مذهبي بايد اصولاسلامي را رعايت كنند و به هيچ وجه نبايد به کشور خدشه‌اي وارد كنند.

وي در ادامه نسبت بهرخنه انديشه هاي برخي از فرقه‌هاي ضاله در اذهان جوانان هشدار داد و گفت: چنانچه برخياز اين فرق نظير وهابيت و بهائيت بخواهند مشکلي براي کشور و مردم بوجود آورند با آنانبه صورت قاطع برخورد مي‌شود...

رييس کل دادگستري استانيزد با اشاره به اختصاص شعب ويژه اي در دادسرا ، محاکم بدوي و تجديدنظر استان برايبرخورد با پرونده هاي مربوط به فرق و گروههاي مختلف گفت: خوشبختانه فرقه هاي ضاله کمترينعمليات تبليغي و ايذايي در استان يزد داشته اند و با همين فعاليت مختصر آنها نيز بهشدت برخورد گرديده است. بازداشت گروهي از اهلتسنن در خوزستان

جمعي از شهروندان اهلسنت اهواز، طي روزهاي اخير توسط نيروي انتظامي و امنيتي دستگير و به مکان نامعلوميمنتقل شده اند.

صدور بيش از نيم قرنزندان براي هشت نفر به خاطر اظهار عقايد مذهبي

هشت تن از کساني برداشتخاصي از آيين اسلام و دين را در يک انجمن گفتگوي اينترنتي مورد نقد و بحث قرار دادهبودند، درمجموع به ۵۴ سال زندان محکوم شدند.

«خانه حقوق بشر ايران»گزارش مي‌دهد.. كه اين هشت نفر که به دليل فعاليت در يک انجمن اينترنتي و بررسي ونقدحجت‌ها واستدلال‌هاي متعارف درانديشه ديني عمدتا ازتيرماه تا بهمن ماه ۱۳۸۹ بازداشتشده بودند.

وزارت اطلاعات جمهورياسلامي پس از بازداشت وشکنجه اين عده با گرفتن اعترافات اجباري وضبط برنامه‌هاي تلويزيونيونگهداري طولاني مدت ايشان در سلول انفرادي، سعي در ربط دادن اين گروه به سفارتخانه‌هاوکشورهاي اروپايي داشت، درحاليکه اين عده صرفا در فضاي مجازي به بحث وگفت‌وگو پيرامونمسائل ديني مي‌پرداختند.

در مورد قريب به اتفاقاين افراد برخوردهاي خشن توام باشکنجه‌هاي روحي وفيزيکي به صورت بلند مدت يک موضوعمشترک بوده است.

از اين ميان دکتر کامرانايازي، دندانپزشک شيرازي با اتهام محاربه به تحمل ٩ سال حبس که بيشترين مجازات اينگروه محسوب مي شود محکوم شده است.

همچنين دکتر لادن مستوفيبه ۵سال، هانيه صانع به ٧ سال ،حجت‌الله نيکويي به ۵ سال، محمدرضا پونکي به ۶سال، محمدرضا اخلاقي به ٧سال، سپهر ابراهيمي به ٨ سال وامير لطيفي به ٧ سال زندان محکوم شده‌اند.

اتهامات اين هشت نفرکه مبناي اين احکام سنگين قرار گرفته «توهين به مقدسات و توهين به رهبري» بوده است.(رهانا – 29/10/90)

يک استاد دانشگاه وکارشناس مسائل خانواده معتقد است: مسئولان جامعه اسلامي بايد نطام کاري ويژه‌‎اي براي بانوان تدوينکنند تا لطمه‌اي به وظايف اصلي آنها در خانواده وارد نشود.

حميد احمدي، استاددانشگاه در گفتگو با خبرنگار مهر با اشاره به سخنان مقام معظم رهبري در خصوص شرايط اشتغال زنان در جامعه گفت: در روايات و آموزههاياسلامي تاکيد شده است که وظيفه اصلي زن در خانه متمرکز است...

وي ادامه داد: اشتغالزنان با اهداف ويژه و در شرايط خاصي منعي ندارد اما اصل کلي تامين هزينه هاي خانه توسطمرد در بيرون منزل است و زن مديريت خانه را بر عهده دارد.

اين کارشناس مسائلخانواده با بيان اينکه وظيفه اصلي زن در سه حوزه خانه داري، شوهرداري و تربيت فرزندانخلاصه مي شود گفت: پشت هر ازدواج اسلامي تقسيم کاري صورت گرفته است که اين سه وظيفهبر عهده زنان گذاشته شد و هر چه زن در اين سه حوزه موفق تر باشد موفقيت مرد در جامعهبيشتر است.

احمدي اضافه کرد: براساس اسلام نمي توان زنان را به زنان شاغل و بيکار تقسيم کرد. بر اساس آموزه هاي اسلاميما هيچ زن بيکار نداريم و زني بيکار است که به اين سه وظيفه خود عمل نکند...

احمدي با تاکيد براينکه بايد محيط کار براي زنان از لحاظ مسائل و احکام اسلامي امن باشد گفت: نبايد زن و مرد در محيط هاي کاري اختلاط حرام داشته باشندبلکه محيط کاري بايد از امنيت برخوردار باشد. حتي ين اختلاط بيش از اندازه مي تواندرراندمان کاري نيز تاثير گذار باشد...

اين کارشناس خانواده در نظر گرفتن شرابط جسمي زن و مرد را شرط ديگري براي انتخابشغل در ميان زنان دانست و گفت: اسلام زن را ريحانه مي داند و خلقت زن لطيف است و تاب و توان فشارهاي کاري سخت را ندارد.نبايد با انتخاب شغلهايي که تناسبي با شرايط جسمي وي ندارد لطافت روحي و جسمي خود راازدست دهد زيرا اين فشارها بر وظايف وي در درون خانه نيز تاثير مي گذارد. به همين دليلبرخي شغل ها در اسلام براي زن مکروه است زيرا با شرايط روحي وي تناسبي ندارد مانندقضاوت.

Iranians forced to get Quran lessons for employment
According to a new government order to executive systems and Provincial Offices, all new employees are obliged to present permits showing that they have gone through Quran lessons in addition to the anticipated lessons. Escalating repression in Iran: death sentences and national Internet

Reporters Without Borders is shocked to learn that the supreme court has confirmed website designer Saeed Malekpour’s death sentence. His family said the court took the decision under pressure from the Revolutionary Guards. A Canadian resident who was arrested on 4 October 2008 while visiting his family, Malekpour, 35, was sentenced to death in January 2011 on charges of anti-government agitation and insulting Islam.
Arrests of netizens are meanwhile continuing. Simien Nematollahi, a contributor to the pro-Sufi website Majzooban (www.majzooban.org) was arrested at her Tehran home by intelligence ministry officials on 11 January on a charge of anti-government propaganda. Several members of the website’s staff were arrested on 7 and 8 September and were freed on bail on 4 October pending trial.
Mohammad Solimaninya, the head of u24 , a social networking website for Iranian professionals, was arrested on 20 January after being summoned before a revolutionary tribunal in Karaj, a town 20 km north of Tehran, on 10 January. Plainclothes intelligence ministry officials searched his home the same day, confiscating his computer, hard disks and CDs.
His family still does not know why he was arrested or where he is being held. As well as running u24, Solimaninya has created and hosts the websites of many civil society organizations, NGOs and Iranian intellectuals.
Reporters Without Borders is also concerned about Mohammad Reza Pourshajari, a blogger who has been held since 12 September 2010. He was tried by a revolutionary court in Karaj on 21 December 2011 on a charge of insulting the Prophet in articles posted on his blog and in letters sent to government officials while he was in prison.
His daughter said the trial lasted a quarter of an hour and took place without his lawyer being present. The charge of insulting the Prophet is very vaguely defined but it carries a possible death sentence and is often used by the authorities to silence critics who try to defy the government...
The Iranian government’s constant repressive policies towards journalists and netizens are being steadily ratcheted up as part of a generalized increase in persecution of dissidents and a reinforcement of online censorship.
Reporters Without Borders sent a letter yesterday to UN High Commissioner for Human Rights Navi Pillay to share its deep concern and ask for her intervention. The report below was also attached to this letter.
Two bloggers sentenced to death
Two jailed netizens, Saeed Malekpour and Vahid Asghari, were sentenced to death in January 2011 on charges of anti-government agitation and insulting Islam. The sentence has just been confirmed. The supreme court must now issue a ruling. According to Malekpour’s family, the sentence was confirmed in October by Judge Mohammad Moghisieh of the 28th chamber of the Tehran revolutionary court.
Asghari, a 25-year-old information technology student, has reportedly been tortured while in detention. His trial took place at the end of 2010 but his family was only recently informed of his death sentence by Abolghasem Salevati, the president of the 15th chamber of the revolutionary court.
New wave of arrests of journalists
The Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, has waged an unrelenting war on journalists and netizens since President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad’s disputed reelection in June 2009. More than 100 bloggers have been arrested and given sentences ranging from one to 20 years in prison in a paranoid response to the “soft war” waged by “Iran’s enemies”.
The Telecommunication Company of Iran (TCI) is now partially owned by the Revolutionary Guards and, in practice, is under their control. The Organized Crime Surveillance Centre, which was created by the Revolutionary Guards, and their official website Gerdab have actively participated in tracking, identifying and arresting netizens. On 20 May 2010, Ebrahim Jabari, one of the Revolutionary Guard commanders, officially confirmed the creation of a cyber-army, which has been responsible for the targeting of “destructive” networks and the arrests of hundreds of netizens. Twenty-one netizens and 29 journalists are currently detained.
Three of them, Fatemeh Khardmand, Ehssan Hoshmand and Saeed Madani, were arrested by plainclothes men at their Tehran homes on 7 January. Confirming their arrest the next day, intelligence minister Heydar Moslehi said they had “envisaged carrying out American plans to disrupt the parliamentary elections by using cyber-space and social networks.” This is a clearly trumped-up charge by a regime which, without any evidence, systematically accuses dissidents of being spies working for the United States or Israel.
Madani, a sociologist as well as a journalist who has written dozens of articles in the independent media, was previously arrested and sentenced to six years in prison. Hoshmand, who is also a sociologist, has specialized in the history of the Kurdish people.
Khardmand is a journalist with the monthly Gozaresh Sanat Chap. According to her husband, Masoud Lavassani, a journalist and blogger who was released in July after two years in detention, her arrest was carried out by four intelligence ministry officials with a warrant who said she was accused of “being in contact with the families of political prisoners.” Her state of health is a source of concern and their four-year-old son, who was already disturbed by his father’s long imprisonment, is in state of shock.
Mehdi Khazali, who edits the Baran blog and has been arrested several times in the past, was arrested again on 9 January. According to his wife, he was injured in the course of his arrest, which was carried out in a very violent manner. Khazali is the son of Ayatollah Abolghasem Khazali, an influential member of the Council of Guardians of the Iranian Constitution for the past three decades. Despite his frequent run-ins with the authorities, Mehdi Khazali is very scathing about the government’s policies and human rights violations in his blog, which has been the victim of a cyber-attack and is no longer accessible.
Harassment of relatives
The authorities use devious methods and do not hesitate to harass relatives or separate families.
Rajaishar prison
Fatemeh Alvandi, the mother of the imprisoned journalist Mehdi Mahmudian, was arrested on the orders of the Tehran prosecutor on 2 January and was interrogated for several hours before being released. Her son has been placed in solitary confinement and, according to the information available to us, has been mistreated. He was hospitalized twice in 2011 because he was seriously ill and was transferred to Rajaishahr prison. The prison authorities have systematically refused all parole requests.
Parvin Mokhtare, the mother of the jailed blogger Kouhyar Goudarzi, has been sentenced to 23 months in prison by a revolutionary court in the city of Kerman, where she was arrested on 2 August by four men in plainclothes who forced their way into her home and took her to the city’s main prison. After her son’s arrest, on 1 August, the judicial authorities let several months go by without saying where he was being held. He is currently in Section 209 of Tehran’s Evin prison, which is the isolation section...
A national Internet to better control the country?
According to a report in The Wall Street Journal, Iran is preparing to introduce a global system for filtering all means of communication. In other words, it is preparing to launch a national Internet that is cut off from the international Internet. This is not a new project and Iranian officials have referred to it in the past. The government has had its technicians work on a “clean Internet” project since 2002 but the Ahmadinejad administration has stepped up the process.
Reporters Without Borders questions the appropriateness and feasibility of such a project, not only because of the development and implementation costs but also because Iran needs to stay connected to the Internet for the purposes of commercial and financial transactions.
“Is the regime moving towards a two-speed Internet, with access to the World Wide Web for the government, religious leaders, Revolutionary Guards and big companies on the one hand, and with the immense majority of the population limited to a censored Intranet on the other?” Reporters Without Borders ask. “In this case, the government would be guilty of grave discrimination against its own people”.

