According to this report, the convicts identified people who bought and sold livestock in the weekly bazaars in the region and then robbed them.
According to the Western Azarbaijan Judiciary, the robbers were sentenced to five years of prison and 70 lashes by branch 101 of the Penal Court.

Les inculpés décelaient leurs victimes dans le marché hebdomadaire du bétail, avant de les dévaliser.

در اين گزارش آمده است، متهمان با شناسايي اشخاصي که در بازارهاي هفتگي منطقه اقدام به خريد و فروش احشام مي‌كردند آنها را مورد سرقت قرار مي‌دادند.

براساس اعلام دادگستري آذربايجان غربي، اين سارقان طي حکمي از سوي شعبه 101 جزايي هر کدام به تحمل پنج سال حبس و هفتاد ضربه شلاق تعزيري محکوم شده‌اند. (ايسنا – 11/8/90)

Kimia was sentenced to 99 lashes for having an illegitimate relationship with two men and a three year ban on all kinds of economic activities for inciting them to fight [over her]. She appealed the sentence but the Supreme Court finally upheld the sentence yesterday.

La Cour suprême de la Justice vient de confirmer le verdict de l'inculpée du deuxième rang, dans le fameux dossier de meurtre de la Place Kaj du quartier Saâdat-Abad de Téhéran.
Kimia, une femme de 23 ans qui avait provoqué une échauffourée entre deux hommes, provoquant le meurtre de l'un d'entre eux et la pendaison de l'autre, a été condamnée par le Département 77 de la Cour d'assises de Téhéran à des coups de fouet et à la privation des activités économiques.
Kimia a été condamnée à 99 coups de fouets pour avoir eu des relations sexuelles illégitimes avec les deux hommes. Elle a aussi été condamnée à trois ans de privation de toute activité économique, pour avoir provoqué l'échauffourée. Elle avait fait appel de ce verdict, mais la Cour suprême de la Justice a confirmé la décision de la Cour d'assises. (le quotidien Charq – 6 nov.)

The Commander of the State Security Forces said that the police would deal with the producers of satellite channel advertisements and those who sell these goods.
“Currently we see that some suppliers in the country produce advertisements and send them for broadcasting to satellite channels. "Certains agents de la vente en Iran produisent des publicités pour leurs marchandises et les font paraître dans des chaînes TV satellites", a déploré le Général Ismael Ahmadi-Moqadam, avant d'expliquer que "les TV satellites étant interdites par la loi, cette initiative revient à faire de la publicité pour regarder ces chaînes, ce qui constitue un délit". سردار اسماعيل احمدي‌مقدم در گفت‌وگو با خبرنگار «حوادث» خبرگزاري دانشجويان ايران (ايسنا)، با اشاره به ارسال برخي آگهي‌هاي تبليغاتي به شبكه‌هاي ماهواره‌اي گفت: در حال حاضر مشاهده مي‌شود برخي فروشندگان داخلي در كشور آگهي تبليغاتي را تهيه و براي پخش به شبكه‌هاي ماهواره‌اي ارسال مي‌كنند. اين در حاليست كه استفاده از ماهواره بر اساس قانون ممنوع است و كار اين افراد به نوعي ترويج فرهنگ استفاده از ماهواره در كشور بوده و جرم محسوب مي‌شود. The suspect in the acid throwing case committed suicide in the Hamedan Prison.
According to reports, Mona K, who threw acid on Tahereh Bahrami on May 5, 2010, committed suicide last Thursday in Hamedan.
“Her body is in the Hamedan Coroner’s Office”, Dr. Ali Ehsan Saleh, the Director of the Coroner’s Office in Hamedan said.
He refused to comment on why and how Mona committed suicide...
The Hamedan Public and Revolutionary Prosecutor had announced before that a retribution sentence was issued for the convict in this case.
(Note: Retribution in this case means that they would burn or damage the body and face of Mona the same way her victim Tahereh was injured.)

Une femme inculpée pour avoir aspergé d'acide une autre femme, s'est suicidée en prison, dans la ville de Hamedan (nord de l'Iran).
Une prisonnière identifiée seulement par le prénom de Mona et le premier mot de son nom de famille (K), qui avait aspergé d'acide une autre femme, Tahera Bahrami, le 5 mai 2010, s'est donnée la mort, jeudi dernier, à la prison de Hamedan.
"Le corps de la défunte se trouve à l'heure actuelle au centre de médecine légiste de Hamedan", a indiqué le Docteur Ehsan Saleh, le chef de ce centre, qui a confirmé le suicide. Ce médecin s'est abstenu d'entrer dans les détails et les raisons du suicide.
Le Procureur général (aussi Procureur de la Révolution) de Hamedan avait récemment indiqué que l'inculpée avait été condamnée à être aspergée elle-même d'acide. L'hodjat-ul-Islam Akbar Biglari avait ajouté que le dossier avait été renvoyé devant la Cour suprême de la Justice pour confirmation du verdict. (Agence Isna – 5 nov.)

متهم پرونده‌ي اسيدپاشي در همدان در زندان اين شهر خودكشي كرده است.

به گزارش خبرگزاري دانشجويان ايران (ايسنا)، «مونا.ك» زني ناشناس كه در 15 ارديبهشت ماه سال 89 اقدام به اسيدپاشي بر روي «طاهره بهرامي» كرده بود، روز پنج‌شنبه هفته گذشته در زندان همدان خودكشي كرده است.