Abdosamad Khoramabadi, the prosecutor-general’s legal adviser, unveiled “a list of 25 election-related Internet crimes” at a news conference on 28 December, the day for registration of candidates for the March 2012 parliamentary elections. This list was compiled by a working group that was formed to “determine the content that constitutes Internet crimes” under the Internet crimes law.
The working group’s 13 members come from many branches of the government and judicial apparatus. They include representatives of the Ministries of Education, Communications and Information Technologies, Culture and Islamic Guidance, Intelligence, Justice, and Science, Research and Technology. They also include a representative of the Organization for Islamic Propagation, the head of IRIB (the state radio and TV service), the chief of police, an expert in communications and information technology designated by the parliamentary commission on mines, and a parliamentarian chosen by the legal commission. The prosecutor-general heads the working group.
The content regarded as a crime includes calls for an election boycott and the publication of logos or content from opposition and counterrevolutionary websites.
The Iranian Internet police () published a new, 20-point set of regulations for Internet cafés on 3 January. Clients are required to show identification while managers must install surveillance cameras and must keep the camera recordings, along with all the details of their clients and the websites they visit, for six months. Use of software to circumvent content filtering, use of Virtual Private Networks and use of USB flash drives are all banned.
After raiding 43 Internet cafés in Birjand (in the southern province of Khorasan) on 1 January, the police closed six of them for failing to respect security measures and the rules on the use of censorship circumvention software.
Access to former President Akbar Hashemi Rafsanjani’s website was blocked on 30 December, a decision confirmed on 3 January by prosecutor-general Gholam Hossein Ejehi, who said it was due to the presence of “forbidden content” on the site. In his Friday prayer sermon on 17 July 2009, a month after a crackdown on a wave of opposition demonstrations, Rafsanjani called for the release of the leading figures who had been arrested and for media freedom and freedom of opinion for regime supporters in order to restore calm. This sermon had remained on his website ever since.

روزنامه خراسان : براساس دستور جديد دولت به دستگاههاي اجرايي و استانداري ها، همه کارمندان جديدالاستخدامعلاوه بر طي دوره هاي آموزشي پيش بيني شده، ملزم به ارائه گواهي گذراندن دوره آموزشيقرآن کريم هستند. کارمنداني که چنين گواهي نداشته باشند، بايد دوره آموزشي روانخوانيو روخواني قرآن کريم را طي کنند و سپس مشغول به کار شوند. خبرنگاران بدون مرز:افزايش سرکوب، احکام تأييد شده مرگ و دستگيريهاي جديد در ايران

خبرنگاران بدون مرز،17ژانويه 2012، ساعت ندارد- خبرنگاران بدون مرز، با شنيدن اين موضوع که دادگاه عالي،حکم مرگ سعيد ملک‌پور، يک طراح سايت را مورد تأييد قرار داده، شوکه شده است. خانواده وي گفت که دادگاه، اين تصميم را تحت فشارهايسپاه پاسداران اتخاذ کرده است. ملک‌پور، 35ساله، يکي از اتباع کانادا است که در 4اکتبر2008، در حال ديدار با خانواده‌اش دستگير، و در ژانويه 2011 به جرم تحريک عليه دولتو اهانت به اسلام، به مرگ محکوم گرديد.

در اين اثنا، دستگيري اتباع هم‌چنان ادامه دارد.سيمين نعمت اللهي، يکي از تهيه کنندگان براي سايت مجذوبان majzooban که طرفدار صوفيها pro-sufi است، در 11ژانويه به جرم تبليغات عليه دولت، در منزلخود در تهران توسط مقامات وزارت اطلاعات دستگير شد. چند تن از کارکنان اين وبسايت در7 و 8سپتامبر دستگير شدند و در 4اکتبر به قيد ضمانت، تا وقتيکه دادگاه تصميم بگيرد، آزاد شدند.

محمد سليمانيهsolimaninya، رئيس u24، يک سايت شبکه اجتماعي براي متخصصان ايراني، بعد از اين‌که در 10ژانويه به يک دادگاهانقلاب در کرج احضار شد، در 20ژانويه دستگير گرديد. مقامات لباس‌شخصي وزارت اطلاعات در همان روز خانهاو را گشته و کامپيوتر وي را به همراه سي دي‌ها و ديسکهاي سخت توقيف کردند.

خانواده او هنوز هم نمي‌دانند که چرا دستگير شديا اين‌که در کجا نگاه داشته مي‌شود. سليماني علاوه بر اداره u24، سايتهاي بسياريبراي سازمانهاي جامعه مدني، سازمانهاي غيردولتي، و روشنفکران ايراني ايجاد و ميزبانيکرده است.

خبرنگاران بدون مرز هم‌چنين نسبت به وضعيت محمدرضاپورشجريpourshajari ، وبلاگ‌نويسي که از12سپتامبر 2010 تاکنون در بازداشت به‌سر مي‌برد، نگران است. او در 21دسامبر 2011 بهجرم اهانت به پيغمبر در مقالاتي که در وبلاگ خود مي‌نوشت يا در نامه‌هاي وي به مقامات دولتي در زماني که درزندان بود ارسال مي‌شد، در 21دسامبر 2011، توسط دادگاه انقلاب کرج محاکمه شد. دختراو گفت که دادگاه وي يک ربع بيشتر طول نکشيد و بدون حضور وکيل او صورت گرفت. اتهامتوهين به پيغمبر، به‌طور بسيار مبهمي تعريف شده اما احتمال داشتن حکم مرگ را در پيدارد و اغلب براي ساکت کردن منتقديني که سعي مي‌کنند با دولت مقابله‌جويي کنند، توسطمقامات مورد استفاده قرار مي‌گيرد.

خبرنگاران بدون مرز در 10ژانويه نامه‌يي به ناويپيلاي، کميسارياي عالي حقوق‌بشر ملل ‌متحد نوشته و نسبت به اوضاع موجود در ايران ابراز نگراني نمود و از وي خواستار مداخله فوريشد.

Iran sentences two men to 99 lashes for illegitimate relationships

The sentences for two people arrested for links to the deviated movement who were arrested on charges of espionage, embezzlement, receiving bribes, illegal or dishonest acquisition of money and having an illegitimate relationship were recently announced...
One of these people was charged with four crimes. The first charge was espionage for the intelligence agencies of the US, Britain and Italy for which he was sentenced to five years of prison...
His fourth charge was having an illegitimate relationship for which he has been sentenced to 99 lashes if proven.
According to this report, another person linked to the deviation movement was charged with three crimes.
The first charge is embezzlement... the second crime receiving bribes... and the third crime having an illegitimate relationship for which he has been sentenced to 99 lashes if proven. (Asre Iran state-run website – Jan. 15, 2012)

Security forces sexually abuse defiant prisoners in public
According to reports, the physical torture and sexual abuse of prisoners in cellblock 1 in Gohardasht Prison in Karaj is ongoing.
On Monday, January 16, a prisoner identified as Mohsen Marzban, who was transferred to cellblock 1 from cellblock 6, protested the violent treatment of prisoners by prisoner agents in solitary cells. Prison agents then pulled him out of his solitary cell, tied his hands and feet, and violently tortured him with batons while kicking and punching him in front of his horrified inmates. After him, other prisoners identified as Javad Zare, Mehrdad Karimi, Sharbat Khosravi and Morad Ketabi who were transferred from cellblock 3 to cellblock 1 were also violently tortured in this way.
These prison guards were not satisfied with only physical torture and also forced these prisoners to take off their clothes and sexually abused them with batons in front of other prisoners. It is the first time that this method of degradation and sexual abuse has been carried out in front of other prisoners. Of course, this method has been carried out in this way for some time Qezel Hesar Prison in Karaj.
These violent actions and tortures are carried out under the orders of Ali Khadem who is the deputy head of Gohardasht Prison. They are carried out by the deputy and a number of other prison guards but the sexual abuse is personally carried out by Khadem.
Ali Khadem was the head of the Gohardasht Intelligence Unit before this but was demoted after raping a female prison guard who became pregnant. After Mohammad Mardani was appointed as the head of Gohardasht Prison, he appointed Khadem as the deputy of this prison. Ali Khadem who has worked in this prison for the past decades has killed a large number of prisoners under torture. Mashhad police arrest 9 men and women in party

A number of the residents in a residential block in west Mashhad called the police to inform them that a number of unknown men and women had come to an apartment to hold a party.
The Patrol and Operational Units of Police Station number 20 [stormed] and searched the apartment immediately after being informed and following necessary coordination with judicial officials.
In this operation, seven men and two women were arrested and one of the suspects who intended to escape from the roof suffered a broken hand.

The sentence for Mohsen Armin, a member of the Revolutionary Mojahedin Organization who was tried in the 15th branch of the Revolutionary Court presided over by Judge Salavati was announced.
Mohsen Armin was sentenced to five years of prison on charges of assembling, conspiring and acting against national security.

شيوۀ جديد شکنجۀ جنسي عليه زندانيان توسط علي خادم معاون زندان گوهردشت کرج

بنابه گزارشات رسيدهبه " فعالين حقوق بشر و دمکراسي در ايران" شکنجۀ جسمي و تحقير جنسي زندانيان در شکنجه گاه بند 1 زندان گوهردشت کرج بطور وحشيانهاي ادامه دارد.

روز دوشنبه 26 دي ماهزنداني محسن مرزبان که از بند 6 به سلولهاي انفرادي بند 1 زندان گوهردشت منتقل شدهبود نسبت به رفتارهاي وحشيانه و قرون وسطايي مامورين ولي فقيه در سلولها ي انفرادياعتراض کرد. او را از سلول انفرادي بيرون کشاندند و به وي دست بند و پابند زدند و درمقابل چشمان بهت زدۀ ساير زندانيان باباتون و مشت و لگد وحشيانه شکنجه کردند. بعد از او زندانيان ديگري به نام هاي جوادزارع،مهرداد کريمي ،شربت خسروي و مراد کتابي که از بند 3 به سلولها انفرادي بند1 منتقلشده بودند به همين شيوه وحشيانه مورد شکنجه ها قرار دادند.

پاسداربندهاي ولي فقيهبه شکنجه هاي وحشيانه جسمي اکتفا نکردند بلکه براي تحقير کردن آنها مقابل چشمان سايرزندانيان وادار به عريان کردن کامل آنها نمودند و با باتون آنها را مورد اذيت و آزارجنسي قرار مي دادند. اين شيوۀ تحقير و شکنجۀ جنسي براي اولين بار در اين زندان و در معرض ديد ساير زندانيانبه اجرا گذاشته مي شود.البته اين شيوه غير انساني مدتها است که در زندان قزل حصار بهاجرا گذاشته شده است.

رفتارهاي وحشيانه وغير انساني بدستور و توسط علي خادم معاون زندان گوهردشت کرج همراه با چند پاسدار بندديگر صورت مي گرفت.شکنجه هاي جسمي و شيوۀ جديد تحقير جنسي توسطشخص خادم اعمال مي شد.

علي خادم پيش از اينرئيس اطلاعات زندان گوهردشت بود و لي به دليل تجاوز به يکي از زنان پاسدار که منجربه باردار شدن وي گرديد از اين سمت برکنار شد اما با منصوب شدن محمد مرداني به عنوانرئيس زندان گوهردشت دوباره او به معاونت زندان منصوب شد.علي خادم طي دهه هاي اخير دراين زندان بوده است و شکنجه هاي وحشيانه وي منجر به مرگ تعداد بيشماري از زندانيانشده است. اين فرد همچنين از وارد کنندگان مواد مخدر به زندان مي باشد و از اين طريقثروتهاي فراواني به جيب زده است. بازداشت ۹ زن و مرد در پارتي شبانه

تعدادي از اهالي يکي از مجتمع هاي مسکوني شهرک غرب مشهد در تماس با فوريت هاي پليسي110 از رفت و آمد مشکوک چند زن و مرد ناشناس به داخل يک آپارتمان مسکوني و برپايي مجلسپارتي خبر دادند.

گروه هاي گشت و عمليات کلانتري 20 مشهد به محض دريافت اين گزارش بلافاصله هماهنگيهاي لازم را با مقام قضايي به عمل آوردند و محل موردنظر را به طور ضربتي مورد بازرسيقرار دادند.

در اين عمليات 7 مرد و 2 زن دستگير شدند و يکي از متهمان که قصد داشت از طريق راهپشت بام فرار کند نيز دچار شکستگي استخوان دست شده است.

حکم دادگاه محسن آرمين از اعضاي سازمان مجاهدين انقلاب که در شعبه 15 دادگاه انقلاباسلامي به رياست قاضي صلواتي محاکمه شده بود اعلام شد.

محسن آرمين به جرم اجتماع، تباني و اقدام عليه امنيت ملي به 5 سال حبس محکوم شد.

آرمين همچنين به جرم تبليغ عليه نظام به يک سال حبس و 5 سال محروميت از عضويت دراحزاب و گروه هاي سياسي و فعاليت هاي تبليغي محکوم شد.

In this bill, organized traffickers of goods and currency who [traffic goods] with the aim of opposing the government will be recognized as corrupt on earth [which carries the death sentence] and will be charged according to Islamic Law.
According to reports from today’s public meeting in the Majlis, with the ratification of article 25 of this bill, if the organized trafficking of goods or currency is carried out with the aim of opposition with the Islamic Republic of Iran or with the knowledge that this action would be effective and would lead to widespread destruction in the internal production, currency, commercial and trade systems, he\she will be recognized as corrupt on earth and in addition to the confiscation of property, he\she will be sentenced to punishment according to the Islamic Penal Code. مهر: حکم اعدام 12 نفر بامداد امروز يکشنبه در شيراز اجرا شد.

به گزارش مهر، از اين افراد هفت نفر قاچاقچي مواد مخدر در زندان شيراز و پنج نفرنيز در ملاء عام اعدام شدند.

جرائم پنج نفر ديگر نيز آدم ربايي، تجاوز به عنف، قتل، سرقت مسلحانه و... بودهاست.

بر اين اساس "ر-ح" يکي از اين پنج نفر بود که در ملاء عام در شيراز اعدامشد...

"م-ت" و "ر-د"نيز دو نفر ديگر بودند که امروز در شيراز و در ملاء عام اعدام شدند...

"الف -ح" و "ع- ه" نيز دو نفر ديگر بودند که امروز در ملاءعام اعدام شدند.

صبح امروز فرد متجاوزبه عنف در ميدان خواجوي کرمان به دار مجازات آويخته شد...

The Prosecutor of Malayer said that from the beginning of the [Persian] year, 372 people have been sentenced in court on charges of using satellite [channels].
“Last year, 245 people were sentenced and in 2009 overall 112 people were punished for keeping and using satellite equipment”, Mehdi Ahmadi Tajvid said.
“Judicial measures to counter the use of satellite equipment were carried out this year as it was carried out last year and the signs of this can be seen”, he added...
“We are looking to ban satellite [channels], the internet, indecent CD’s and other satellite equipment that threatens families and measures have to also be taken regarding the correct culture for cellphone use”, he stressed.

رييس دادگستري شهرستان ملاير گفت: از ابتداي سال جاري تا كنون372 نفر به اتهام استفاده از ماهواره محکوم شده‌اند.

به گزارش خبرگزاري دانشجويان ايران (ايسنا) ـ منطقه همدان، مهدياحمدي تجويد طي سخناني در شوراي فرهنگ عمومي ملاير با اعلام اين خبر تصريح کرد: درسال گذشته 245 نفر و در سال 88 کل افرادي که در بحث نگهداري و استفاده از تجهيزات ماهواره‌ايبه مجازات رسيدند، 112 نفر بودند.

وي افزود: اقدامات قضايي پيرامون مبارزه با استفاده از تجهيزاتدريافت از ماهواره‌ در سال جاري نيز مانند سال‌هاي گذشته انجام شد كه آثارش قابل مشاهدهاست...

احمدي تجويد همچنين از کشف ديش‌هاي ماهواره و مشروباتالکلي در خانه‌هايي که به عنوان محل فساد شناخته شده‌اند خبر داد و تاکيد کرد: ما بهدنبال منع استفاده از ماهواره، اينترنت، سي‌دي هاي مبتذل و لوازم جانبي ماهواره‌ايکه موجب تهديد خانواده‌ها مي‌شود، هستيم. درباره فرهنگ صحيح استفاده از گوشي‌هاي تلفنهمراه نيز اقداماتي بايد صورت گيرد. The Secretary of the Women and Family Affairs Office of the Ministry of Interior said that the initial phase of the Plan for the Fashion and Dress of Working Women in Tehran had been carried out.
“In this plan, we are not looking to coordinate or make uniforms for working women”, she said.
“In the designing of the clothes of the working women, our stress is on it being compatible with the work in question and Islamic laws”, Zahra Abbasi added.
“[Only] colors and designs will be considered that are compatible with [Islamic teachings related to women] and surely hot colors that are not suitable for the workplace will not be used”, she stressed.
“Women’s covering and dress in the workplace has to provide for the security of the workplace and instead of being flashy it should shed light on the moral character of women”, Abbasi said.

A dissident pilot in the Revolutionary Guards Corps was secretly hanged on January 16. This was sent to us by one of the personnel of the RGC Air Base in Shiraz. This report reads in part:
“Simultaneous with the execution of a number of robbers and troublemakers in Shiraz on January 16, 2012, we were surprised to be informed that one of the religious and very respectable pilots of the Shiraz RGC Airbase [Rahmatollah Heidari son of Hossein] was secretly hanged in Shiraz Prison along with these people”.

Three journalists, Parastoo Dokohaki, Sahamoddin Borqani and Marzieh Rasouli, were arrested in Tehran.
Sahamoddin Borqani who is the son of Ahmad Borqani, a former Tehran representative in the Majlis and the Assistant Head of the Media of Khatami’s Guidance Minister was arrested on Tuesday January 17.

Security forces sexually abuse defiant prisoners in public

According to reports, the physical torture and sexual abuse of prisoners in cellblock 1 in Gohardasht Prison in Karaj is ongoing.
On Monday, January 16, a prisoner identified as Mohsen Marzban, who was transferred to cellblock 1 from cellblock 6, protested the violent treatment of prisoners by prisoner agents in solitary cells. Prison agents then pulled him out of his solitary cell, tied his hands and feet, and violently tortured him with batons while kicking and punching him in front of his horrified inmates. After him, other prisoners identified as Javad Zare, Mehrdad Karimi, Sharbat Khosravi and Morad Ketabi who were transferred from cellblock 3 to cellblock 1 were also violently tortured in this way. These prison guards were not satisfied with only physical torture and also forced these prisoners to take off their clothes and sexually abused them with batons in front of other prisoners. It is the first time that this method of degradation and sexual abuse has been carried out in front of other prisoners. Of course, this method has been carried out in this way for some time Qezel Hesar Prison in Karaj.
These violent actions and tortures are carried out under the orders of Ali Khadem who is the deputy head of Gohardasht Prison. They are carried out by the deputy and a number of other prison guards but the sexual abuse is personally carried out by Khadem.
Ali Khadem was the head of the Gohardasht Intelligence Unit before this but was demoted after raping a female prison guard who became pregnant. After Mohammad Mardani was appointed as the head of Gohardasht Prison, he appointed Khadem as the deputy of this prison. Ali Khadem who has worked in this prison for the past decades has killed a large number of prisoners under torture. He is also responsible for the smuggling of narcotics into prison and has acquired a lucrative profit in this way.

شيوۀ جديد شکنجۀ جنسي عليه زندانيان توسط علي خادم معاونزندان گوهردشت کرج

بنابهگزارشات رسيده به " فعالين حقوق بشر و دمکراسي در ايران" شکنجۀ جسمي و تحقير جنسي زندانيان در شکنجه گاهبند 1 زندان گوهردشت کرج بطور وحشيانه اي ادامه دارد.

روزدوشنبه 26 دي ماه زنداني محسن مرزبان که از بند 6 به سلولهاي انفرادي بند 1 زندان گوهردشتمنتقل شده بود نسبت به رفتارهاي وحشيانه و قرون وسطايي مامورين ولي فقيه در سلولهاي انفرادي اعتراض کرد. او را از سلول انفرادي بيرون کشاندند و به وي دست بند و پابندزدند و در مقابل چشمان بهت زدۀ ساير زندانيان با باتون و مشت و لگد وحشيانه شکنجه کردند. بعداز او زندانيان ديگري به نام هاي جواد زارع،مهرداد کريمي ،شربت خسروي و مراد کتابيکه از بند 3 به سلولها انفرادي بند1 منتقل شده بودند به همين شيوه وحشيانه مورد شکنجهها قرار دادند.

پاسداربندهايولي فقيه به شکنجه هاي وحشيانه جسمي اکتفا نکردند بلکه براي تحقير کردن آنها مقابلچشمان ساير زندانيان وادار به عريان کردن کامل آنها نمودند و با باتون آنها را مورداذيت و آزار جنسي قرار مي دادند. اين شيوۀ تحقير و شکنجۀ جنسي براي اولين بار در اين زندان و درمعرض ديد ساير زندانيان به اجرا گذاشته مي شود.البته اين شيوه غير انساني مدتها استکه در زندان قزل حصار به اجرا گذاشته شده است.

رفتارهايوحشيانه و غير انساني بدستور و توسط علي خادم معاون زندان گوهردشت کرج همراه با چندپاسدار بند ديگر صورت مي گرفت.شکنجه هاي جسمي و شيوۀ جديد تحقير جنسي توسط شخص خادم اعمال ميشد.

علي خادم پيش از اين رئيس اطلاعات زندان گوهردشت بود ولي به دليل تجاوز به يکي از زنان پاسدار که منجر به باردار شدن وي گرديد از اين سمتبرکنار شد اما با منصوب شدن محمد مرداني به عنوان رئيس زندان گوهردشت دوباره او بهمعاونت زندان منصوب شد.علي خادم طي دهه هاي اخير در اين زندان بوده است و شکنجه هايوحشيانه وي منجر به مرگ تعداد بيشماري از زندانيان شده است. اين فرد همچنين از واردکنندگان مواد مخدر به زندان مي باشد و از اين طريق ثروتهاي فراواني به جيب زده است.(فعالين حقوق بشر ودمكراسي در اريان – 28/10/90

Escalating repression in Iran: death sentences and national Internet

Reporters Without Borders is shocked to learn that the supreme court has confirmed website designer Saeed Malekpour’s death sentence. His family said the court took the decision under pressure from the Revolutionary Guards. A Canadian resident who was arrested on 4 October 2008 while visiting his family, Malekpour, 35, was sentenced to death in January 2011 on charges of anti-government agitation and insulting Islam.
Arrests of netizens are meanwhile continuing. Simien Nematollahi, a contributor to the pro-Sufi website Majzooban (www.majzooban.org) was arrested at her Tehran home by intelligence ministry officials on 11 January on a charge of anti-government propaganda. Several members of the website’s staff were arrested on 7 and 8 September and were freed on bail on 4 October pending trial.
Mohammad Solimaninya, the head of u24 , a social networking website for Iranian professionals, was arrested on 20 January after being summoned before a revolutionary tribunal in Karaj, a town 20 km north of Tehran, on 10 January. Plainclothes intelligence ministry officials searched his home the same day, confiscating his computer, hard disks and CDs.
His family still does not know why he was arrested or where he is being held. As well as running u24, Solimaninya has created and hosts the websites of many civil society organizations, NGOs and Iranian intellectuals.
Reporters Without Borders is also concerned about Mohammad Reza Pourshajari, a blogger who has been held since 12 September 2010. He was tried by a revolutionary court in Karaj on 21 December 2011 on a charge of insulting the Prophet in articles posted on his blog and in letters sent to government officials while he was in prison.
His daughter said the trial lasted a quarter of an hour and took place without his lawyer being present. The charge of insulting the Prophet is very vaguely defined but it carries a possible death sentence and is often used by the authorities to silence critics who try to defy the government...
The Iranian government’s constant repressive policies towards journalists and netizens are being steadily ratcheted up as part of a generalized increase in persecution of dissidents and a reinforcement of online censorship.
Reporters Without Borders sent a letter yesterday to UN High Commissioner for Human Rights Navi Pillay to share its deep concern and ask for her intervention. The report below was also attached to this letter.
Two bloggers sentenced to death
Two jailed netizens, Saeed Malekpour and Vahid Asghari, were sentenced to death in January 2011 on charges of anti-government agitation and insulting Islam. The sentence has just been confirmed. The supreme court must now issue a ruling. According to Malekpour’s family, the sentence was confirmed in October by Judge Mohammad Moghisieh of the 28th chamber of the Tehran revolutionary court.
Asghari, a 25-year-old information technology student, has reportedly been tortured while in detention. His trial took place at the end of 2010 but his family was only recently informed of his death sentence by Abolghasem Salevati, the president of the 15th chamber of the revolutionary court.+++

New wave of arrests of journalists
The Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, has waged an unrelenting war on journalists and netizens since President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad’s disputed reelection in June 2009. More than 100 bloggers have been arrested and given sentences ranging from one to 20 years in prison in a paranoid response to the “soft war” waged by “Iran’s enemies”.
The Telecommunication Company of Iran (TCI) is now partially owned by the Revolutionary Guards and, in practice, is under their control. The Organized Crime Surveillance Centre, which was created by the Revolutionary Guards, and their official website Gerdab have actively participated in tracking, identifying and arresting netizens. On 20 May 2010, Ebrahim Jabari, one of the Revolutionary Guard commanders, officially confirmed the creation of a cyber-army, which has been responsible for the targeting of “destructive” networks and the arrests of hundreds of netizens. Twenty-one netizens and 29 journalists are currently detained.
Three of them, Fatemeh Khardmand, Ehssan Hoshmand and Saeed Madani, were arrested by plainclothes men at their Tehran homes on 7 January. Confirming their arrest the next day, intelligence minister Heydar Moslehi said they had “envisaged carrying out American plans to disrupt the parliamentary elections by using cyber-space and social networks.” This is a clearly trumped-up charge by a regime which, without any evidence, systematically accuses dissidents of being spies working for the United States or Israel.
Madani, a sociologist as well as a journalist who has written dozens of articles in the independent media, was previously arrested and sentenced to six years in prison. Hoshmand, who is also a sociologist, has specialized in the history of the Kurdish people.
Khardmand is a journalist with the monthly Gozaresh Sanat Chap. According to her husband, Masoud Lavassani, a journalist and blogger who was released in July after two years in detention, her arrest was carried out by four intelligence ministry officials with a warrant who said she was accused of “being in contact with the families of political prisoners.” Her state of health is a source of concern and their four-year-old son, who was already disturbed by his father’s long imprisonment, is in state of shock.
Mehdi Khazali, who edits the Baran blog and has been arrested several times in the past, was arrested again on 9 January. According to his wife, he was injured in the course of his arrest, which was carried out in a very violent manner. Khazali is the son of Ayatollah Abolghasem Khazali, an influential member of the Council of Guardians of the Iranian Constitution for the past three decades. Despite his frequent run-ins with the authorities, Mehdi Khazali is very scathing about the government’s policies and human rights violations in his blog, which has been the victim of a cyber-attack and is no longer accessible.Harassment of relatives
The authorities use devious methods and do not hesitate to harass relatives or separate families.
Rajaishar prison
Fatemeh Alvandi, the mother of the imprisoned journalist Mehdi Mahmudian, was arrested on the orders of the Tehran prosecutor on 2 January and was interrogated for several hours before being released. Her son has been placed in solitary confinement and, according to the information available to us, has been mistreated. He was hospitalized twice in 2011 because he was seriously ill and was transferred to Rajaishahr prison. The prison authorities have systematically refused all parole requests.
Parvin Mokhtare, the mother of the jailed blogger Kouhyar Goudarzi, has been sentenced to 23 months in prison by a revolutionary court in the city of Kerman, where she was arrested on 2 August by four men in plainclothes who forced their way into her home and took her to the city’s main prison. After her son’s arrest, on 1 August, the judicial authorities let several months go by without saying where he was being held. He is currently in Section 209 of Tehran’s Evin prison, which is the isolation section...
A national Internet to better control the country?
According to a report in The Wall Street Journal, Iran is preparing to introduce a global system for filtering all means of communication. In other words, it is preparing to launch a national Internet that is cut off from the international Internet. This is not a new project and Iranian officials have referred to it in the past. The government has had its technicians work on a “clean Internet” project since 2002 but the Ahmadinejad administration has stepped up the process.
Reporters Without Borders questions the appropriateness and feasibility of such a project, not only because of the development and implementation costs but also because Iran needs to stay connected to the Internet for the purposes of commercial and financial transactions.
“Is the regime moving towards a two-speed Internet, with access to the World Wide Web for the government, religious leaders, Revolutionary Guards and big companies on the one hand, and with the immense majority of the population limited to a censored Intranet on the other?” Reporters Without Borders ask. “In this case, the government would be guilty of grave discrimination against its own people”.
Elections and Internet crimes

Abdosamad Khoramabadi, the prosecutor-general’s legal adviser, unveiled “a list of 25 election-related Internet crimes” at a news conference on 28 December, the day for registration of candidates for the March 2012 parliamentary elections. This list was compiled by a working group that was formed to “determine the content that constitutes Internet crimes” under the Internet crimes law.
The working group’s 13 members come from many branches of the government and judicial apparatus. They include representatives of the Ministries of Education, Communications and Information Technologies, Culture and Islamic Guidance, Intelligence, Justice, and Science, Research and Technology. They also include a representative of the Organization for Islamic Propagation, the head of IRIB (the state radio and TV service), the chief of police, an expert in communications and information technology designated by the parliamentary commission on mines, and a parliamentarian chosen by the legal commission. The prosecutor-general heads the working group.
The content regarded as a crime includes calls for an election boycott and the publication of logos or content from opposition and counterrevolutionary websites.
The Iranian Internet police () published a new, 20-point set of regulations for Internet cafés on 3 January. Clients are required to show identification while managers must install surveillance cameras and must keep the camera recordings, along with all the details of their clients and the websites they visit, for six months. Use of software to circumvent content filtering, use of Virtual Private Networks and use of USB flash drives are all banned.
After raiding 43 Internet cafés in Birjand (in the southern province of Khorasan) on 1 January, the police closed six of them for failing to respect security measures and the rules on the use of censorship circumvention software.
Access to former President Akbar Hashemi Rafsanjani’s website was blocked on 30 December, a decision confirmed on 3 January by prosecutor-general Gholam Hossein Ejehi, who said it was due to the presence of “forbidden content” on the site. In his Friday prayer sermon on 17 July 2009, a month after a crackdown on a wave of opposition demonstrations, Rafsanjani called for the release of the leading figures who had been arrested and for media freedom and freedom of opinion for regime supporters in order to restore calm. This sermon had remained on his website ever since.

خبرنگارانبدون مرز، 17ژانويه 2012، ساعت ندارد- خبرنگاران بدون مرز، با شنيدن اين موضوع که دادگاهعالي، حکم مرگ سعيد ملک‌پور، يک طراح سايت را مورد تأييد قرار داده، شوکه شده است. خانواده وي گفت که دادگاه، اين تصميم را تحت فشارهايسپاه پاسداران اتخاذ کرده است. ملک‌پور، 35ساله، يکي از اتباع کانادا است که در 4اکتبر2008، در حال ديدار با خانواده‌اش دستگير، و در ژانويه 2011 به جرم تحريک عليه دولتو اهانت به اسلام، به مرگ محکوم گرديد.

در اين اثنا، دستگيري اتباع هم‌چنان ادامه دارد.سيمين نعمت اللهي، يکي از تهيه کنندگان براي سايت مجذوبان majzoobanکه طرفدار صوفيها pro-sufi است، در 11ژانويه به جرم تبليغاتعليه دولت، در منزل خود در تهران توسط مقامات وزارت اطلاعات دستگير شد. چند تن از کارکناناين وبسايت در 7 و 8سپتامبر دستگير شدند و در 4اکتبر به قيد ضمانت، تا وقتيکه دادگاه تصميم بگيرد، آزاد شدند.

خبرنگاران بدون مرز هم‌چنين نسبت به وضعيت محمدرضاپورشجريpourshajari، وبلاگ‌نويسي که از 12سپتامبر 2010 تاکنون در بازداشت به‌سر مي‌برد،نگران است. او در 21دسامبر 2011 به جرم اهانت به پيغمبر در مقالاتي که در وبلاگ خودمي‌نوشت يا در نامه‌هاي وي به مقامات دولتيدر زماني که در زندان بود ارسال مي‌شد، در 21دسامبر 2011، توسط دادگاه انقلاب کرج محاکمهشد. دختر او گفت که دادگاه وي يک ربع بيشتر طول نکشيد و بدون حضور وکيل او صورت گرفت.اتهام توهين به پيغمبر، به‌طور بسيار مبهمي تعريف شده اما احتمال داشتن حکم مرگ رادر پي دارد و اغلب براي ساکت کردن منتقديني که سعي مي‌کنند با دولت مقابله‌جويي کنند،توسط مقامات مورد استفاده قرار مي‌گيرد.

Employees who do not have such a permit have to go through Quran fluency lessons and then go to work.

Women’s main duty in Islamic Republic is housework, child rearing and taking care of husbands

A University professor and Family Specialist believes that the officials of an Islamic society have to establish a special work system for women so that their main duties are not disrupted.
Hamid Ahmadi cited the statements of the Supreme Leader about the conditions of women’s employment in the society and said, “It has been stressed in Islamic teachings that the main duty of women is centralized in the home”. “The main [duty] of the man is to provide home expenses outside of the home and the woman has the responsibility of managing the home”, he added.
This family specialist said that a women’s main duty was summarized in the three areas of housework, caring for husbands and rearing children.
“There is a division of responsibility behind each Islamic marriage and these three responsibilities have been given to women and the more a woman is successful in these three areas, the man will be more successful in the society”, he said. “According to Islam, women cannot be categorized into unemployed women and employed women. According to Islamic teachings, we have no unemployed women and only women who do not carry out these three duties are unemployed”, he said...
Ahmadi stressed that the work environment has to be secure for women on terms of Islamic issues and laws and said, “Men and women should not have haram [banned in Islam] relations in the workplace but should rather have security. Even being mixed [with men] more than a certain extent can affect work results”.
This family expert said that the physical condition of men and women was another factor in women’s choice of employment.“A Woman’s demeanor is delicate and they cannot tolerate the pressures of hard work. They should not lose their physical and mental delicacy by choosing occupations that are not coordinated with their physical abilities because these pressures will also affect their duties in the house. Therefore some occupations are abhorrent for women in Islam, such as [being a] judge, because it is not coordinated with their mental state”.

حميداحمدي، استاد دانشگاه در گفتگو با خبرنگار مهر با اشاره به سخنان مقام معظم رهبري درخصوص شرايط اشتغال زنان در جامعه گفت: در رواياتو آموزههاي اسلامي تاکيد شده است که وظيفه اصلي زن در خانه متمرکز است...

ويادامه داد: اشتغال زنان با اهداف ويژه و در شرايط خاصي منعي ندارد اما اصل کلي تامينهزينه هاي خانه توسط مرد در بيرون منزل است و زن مديريت خانه را بر عهده دارد.

اينکارشناس مسائل خانواده با بيان اينکه وظيفه اصلي زن در سه حوزه خانه داري، شوهرداريو تربيت فرزندان خلاصه مي شود گفت: پشت هر ازدواج اسلامي تقسيم کاري صورت گرفته استکه اين سه وظيفه بر عهده زنان گذاشته شد و هر چه زن در اين سه حوزه موفق تر باشد موفقيتمرد در جامعه بيشتر است.

احمدياضافه کرد: بر اساس اسلام نمي توان زنان را به زنان شاغل و بيکار تقسيم کرد. بر اساسآموزه هاي اسلامي ما هيچ زن بيکار نداريم و زني بيکار است که به اين سه وظيفه خود عملنکند...

احمديبا تاکيد براين که بايد محيط کار براي زنان از لحاظ مسائل و احکام اسلامي امن باشدگفت: نبايد زن و مرد در محيط هاي کاري اختلاطحرام داشته باشند بلکه محيط کاري بايد از امنيت برخوردار باشد. حتي ين اختلاط بيش ازاندازه مي توان درراندمان کاري نيز تاثير گذار باشد...

اين کارشناس خانواده درنظر گرفتن شرابط جسمي زن و مرد را شرط ديگري براي انتخاب شغل در ميان زنان دانست وگفت: اسلام زن را ريحانه مي داند و خلقت زن لطيف است و تاب و توان فشارهاي کاري سخت را ندارد. نبايد با انتخاب شغلهاييکه تناسبي با شرايط جسمي وي ندارد لطافت روحي و جسمي خود را ازدست دهد زيرا اين فشارهابر وظايف وي در درون خانه نيز تاثير مي گذارد. به همين دليل برخي شغل ها در اسلام برايزن مکروه است زيرا با شرايط روحي وي تناسبي ندارد مانند قضاوت.

Mashhad police arrest 9 men and women in party

A number of the residents in a residential block in west Mashhad called the police to inform them that a number of unknown men and women had come to an apartment to hold a party.
The Patrol and Operational Units of Police Station number 20 [stormed] and searched the apartment immediately after being informed and following necessary coordination with judicial officials.
In this operation, seven men and two women were arrested and one of the suspects who intended to escape from the roof suffered a broken hand.
Those who had held the party were handed over to judicial officials after cases were made for them.

بازداشت ۹ زن و مرد در پارتي شبانه

تعدادي از اهالي يکي از مجتمع هاي مسکوني شهرک غرب مشهد در تماسبا فوريت هاي پليسي 110 از رفت و آمد مشکوک چند زن و مرد ناشناس به داخل يک آپارتمانمسکوني و برپايي مجلس پارتي خبر دادند.

گروه هاي گشت و عمليات کلانتري 20 مشهد به محض دريافت اين گزارشبلافاصله هماهنگي هاي لازم را با مقام قضايي به عمل آوردند و محل موردنظر را به طورضربتي مورد بازرسي قرار دادند.

در اين عمليات 7 مرد و 2 زن دستگير شدند و يکي از متهمان که قصدداشت از طريق راه پشت بام فرار کند نيز دچار شکستگي استخوان دست شده است.

Iran sentences opponent to 6 years of prison

The sentence for Mohsen Armin, a member of the Revolutionary Mojahedin Organization who was tried in the 15th branch of the Revolutionary Court presided over by Judge Salavati was announced.
Mohsen Armin was sentenced to five years of prison on charges of assembling, conspiring and acting against national security.
Armin was also sentenced to one year of prison and a five year ban on membership in political parties and groups and a ban in participating in advertising activities for propagating against the government.
This member of the Central Council of the Revolutionary Mojahedin was sentenced to six years of prison all together.

حکم محسن آرمين صادر شد

حکم دادگاه محسن آرمين از اعضاي سازمان مجاهدين انقلاب که در شعبه15 دادگاه انقلاب اسلامي به رياست قاضي صلواتي محاکمه شده بود اعلام شد.

محسن آرمين به جرم اجتماع، تباني و اقدام عليه امنيت ملي به 5 سالحبس محکوم شد.

آرمين همچنين به جرم تبليغ عليه نظام به يک سال حبس و 5 سال محروميتاز عضويت در احزاب و گروه هاي سياسي و فعاليت هاي تبليغي محکوم شد.

Representatives of the Islamic Council Majlis [Iranian parliament] ratified the Bill to Counter the Trafficking of Goods and Currency after studying the details. In this bill, organized traffickers of goods and currency who [traffic goods] with the aim of opposing the government will be recognized as corrupt on earth [which carries the death sentence] and will be charged according to Islamic Law.
According to reports from today’s public meeting in the Majlis, with the ratification of article 25 of this bill, if the organized trafficking of goods or currency is carried out with the aim of opposition with the Islamic Republic of Iran or with the knowledge that this action would be effective and would lead to widespread destruction in the internal production, currency, commercial and trade systems, he\she will be recognized as corrupt on earth and in addition to the confiscation of property, he\she will be sentenced to punishment according to the Islamic Penal Code.

به گزارش خبرنگار پارلماني خبرگزاري دانشجويان ايران (ايسنا)، نمايندگاندر جلسه علني امروز (چهارشنبه) مجلس، با تصويب ماده 25 لايحه مبارزه با قاچاق كالاو ارز مقرر كردند در صورتي كه ارتكاب قاچاق سازمان يافته كالا و ارز به قصد مقابلهبا نظام جمهوري اسلامي ايران و يا با علم به موثر بودن آن صورت گيرد و منجر به اخلالگسترده در نظام توليد داخلي، ارزي، بازرگاني و تجارت قانوني شود مرتكب، مفسد في‌الارضشناخته مي‌شود و علاوه بر مصادره اموال، به مجازات آن مطابق قانون مجازات اسلامي محكوممي‌گردد. مهر: حکم اعدام 12 نفر بامداد امروز يکشنبه در شيراز اجرا شد.

به گزارش مهر، از اين افراد هفت نفر قاچاقچي مواد مخدر در زندانشيراز و پنج نفر نيز در ملاء عام اعدام شدند.

جرائم پنج نفر ديگر نيز آدم ربايي، تجاوز به عنف، قتل، سرقت مسلحانهو... بوده است.

بر اين اساس "ر-ح" يکي از اين پنج نفر بود که در ملاءعام در شيراز اعدام شد...

"م-ت" و "ر-د" نيز دو نفر ديگر بودند که امروزدر شيراز و در ملاء عام اعدام شدند...

"الف -ح" و "ع- ه" نيز دو نفر ديگر بودند کهامروز در ملاء عام اعدام شدند.

The Semnan Judiciary’s Public Relations Office announced that a narcotics trafficker was hanged in Semnan in line with the decisive implementation of judicial sentences.
“This convict (A.T) who was from Sorkhas was sentenced to death by the Semnan Revolutionary Court on charges of carrying 952.3 kilograms of condensed heroin”, the head of the Public Relations Office said.
“His sentence was carried out on Wednesday morning in the Central Semnan Prison after it was upheld by the Attorney General and after legal procedures”, Mohammad Sediqi Nia added. “His request for amnesty which was issued in two stages was denied by the Amnesty Commission after necessary probes”, he said.

مهر: روابط عمومي دادگستري سمنان از بدار آويخته شدن قاچاقچي مواد مخدر در شهرستان سمنان و در راستاي اجراي قاطعانه احکام قضايي خبر داد.
مسئول روابط عمومي دادگستري استان سمنان چهارشنبه ضمن اعلام اين خبر گفت: اين مجرم (الف ت) اهل سرخس بوده است که با جرم حمل و نگهداري 3. 952کيلوگرم هروئين فشرده (کراک) توسط دادگاه انقلاب اسلامي سمنان به اعدام محکوم شده بود.
محمد صديقي‌نيا افزود: حکم وي پس از طي تشريفات قانوني و تأييد در دادستاني کل کشور و موافقت رياست قوه قضاييه، صبح چهارشنبه در زندان مرکزي سمنان بدار مجازات آويخته شد.

In line with the continuous fight against death traffickers [drug smugglers] and based on sentences passed by the Kerman Revolutionary Courts, Mohammad A. Ali N. and Ahmad T. were sentenced to death...

پنج قاچاقچي مواد مخدر در زندان کرمان و بم بدار مجازات آويخته شدند.
در راستاي مبارزه بي‌امان با سوداگران مرگ و بر اساس احکام صادره از سوي دادگاههاي انقلاب اسلامي کرمان، ”محمد-ع“...”علي – ن“ ... ”احمد- ت“...، توسط محاکم انقلاب اسلامي کرمان به مجازات اعدام محکوم شده بودند.
احکام صادره اين مجرمان پس از تشريفات قانوني در زندان کرمان به مرحله اجرا درآمد.
در همين راستا و بر اساس احکام صادره از محاکم انقلاب اسلامي بم ”عليرضا- ب“... و ”حمزه– م“به اعدام محکوم شده بودند.
احکام اين قاچاقچيان نيز در زندان بم به مرحله اجرا درآمد.

According to reports from Kermanshah, on Saturday January 1, a number of agents from the anti-narcotics State Security Forces in Sarpol Zahab went to the home of a Kurd man identified as Mostafa Shokri with a search warrant. One of the security forces beat this Kurd man to death during the search and according to informed sources, he took the body to the rooftop of the house and threw it down in the backyard to hide the murder.

Iran secretly hangs 22 prisoners in Evin Prison mass execution

According to reports, on Tuesday January 3, 22 prisoners who were transferred from Qezel Hesar Prison to solitary cells in Evin Prison were hanged in a mass execution in Evin.
Their families who went to Evin Prison asking for their bodies were told that the bodies were being held in the Kahrizak morgue and that they had to go to the morgue for the bodies.
The head of Iran’s Judiciary Sadeq Larijani has kept his silence regarding these executions and has not announced this mass execution due to fear of international reactions.
The names of a number of these prisoners are:
Gholam-Reza Farough Babol Zehi, 28 years old, Afghan national
Alireza Javid Shirazi, 38, has been detained for close to 20 months
Aziz Shokri, 24, has been detained for more than 20 months (he is to be hanged for carrying 20 grams of narcotics)
Mohsen Kakavand, 32, has been jailed for close to two years
Hassan Panahi, 45, has been jailed for two years
Mahmoud Kermani
Yadollah Mohammadi, 40, has been jailed for three years
Abdolraouf Brouhi, 40, has been detained for three years
Asghar Sheikh Sotudeh
Abdolhamid Deh MordehSaied Reza Zadeh, 26, has been jailed for close to 15 months

اعداممخفيانه و گروهي 22 زنداني قزل حصار در اوين

بنابهگزارشات رسيده به"فعالين حقوق بشر و دمکراسي در ايران" روز سه شنبه 13 ديماه در يک کشتار دسته جمعي 22 زنداني که طي روزهاي شنبه 10 دي ماه و يکشنبه 11 ديماه از واحد 2 زندان قزل حصار کرج به سلولها انفرادي زندان اوين منتقل شده بودندبه دار آويخته شدند.

خانوادههاي آنها امروز به زندان اوين مراجع کردند و خواستار گرفتن اجساد عزيزانشان شدندکه به آنها گفته شد اجساد در سردخانه کهريزک نگهداري مي شوند و براي تحويل گرفتنآنها بايد به آنجا مراجعه کنند.

صادقلاريجاني جنايتکار عليه بشريت و منصوب ولي فقيه علي خامنه اي در قوۀ قضاييه بدليل ترس از واکنشهاي جهاني تااين لحظه سکوت پيشه کرده است و از اعلام خبر کشتار دسته جمعي امروز خوداري مي کند.

اسامي تعدادي از زندانيان که صبح امروز در زنداناوين اعدام شدند به قرار زير مي باشد.

1-غلامرضا فاروغ بابل زهي 28 ساله که از شهروندان افغانستان مي باشد

2-عليرضا جاويد شيرازي 38 ساله نزديگ به 20 ماه در زندان قزل حصار بسر مي برد

3-عزيز شکري 24 ساله بيش از 20 ماه در زندان قزل حصار زنداني بود (او به دليل داشتن20 گرم مواد مخدر قرار است اعدام شود)

4-محسن کاکاوند 32 ساله و نزديگ به 2 سال در زندان قزل حصار زنداني بود.

5-حسنپناهي 45 ساله 2 سال در زندان بسر مي برد

6-محمودکرماني

Two narcotics smugglers were hanged in line with the implementation of a judicial sentence on charges of buying, selling and carrying narcotics and possessing about five kilograms of heroin.
The first convict identified as J. Sh was sentenced to death in the second branch of the Arak Revolutionary Court while A. A was sentenced to death in the first branch of the Revolutionary Court.
Their sentences which were upheld by the Attorney General were finally carried out on the dawn of January 3 in the Central Arak Prison.

A prisoner was hanged yesterday morning in Zanjan Prison on charges of carrying narcotics.
According to reports, Salah Rashidi son of Azim who was from a village in Orumieh was hanged in Zanjan Prison on drug related charges.
According to one of his family members, his family received his body a few hours after the death sentence was carried out.

روزگذشته يک نفر در زندان زنجان اعدام شد

صبحروز گذشته يک زنداني به اتهام حمل و نگهداري مواد مخدر در زندان زنجان به دار آويختهشد.

بهگزارش کردپا، صلاح رشيدي فرزند عظيم از اهالي روستاي اربيلا از توابع اروميه بهاتهام خريد و فروش مواد مخدر در زندان شهر زنجان اعدام گرديده است.

Colonel Shah Mohammadi said that more than 61,000 items of satellite equipment were seized in Kurdistan in the first nine months of the [Persian] year.
“From the beginning of the year until now, with the day and night efforts of the State Security Forces, 61,882 items of satellite receiving equipment were discovered and seized in the province”, the head of the Kurdistan Security Police said.He said that there was a 73 percent increase in these measures carried out [by the police] compared to last year.
“According to investigations, 93 percent of discoveries were related to the plan to round up satellite equipment and 1,942 elements who were behind the production, distribution, and installation and also those who use these kinds of equipment for the second time were arrested and handed over to judicial institutions”, he said.

جمعآوري 61هزار قطعه تجهيزات ماهواره اي در کردستان

سرهنگ"شاه محمدي" از جمع آوري بيش از 61هزار قطعه تجهيزات دريافت از ماهواره طي9 ماهه اول سال جاري در استان کردستان خبر داد.

بهگزارش پايگاه اطلاع رساني پليس ، سرهنگ "شاه محمدي" رييس پليس امنيت عمومياستان کردستان در اين باره گفت :از ابتداي سال جاري تا کنون با تلاش شبانه روزي مامورانانتظامي تعداد 61 هزار و 882 قطعه انواع تجهيزاتدريافت از ماهواره در راستاي طرح جمع آوري تجهزات مذکور در سطح استان کشف و ضبط و جمعآوري شده است.

وي در ادامه بااشاره به رشد 73درصديعملکرد استان در مقايسه با مدت مشابه سال گذشته بيان داشت: .برابر بررسي بعمل آمده 92درصد کشفيات مربوط به اجراي طرح جمع آوري تجهيزات دريافت از ماهواره بوده و در اينرابطه 1942 نفر از عاملان تهيه ، توزيع ، نصب و همچنين کساني که اقدام به استفاده مجدداز اين گونه تجهيزات نموده اند دستگير و به مراجع قضايي تسليم شده اند . The United States renewed calls for Iran to release 'without delay' a US citizen of Iranian descent who reportedly went on trial Tuesday on charges of spying for the CIA.
The State Department also said Swiss diplomats, who represent US interests in Tehran in the absence of diplomatic ties, asked Iran on Saturday for permission to see alleged spy Amir Mirzai Hekmati, but were denied their request.‘We are aware of press reports that a closed-door trial has begun against Mr Hekmati,' State Department deputy spokesman Mark Toner told reporters.
‘We've seen this story before with the Iranian regime falsely accusing people of being spies and then holding innocent foreigners for political reasons’.
He urged Iran to grant the Swiss access to Hekmati and to release him 'without delay’.Iran's Fars news agency reported that the prosecutor in Hekmati's case called for the 'maximum punishment' -- presumably the death penalty -- if he is convicted.
Confessions extracted from Hekmati 'have made it clear that the accused cooperated with the Central Intelligence Agency and acted against (Iran's) national security,' the prosecutor was quoted as saying.Hekmati, a 28-year-old former US Marine born in the United States to an Iranian immigrant family, was shown on Iranian state television mid-December saying in fluent Farsi and English that he was a CIA operative sent to infiltrate the Iranian intelligence ministry.The United States called for his release following his television appearance.

ايران درخواست اشد مجازات برايجاسوس ادعايي آمريكايي ايراني مي كند

ايالات متحده فراخوانهابراي آزادي يک شهروند آمريکايي ايراني‌تبار که بنا‌به گزارشات، روز سه‌شنبه به اتهاماتجاسوسي براي سيا مورد محاکمه قرارگرفت را تجديد کرد.

وزارت‌خارجههم‌چنين گفت ديپلوماتهاي سوئيس که منافع آمريکا را در فقدان روابط ديپلوماتيک آمريکارا در تهران نمايندگي مي‌کنند از ايران اجازهديدار با امير ميرزايي حکمتي متهم به جاسوسي را خواستند اما اين تقاضاي آنها پذيرفتهنشد.

مارکتونر سخنگوي وزارت‌خارجه آمريکا به خبرنگاران گفت ما نسبت به گزارشات مطبوعاتي از ايندادگاه پشت دربهاي بسته که عليه آقاي حکمتي شروع شده مطلع هستيم. وي افزود ما چنين داستاني را قبلاًهم از رژيم ايران که به غلط مردم را متهم به جاسوسي مي‌کند و بعد هم خارجيان بيگناهرا به دلايل سياسي بازداشت مي‌کند را ديده‌ايم.

Human Rights Activists in Iran :
The East Azarbaijan Judiciary sentenced 25 Azeri protesters who had participated in this year’s protests to prison and flogging.
According to reports from Tabriz, branch 104 of the Public Tabriz Court sentenced 25 people who had participated in the September 3 protests to more than 12 years of prison all together.
Massoud Jalilzadeh, Mohsen Golestani, Saied Ibrahimzadeh, Mohammad Ahmadi and Parviz Saiedian were each sentenced to one year of prison and 70 lashes.
Kiomars Qorbani Niknam, Shahriar Kabiri Eskandari, Behnam Fat-hi, Orman Zahideh Tabrizi, Ali Shahed, Hamed Andaz, Najaf Khandani, Siamak Kanderoudi, Kaveh Rostampour and Mehdi Mohammadpour were each sentenced to six months of prison and 40 lashes.
Bahram Khodayari, Taqi Molayi, Hamed Shahbazi, Vahid Gholampour Golzari, Ali Mohamamdi Aqbolaq, Adel Danapour, Amir Bouzari, Bahram Faravani, Alireza Naqshi, and Allah Verdi Qorbani were each sentenced to 91 days of prison and 30 lashes.

محکوميت ۲۵ شهروند تبريزي به بيش از ۱۲ سال حبس و شلاق

دستگاه قضايي در استان آذربايجان شرقي براي ۲۵ تن از شهروندان معترضآذربايجاني که در اعتراضات سالجاري آذربايجان شرکت داشته اند احکام حبس و شلاق صادرکرد.

بنا به اطلاع گزارشگران هرانا از تبريز، شعبه ۱۰۴ دادگاه عموميتبريز ۲۵ تن از بازداشت شدگان وقايع ۱۲ شهريور ماه را به تحمل بيش از ۱۲ سال حبس محکومکرد.

آقايان مسعود جليل زاده، محسن گلستاني، سعيد ابراهيم زاده، محمداحمدي، پرويز سعيديان با حکم فرمايشي قاضي شعبه ۱۰۴ دادگاه عمومي تبريز به رياست شکوهتازه هر کدام به يک سال حبس تعزيري و تحمل ۷۰ ضربه شلاق محکوم شدند.

هم چنين آقايان کيومرث قرباني نيک نام، شهريار کبيري اسکندري، بهنامفتحي، اورمان زاهيده تبريزي، علي شاهد، حامد انداز، نجف خنداني، سيامک کندرودي، کاوهرستم پور و مهدي محمد پور نيز هر کدام به شش ماه حبس تعزيري و تحمل ۴۰ ضربه شلاق محکومشدند.

همين طور بهرام خداياري، تقي مولايي، حامد شهبازي، وحيد غلامپورگلزاري، علي محمدي آقبولاق، عادل دانا پور، امير بوزري، بهرام فراواني، عليرضا نقشي،آلله وردي قرباني نيز هرکدام به ۹۱روز حبس تعزيري و تحمل ۳۰ ضربه شلاق محکوم شدند.(هرانا – 5/10/90)

Iran hanged five convicted drug traffickers in a prison in the northern city of Shahroud on Monday, the official IRNA news agency reported.
The report did not give the identities or ages of the people sent to gallows but mentioned that they were from different Iranian cities.

ايران 5نفر را به جرم قاچاق مواد مخدر بدار آويخت

به گزارش ايرنا ايران 5محکوم به قاچاق مواد مخدر را در زنداني درشهر شمالي شاهرود بدار آويخت. در اين گزارش هويت يا سن افرادي که به پاي جوخه‌دار بردهشدند داده نشده است و فقط گفته شد از شهرهاي مختلف ايران بوده‌اند.

با اين اعدامها شمار کساني که در سال جاري بنا‌به ارقام خبرگزاريفرانسه در ايران اعدام شده‌اند به 277نفر رسيده است.

سازمان ديدبان حقوق‌بشر تعداد اعدامها در سال 2010 را388نفر اعلام کرده است. سازمان عفو بين‌الملل اين رقم را 252نفر اعلام کرده که با اينوصف جمهوري اسلامي در رديف دوم بعد از چين رکورددار اعدام مي‌باشد. (خبرگزاري فرانسه-5/10/1390)

A woman sentenced to death by stoning in Iran for adultery may be hanged instead, a justice official was quoted as saying by the Fars news agency on Sunday.The woman, Sakineh Mohammadi Ashtiani, 'has two sentences, one regarding adultery for which she was sentenced to stoning, and the other for being an accomplice to murdering her husband for which she received a 10-year prison term,' said Malek Ajdar Sharifi, head of Iran's East Azarbaijan province's justice department.But, 'since we did not have facilities for stoning her,' authorities were informed, Fars news agency quoted Sharifi as saying.
Sharifi said the chief of Iran's judiciary, Ayatollah Sadeq Larijani, had responded by saying that 'since the main purpose is execution then, if there are no facilities for stoning according to sharia, it could be changed to hanging’.But Larijani decided 'to wait to get the view of other religious scholars and then a clear decision will be taken,' according to Sharifi.‘We said there was no hurry,' as Mohammadi Ashtiani is serving her 10-year jail sentence, he said.
'We are waiting for for the results of deliberations’.Mohammadi Ashtiani was sentenced to death by two courts in the northwestern city of Tabriz, capital of East Azarbaijan province, in separate trials in 2006.A sentence to hang for her involvement in the murder of her husband was commuted to the 10-year jail term by an appeals court in 2007.
The second sentence, to be executed by stoning, was on adultery charges leveled over several relationships, notably with the man convicted of her husband's murder.The stoning sentence was upheld by another appeals court the same year, in a case that drew widespread international condemnation.
But in July 2010, Iran suspended the stoning sentence pending a new examination of her case.Sharifi earlier this year said 'anything is possible' when asked by Fars news agency whether Mohammadi Ashtiani's sentence for adultery could be overturned.

Security forces attack church in Ahwaz one day before Christmas Eve

Human Rights Activists in Iran :
Security forces stormed a church in Ahwaz and arrested the church priest, Farhad Sabokroh, his wife Shahnaz and all the members of the church. They were taken to an unknown location with two busses and there was no news on them for hours. According to reports from Ahwaz, security forces who had covered their faces when entering the church even took away the very frightened children in the church.
These agents immediately confiscated the cellphones of the church members and searched all the rooms. They also confiscated a number of computers and other appliances which belonged to the church. All the detainees except Farhad Sabokroh, his wife and two other church members are still detained and there is no news on their condition.

بازداشتگروهي از مسيحيان اهواز در آستانه کريسمس

نيروهايامنيتي جمهوري اسلامي صبح روز جمعه دوم دي ماه (۲۳ دسامبر) با يورش به کليساي جماعترباني اهواز کشيش کليسا «فرهاد سبکروح» و خانم «شهناز» همسر اين کشيش و تمام اعضايکليسا را ضمن بازداشت بوسيله دو دستگاه اتوبوس به مکان نامعلومي انتقال دادند و تاساعاتي هيچگونه خبري از وضعيت آنان در دست نبود.

بنابه اطلاع گزارشگران هرانا از اهواز، نيروهاي امنيتي که به هنگام يورش به داخل کليساصورت هاي خود را پوشانده بودند حتي بچه‌هاي کوچک کانون شادي که به شدت ترسيده بودندرا نيز با خود بردند.

اينماموران بلافاصله تلفن هاي همراه حاضرين در کليسا را ضبط کرده و تمام اتاقها را موردبازرسي قرار دادند و چند دستگاه کامپيوتر و تجهيزات متعلق به کليسا را نيز به همراهخود بردند.

کليهبازداشت شدگان به غير از فرهاد سبک روح و همسرش شهناز و دو تن از اعضاي کليسا کماکاندر بازداشت بسر مي برند و از وضعيت آنان هيچ اطلاعي در دست نيست. (هرانا – 3/10/90)

Iran hangs 7 people in group execution in Orumieh including one woman

On the dawn of Wednesday December 24, seven prisoners were hanged in the courtyard of the Central Orumieh Prison on orders of the Judiciary.
In an interview with the Mukrian News Agency, the lawyer of one of these prisoners, Massoud Shams Nejad identified these prisoners as Yusef A., Heidar D., Mehdi S., Qorbanali Sh. Saied M., Sirous M. and Nahid A. “Judicial sources announced their crime as drug related”, he added.
He said that he was not informed of the implementation of the execution.
Notably, yesterday afternoon, these seven people had been transferred to the quarantine section of the Orumieh Prison for their sentence to be carried out.

اعدامهفت نفر در زندان مرکزي اروميه

بامدادامروز شنبه سوم ديماه سال نود، هفت نفر از زندانيان زندان مرکزي اروميه به دستور مراجعقضايي در محوطه اين زندان به دار آويخته شدند.

مسعودشمس نژاد وکيل يکي از اعدام شدگان در گفتگو با خبرنگار سرويس حقوق بشر آژانس خبري موکريان،اسامي اين افراد را يوسف - الف، حيدر- د ،مهدي- ص و قربانعلي -ش، سعيد - م، سيروس- م و ناهيد - الف اعلام نمود.

ويافزود: اتهام افراد اعدام شده از سوي مراجع قضايي، جرائم مربوط به مواد مخدر عنوانشده است.

اينوکيل در خاتمه اعلام نمود که اجراي حکم موکل برابر قانون بايد به بنده ابلاغ مي شدکه اين کار صورت نگرفت.

According to reports, two prisoners were hanged in the morning in the courtyard of the Lakan Prison in Rasht.On Saturday December 24, two prisoners were hanged in the Lakan Prison. One of these two men was 26 year old Sajjad Tal. He had been in prison for close to three years before his execution. His brother, Mohammad-Reza Tal was publicly hanged about two weeks ago in Rasht.
They were hanged on drug related charges.

دوزنداني در زندان لاکان رشت به دار آويخته شدند

بنا‌بهگزارشات رسيده به ”فعالين حقوق‌بشر و دموکراسي در ايران“ صبح امروز 2 زنداني در محوطه‌يزندان لاکان رشت بدار آويخته شدند.

روزشنبه 3 دي ماه در يک اقدام ضدبشري و قرون‌وسطايي 2 زنداني در زندان لاکان رشت بدارآويخته شدند. يکي از اين دو زنداني سجاد طال نام داشت و 26ساله بود. او نزديگ به 3سالدر زندان به‌سر مي‌برد. در حدود دو هفته پيش برادر او محمدرضا طال در ملأعام در شهررشت به در آويخته شد بود.

A prisoner was hanged in the Sharoud Prison in Semnan on Wednesday December 21. According to the Semnan Judiciary, a person identified as M.A from Anabeh was hanged on Wednesday on charges of carrying narcotics.Notably, he had requested amnesty twice but it was turned down by the Prosecutor.

اعداميک زنداني در زندان شاهرود

چهارشنبه۳۰ آذر ۱۳۹۰ يک زنداني در زندان شاهرود واقع در سمنان به دار آويخته شد.

بهگزارش دادگستري استان سمنان فردي با هويت (م، ع) از اهالي انابه بردسکن به اتهام حملونگه داري مواد مخدر صبح روز چهارشنبه اعدام شد.

لازمبه ذکر است که نامبرده ۲ بار از سوي دادگاه قضايي دادخواست عفو نموده بوده که موردتاييد دادستان قرار نگرفته است. (دادگستري استان سمنان, هرانا – 4/10/90)

Spousal abuse on the rise in Hamedan
The head of the Hamedan Medical Examiner’s Office announced that in the first eight months of the [Persian] year, there was a 7.12 percent increase of spousal abuse in the province.“Until November, 1,900 cases of spousal abuse were recorded in the Hamdan Medical Examiner’s Office”, Ali Ehsan Saleh said...He pointed to the fact that in Iran most couples tolerate the abuse and harassment due to shame and added, “There is no exact figures on the amount of spousal abuse but according to statistics from those who came to the Medical Examiner’s Office in the past year, 1,375 cases of spousal abuse were recorded in this province”. همسرآزاري در استاندر هشت ماهه امسال در همدان افزايش 12،7 درصدي داشته است

مديركل پزشكي قانونياستان همدان اعلام كرد: در هشت ماهه امسال شاهد افزايش 12،7 درصدي همسر آزاري در استانبوده‌ايم.

به گزارش خبرنگار خبرگزاريدانشجويان ايران(ايسنا)ـ منطقه همدان، علي احسان صالح، افزود: تا آبان ماه هزار و90 مورد همسرآزاري در پزشکي قانوني همدان ثبت شده...

وي با اشاره به اينكه در ايران بيشتر زوجين به علت شرمو حيا و تلا‌ش براي جلوگيري از گسيختگي خانواده، آزارها را تحمل مي‌كنند اظهار کرد:در استان آمار دقيقي از ميزان همسرآزاري وجود ندارد اما براساس آمار مراجعه كنندگانبه پزشكي قانوني در سال گذشته، هزار و 375 مورد همسرآزاري ثبت شده كه در هزار و369 مورد زنان و در شش مورد مردان شاكي بوده‌اند... According to reports, Seyed Esa Hashemi Heidari said, “More than 9,500 prisoners are detained in Mazandaran’s prisons even as these prisons only have the capacity for 3,5000 prisoners”.“Mazandaran prisons suffer from a lack of space”, the Assistant to the Architectural Manager of Mazandaran said. Eye-witness report on inhumane conditions in Dizel Abad Prison in Kermanshah
The following is an eye-witness report by a soldier from Kermanshah:My name is Koroush Rostamianpour and I was sent to the Dizel Abad Prison as a soldier on duty. After finishing my time in the prison, I am writing my memories from Dizel Abad Prison in Kermanshah and what I saw with my own eyes as a way of informing the public of human rights violations...According to daily statistics which change every day, there are between 2,000 to 3,000 prisoners in this prison. This prison has 9 cellblocks which are called ‘Councils’. Because of the high amount of drugs in prison, in person visits are mostly banned. Most visits are done from behind glass partitions and under sever security control. There are at least 500 death row prisons, who can be executed at any time. Most of the death row prisoners have been charged with trafficking narcotics, intentional murder and rape... Council 8 in this prison is where prisoners with drug related charges and prisoners who are addicted to methadone are detained. In this cellblock, because of the high amount of drug injections and sexual relationships, a large number of prisoners are infected with hepatitis and aids. In some cases, these prisoners are transferred to other cellblocks as punishment despite the dangers it poses to other prisoners and the risks of infections. During the two years I was in this prison, at least 60 prisoners were executed. Political prisoners are scattered in various cellblocks as a way of putting more pressure on them so that they cannot have group relations and any kind of influence on non-political prisoners. The 300 political prisoners in this prison are under constant pressure and threats by the Prison Intelligence Protection Unit...In the winter of 2007, a prisoner suffering from hepatitis who was living his last days was transferred to the isolation unit. He died after four days and the soldiers left his body in the snow in the infirmary yard until morning and then gave his body to his family...Young prisoners sow their lips, eyelids and close their ears in protest to the harassment and [sexual] abuse of older prisoners. In reality, the head of prison and prison officials transfer them to cellblock 9 instead of listening to their requests as if there is no one to listen to them and the [young] prisoners gradually wither and are forced to tolerate the conditions. A prisoner named Mojtaba, who tried to escape when being taken to court, was severely beaten by special prison forces to the extent that his hand was severely fractured and he was unable to walk. After learning that he intended to file a complaint against prison officials, he was transferred to cellblock 9 for a few months until all the torture signs disappeared from his body. He was banned from visits and telephone calls in this time...In the quarantine section, because of the high numbers of new arrivals and drug addicts, there are daily suicide attempts and violent fights. Unfortunately, prison officials intentionally do not carry out the law which states that prisoners should be separated according to their crimes and diseases such as hepatitis and aids. Some prisoners threatened and beat other prisoners because they were under the influence of drugs or were suffering from psychological problems. I witnessed a few times that prisoners were threatened by these people infected with aids and hepatitis that they have to give them money or else they would infect them with HIV with a bloody knife and in this way, they would force prisoners to give them money. Political prisoners were in severe isolation because they were threatened not to communicate with other prisoners. The Intelligence Protection Unit gave special privileges to those willing to spy on political prisoners. Privileges such as cigarettes, prison leaves and telephone calls. Prisoners were threatened or summoned by the Intelligence Protection Unit for any kind of political discussion in the political prisoner’s room. A report on political prisoners’ actions was sent to the Intelligence Agency by the Intelligence Protection Unit and the Intelligence Department decided if they should be granted their prison leave requests in light of their behavior. Political prisoners unwillingly turn to drugs because [of pressures] from their severe isolation and long prison terms...A State Security Forces officer named Colonel Kakayi was a torturer in this prison. He would personally participate in the daily searches from various cells and would severely beat prisoners. In one instance, he severely beat a prisoner in the presence of 200 prisoners for playing a game in the quarantine section. After the prisoner protested, he took him to the prison yard, took his clothes off and then started beating him with a club after wetting his body. I saw with my own eyes on several occasions that he broke prisoners’ teeth by kicking them [in the mouth]. Maybe one of the most horrible scenes that I saw during my time was the hand amputations of a robber in the Dizel Abad Prison yard which was carried out with the presence of all prisoners convicted of robbery. This prisoner who was about 40 years old was sentenced to hand amputation for carrying out a number of robberies from shop safes in Kermanshah. After the sentence was carried out, he was transferred to the quarantine section for a few hours. Seeing this prisoner with his hand amputated only because of a robbery which he carried out because of poverty and unemployment greatly saddened me. (Iran Briefing website – Dec. 22, 2011)

به گزارش خبرنگارمهر، سيد عيسي هاشمي حيدري ظهر يکشنبه در جلسه احداث زندان و بازداشتگاههايمازندران در استانداري با اشاره به ظرفيت زندانهاي مازندران گفت: بيش از 9 هزار و500 زنداني دربند در مازندران وجود دارد که از اين ميزان ظرفيت زندانهاي مازندرانفقط سه هزار و 500 نفر است.

معاون عمرانياستانداري مازندران افزود: زندانهاي مازندران از کمبود فضا رنج برده. (مهر – 27/9/90)

اينجا ديزل آباد كرمانشاهاست، ايستگاه آخر دنيا!

يک شهروند کُرد اهلکرمانشاه خاطراتي تکان‌دهنده را از وضعيت زندان مخوف ديزل‌آباد کرمانشاه بازگو مي‌کند...

كوروش رستميان بورهستم و ايام خدمت سربازي خود را در زندان ديزل آباد کرمانشاه سپري نمودم، در حالي کهاز زندان ترخيص شدم‌، نوشتار ذيـل خـاطراتي از زنـدان ديــزل آبــاد کرمانشاه ومشاهداتعيني که بعنوان اقدامي براي اطﻼع رساني و در قالب گزارش نقض حقوق بشر به نگارش در آمدهاست...

طبق آمار‌هايي که روزانهدر حال تغييرند، تعداد زندانيان اين زندان هميشه از ٢ تا ٣ هزار نفر در نوسان است.اين زندان داراي ٩ بند است که اصطﻼحاً به آن مشاوره مي‌گويند. به دليل آمار باﻻي ورودمواد مخدر،ملاقات حضوري در اين زندان بسياري از مواقع ممنوع اعلام مي‌شود. بيشتر ملاقات‌هابه صورت کابيني و تحت کنترل شديد حفاظت زندان قرار دارد.

آمار محکومين به اعدامدر اين زندان حداقل ۵۰۰ تن است که داراي محکوميت قطعي مي‌باشند و هر لحظه احتمال اجرايحکم آن‌ها وجود دارد. درصد بيشتر محکومين به اعدام به جرائم مواد مخدر، قتل عمد و تجاوزبه عنف مربوط مي‌شوند...

مشاور ٨ اين زندانبيشتر مربوط به جرائم مواد مخدر و مصرف کنندگان متادون است اين بند زندان به دليل آمارباﻻي تزريق مواد و ارتباطات جنسي، تعداد زيادي از اين زندانيان به هپاتيت و ايدز مبتلاهستند. بعضي مواقع هم در جهت تنبيه اين زندانيان مدتي آن‌ها را به بند‌هاي ديگر تبعيدمي‌کنند و عليرغم خطرناک بودن اين زندانيان، مسئولين نسبت به وجود چنين زندانياني دربند‌هاي ديگر بي تفاوت هستند.

در طول دو سالي کهمن در اين زندان بودم حـداقل ۶۰ زنداني اعدام شدند، زندانيان سياسي اين زندان در جهتاعمال فشار بر آن‌ها و بر طبق برنامه از پيش تعيين شده در داخل بند‌هاي مختلف زندانپراکنده مي‌شوند تا نتوانند به صورت گروهي روابط صميمي با هم داشته باشند و بر زندانيانعادي اين زندان تاثير بگذارند.

زندانيان سياسي کهشمار آن ها به ۳۰۰ تن مي‌رسد، همواره از سوي حفاظت اطﻼعات زندان تحت فشار هستند و بهصورت مداوم از سوي اين نهاد مورد تهديد قرار مي‌گيرند...

يکــي از روزهــايدي‌مــاه زمســتان ســال ۸۶، يکـي از زنــدانيان زنــدان بــازپروري شــهر کرمانشاهکه به دليل ابتلا به هپاتيت روز‌هاي آخر عمرش را سپري مي‌کرد، به بخش ايزوله منتقلشد و بعد از ۴ روز زماني هم که مُرد، سربازان جنازه‌اش را تا صبح بر روي برف حياط بهداريرها کرده و پس از آن تحويل خانواده‌اش دادند...

زندانيان جوان به دليلاذيت و آزار از سوي زندانيان سابقه دار اقدام به دوختن لب، پلک‌هاي چشم و بستن گوشمي‌کردند. در واقع حفاظت و رئيس زندان به جاي گوش کردن به درخواست اين زندانيان آنانرا به بند ٩ منتقل مي‌كرد گويا در اين زندان هيچ گوش شنوايي وجود نداشت و زنداني بايدذره ذره مي‌سوخت و مي‌ساخت.

يکي از زندانيان بهنام مجتبي هم که در حين اعزام به دادگاه شهرستان اقدام به فرار کرده بود بعد از دستگيريمجدد توسط نيرو‌هاي يگـان ويـژهٔ زنـدان، مـورد ضـربو شـتم شديد قرار گرفت بطوريکه دست وي دچار شکستگي شديد شد و به دليل ضربات شديد ويقادر به راه رفتن نبود. مسئولين زندان پس از اينکه فهميدند اين زنداني تصميم به شکايتاز مسئولين زندان را دارد، به مدت چند ماه تا بهبودي کامل و ناپديد شدن بقاياي ضربو شتم وي را به بند ۹منتقل کردند و در اين مدت وي را از ملاقات و تلفـن نـيز محرومکردند...

در قرنطينهٔ زندان به دليل وجود آمار باﻻي زندانيان تازه وارد و درصد باﻻياعتياد اين افراد به مواد مخدر، روزانه شاهد خودزني، درگيري شديد و پرخاشگري ايـن افـرادمبتـﻼ بـه اعتياد، بودم.

متاسفانه مسئولين زنـداننسـبت بـه وجـود بيمار هـاي خطرنـاکي همچـون هپاتيت و ايدز و افراد متهم به قتل عمدقانون تفکيک جرائم را به اجرا در نمي‌آورند. در بين اين زندانيان افرادي وجود داشتکه به دليل خماري و مشکلات رواني اقدام به تهديد و ضرب و شتم ديگر زندانيان مي‌کرد.

چندين بار شاهد آنبودم زندانيان از سوي تعدادي از اين افراد که حتي داراي کارت رسمي بيماري ايدز و هپاتيتبودند، تهديد مي‌شدند که بايد به آن‌ها کمک مالي کنند و در غير اين صورت با چاقوي آغشتهبه خون، آن‌ها را هم ايدزي خواهند کرد و بدين ترتيب گويا اين افراد از زندانيان ديگرباج ايدزي بودن خودشان را مي‌گرفتند.

زنـدانيان سياسـي داخـلبنـد، بـه دليـل تهديـد زنـدانيان از معاشـرت بـا آن‌هــا، در انــزواي شديدي قرارداشتند. حفاظت به تعدادي از زندانيان مخبر، در جهت زير نظر گرفتن زندانيان سياسي امتيازاتويژه منجمله سيگار، مرخصي و تلفن ارائه مي‌داد و بدين دليل هر گونه بحث سياسي در اتاقزندانيان سياسي با احضار و تهديد آن‌ها از سوي حفاظت صورت مي‌پذيرفت. گزارش عملکردزندانيان سياسي از سوي حفاظت بـه ادارهٔ اطﻼعـات ارسال مي‌شدو اين اداره نيز با توجه به رفتار زندانيان در قبال درخواست مرخصي آن‌ها تصميم‌گيريمي‌کرد...

انـزواي شـديد زنـدانيانسياسـي و هـم چنيـن صـدور احکـام سـنگين بـراي آن‌هـا ســبب مي‌شود ناخواسته جهت گذراندناوقات روزانه، از طريق زندانيان سابقه‌دار به مصرف مواد مخـدر روي بياورنـد...

يکي از افسران انتظاميزندان که سمت معاونت انتظامي را داشـت بـه نـام “سـرهنگ کاکايي” از شکنجه‌گران اينزندان بود، در بازرسي روزانه از بنـد‌هاي مختلـف زنـدان خـود شخصاً در ضـرب و شـتمشـديد زنـدانيان شـرکت مـي‌کرد. يــک بــار در حضــور نزديــک بــه دويست زنداني ديگريک زنداني را که مشغول سرگرمي جوز جوز در قرنطينه بود، به دليل ممنوعيت اين نوع بازي‌ها،مورد ضرب و شتم و شديد قرار داد و بعد از اعتراض اين زنداني وي را به هواخوري منتقلکرده و بعد از لخت کردن وي و خيس کردنش با آب، اين زنداني را با باتوم کتک زد. بارهامن خودم ديدم که با لگد زندانيان را زده و دندان‌هاي آنها را مي‌شکست.

شايد يکي از تلخ ترينصحنه‌هاي دلخراشي که واقعا مدتي مرا متأثر کرد، قطع دست يکي از زندانيان سارق سابقهدار در محوطهٔ داخل زندان ديزل آباد با حضور تمامي زندانيان جرائم سرقت بود.اين زنداني که نزديک به چهل سال سن داشـت بـه دليـل سـابقه چندين فقره سرقت از گاوصندوقهاي مغازه‌هاي شهر کرمانشاه، از سوي دادگاه به حد قطع دست محکوم شده بود. بعد از اجرايحکم براي ساعاتي وي را به قرنطينه زندان منتقل کردند، ديدن اين زنداني و قطع عضو ويتنها به دليل سرقت که آن هم به دليل فقر و بيکاري بود، مرا شديدا متاثر کرد.(ايران بريفينگ – 1/10/90)

A man who was blinded after his brother in-law struck him requested that he be blinded as retribution...During interrogations Hamed [the victim’s brother in-law] said, “Me and my wife’s brother were arguing over a family matter and his words made me furious to the point that I lost control over myself. That’s when I struck him in the face with car keys. I did not want to hurt him at all and never intended to target his eye. This incident was a total accident and now I am very regretful”. He was detained after confessing to the crime. Last week, the judges of the fifth branch of the Fars Penal Court held a session to see to this case. “Investigations have shown that the suspect struck the key directly into the complainant’s eye and therefore the crime is considered intentional and we request the legal punishment”, the representative of the Prosecutor told the judges in court.Hamid [the complainant] later came to the stand and said, “Months after this incident I cannot still believe what happened to me. An informed source in the judiciary said that Hojatel Islam Farzad Forouzesh [who was attacked by a group of young people while trying to harass them on the street] went to the Tehran Penal Court today to follow up his case. “His case is being seen to in the 79th branch of the Tehran Penal Court presided over by Judge Mohammad-Reza Mohammadi Kashkouli”, he added.“Forouzesh has requested a blinding retribution sentence for the main suspect in this case who was his attacker”. Forouzesh, the head of the Friday Prayers at the Tehran School of Medical Sciences was attacked by a number of people on the night of June 6, 2011 while ‘prohibiting vice, promoting virtue’ [in normal terms when Bassij forces and cleric go out in the streets to pry into people’s personal lives and verbally and sometimes physically harass them] and lost his eyesight in his right eye in the incident. قصاص چشم بعنوان يك مجازاتقضايي تبديل به يك امر معمولي در ايران مي شود

اين مرد (داماد)وقتي تحت بازجويي قرار گرفت به جرمش اعتراف كرد و گفت: «من و برادرزنم سر موضوعيخانوادگي با هم بحث كرديم و حرف‌هاي او من را به شدت خشمگين كرد به‌طوري‌كه در يكلحظه كنترل خودم را از دست دادم. آن هنگام در دستم يك سوييچ بود آن را به صورتحميد كوبيدم. اصلا نمي‌خواستم صدمه‌اي به وي بزنم و به هيچ‌وجه قصد نداشتم چشم اورا هدف بگيرم و اين حادثه كاملا ناخواسته رخ داد و اكنون نيز به شدت پشيمان هستم.»متهم بعد از اعتراف به جرمش بازداشت شد و پرونده مرحله تحقيقات مقدماتي را پشت سرگذاشت تا اينكه هفته قبل قضات شعبه پنج دادگاه كيفري استان فارس براي رسيدگي بهاين پرونده تشكيل جلسه دادند. در اين جلسه نماينده دادستان جرم حامد را محرز خواندو خطاب به قضات گفت: «تحقيقات نشان داده متهم سوييچ را مستقيم به چشم شاكي كوبيدهاست، به همين‌خاطر جرم او عمد تلقي مي‌شود و خواستار مجازات قانوني او هستم.» درادامه اين جلسه، حميد در جايگاه حاضر شد و گفت: «...چند ماه از اين حادثه نمي‌توانمباور كنم چنين بلايي سرم آمده است. او من را به عمد نابينا كرد، براي همين هم بايدقصاص بشود.»... قضات دادگاه بعد از شنيدن اظهارات طرفين ادامه رسيدگي به اينپرونده را به جلسه ديگري موكول كردند. يک منبع آگاهقضايي در گفت‌وگو با فارس با اشاره به اينکه حجت‌الاسلام فرزاد فروزش صبح امروزبراي پيگيري پرونده خود در دادگاه کيفري استان تهران حضور يافت گفت: پرونده وي درشعبه 79 دادگاه کيفري استان تهران و به رياست قاضي محمدرضا محمدي‌کشکولي در دسترسيدگي است.

حکم شلاق سه نفر کهبه اتهام اعمال منافي عفت به 74 ضربه شلاق محکوم شده بودند در شيراز و در ملاء عامبه مرحله اجرا درآمد.

به گزارش ايسنا، هرسه متهم به تحمل 10 سال حبس تعزيري و 5 سال تبعيد نيز محکوم شده‌اند.

احکام اين سه متهماز سوي شعبه دوم دادگاه کيفري استان فارس صادر شده بود كه پس از تاييد در ديوان عاليکشور، صبح سه‌شنبه در مقابل ديدگان جمع کثيري از مردم شيراز در محله سعدي اجرا شد.

بر اساس اعلام روابطعمومي دادگستري استان فارس، احکام حبس و تبعيد اين سه متهم هم‌اکنون در حال اجراست.(ايسنا – 29/9/90)