دكتر علي‌احسان صالح، مديركل پزشكي قانوني استان همدان روز شنبه در گفت‌وگو با خبرنگار حقوقي ايسنا با تاييد خبر خودكشي مونا، گفت: در حال حاضر جنازه وي در پزشكي قانوني همدان است.

او حاضر نشد درباره علت و چگونگي خودكشي «مونا» توضيحي ارائه كند...

چندي پيش دادستان عمومي و انقلاب همدان از صدور حکم قصاص براي متهم پرونده اسيدپاشي در اين شهر خبر داده بود. حجت الاسلام والمسلمين اکبر بيگلري هم‌چنين در گفت و گو با خبرنگار حقوقي ايسنا از ارسال اين پرونده به ديوان عالي كشور براي اعلام نظر درباره اجراي حكم قصاص متهم سخن گفته بود. (ايسنا – 14/8/90)

Political prisoner Ali Moezi who is in dangerous health is still detained in the notorious cellblock 209 in Evin Prison in a state of limbo.
This 58 year old political prisoner is suffering from bladder cancer and has not received any treatment for close to 5 months in cellblock 209 which is run by the Ministry of Intelligence. Despite his severe pain and suffering, he is constantly under interrogation and physical and mental torture by intelligence agency interrogators...
One of the reasons Moezi was arrested was because of his participation in the funeral of Mohsen Dokmeh Chi [who was also suffering from cancer in prison and passed away because of an intentional prevention of medical attention]. He is also under severe pressure because his two daughters are in Camp Ashraf in Iraq. (Human Rights and Democracy Activists in Iran – Oct. 29, 2011)

Iran sentences student activist to six years of prison

According to the latest reports, the six year prison term for Sharif University student Ali-Akbar Mohammadzadeh, was upheld by one of the branches of the Tehran Revolutionary Court.
Ali-Akbar Mohammadzadeh is a student activist and the secretary of the Sharif Industrial University’s Student Association. He has been jailed in Evin Prison since February...
He was sentenced to five years of prison on charges of assembling and conspiring and one year of prison on charges of propagating against the government.
Notably, Mohamamdzadeh has been detained without the right to a leave and is currently detained in cellblock 350 in Evin Prison...
This elite student was taken to the hospital because of his deteriorating health in prison and was once again transferred back to prison after a few days. (Daneshju News website – Nov. 3, 2011)

Iran sentences political prisoner to 6 years of prison
According to the state-run Iran Daily, journalist Saied Leilaz Mehr Abadi, was sentenced to a six year prison term on charges of acting against national security, insulting officials and propagating against the government.
Leilaz is an economical commentator and reformist political prisoner. He is a history professor at the Beheshti University and the editor in chief of the banned Sarmayeh Daily. (Iran state-run Daily- Nov. 2, 2011)

زنداني سياسي علي معزي که در شرايط بسيار خطرناک جسمي بسر مي برد همچنان در بند مخوف 209 بدون درمان و در حالت بلاتکليفي نگهداري مي شود.

زنداني سياسي علي معزي 58 ساله که از بيماري خطرناک سرطان مثانه رنج مي برد نزديگ به 5 ماه است که بدون درمان در حالت بلاتکليفي در بند مخوف 209 زندان اوين شکنجه گاه وزارت اطلاعات بسر مي برد.او به مدت 100 روز در سلولهاي انفرادي بسر برد و عليرغم بيماري جانکاه سرطان مثانه و دردهاي شديد دائم تحت بازجويي و شکنجۀ جسمي و روحي بازجويان وزارت اطلاعات قرار داشت.

يکي از دلايل دستگيري زنداني سياسي علي معزي شرکت در مراسم خاکسپاري شهيد راه آزادي مردم ايران محسن دکمه چي مي باشد.او همچنين به دليل حضور 2 فرزندش در شهر اشرف تحت فشارهاي شديدي قرار دارد. (فعالين حقوق بشر و دمکراسي در ايران – 7/8/90)

تائيد حکم شش سال حبس تعزيري براي علي اکبر محمد زاده، دانشجوي نخبه شريف

آخرين گزارش ها از وضعيت علي اکبر محمد زاده، دانشجوي زنداني دانشگاه صنعتي شريف حاکي از آن است که حکم ۶ سال حبس تعزيري اين فعال دانشجويي از سوي يکي از شعبات دادگاه انقلاب تهران تائيد شده است.

به گزارش دانشجونيوز، در ادامه صدور احکام قضايي قطعي براي برخي از فعالان سياسي و دانشجويي، وبسايت رهانا از صدور حکم قطعي شش سال حبس تعزيري براي علي اکبر محمد زاده، فعال دانشجويي و دبير انجمن اسلامي دانشجويان دانشگاه صنعتي شريف که از بهمن ماه سال ۱۳۸۹در زندان اوين در بازداشت به سر مي‌برد، خبر داده است...

گفته اين حکم متشکل از ۵ سال به اتهام تجمع و تباني و ۱ سال به اتهام تبليغ عليه نظام بوده است.

شايان ذکر است علي اکبر محمد زاده، بدون برخورداري از حق مرخصي از زمان بازداشت، هم اکنون در بند ٣٥٠ زندان اوين مي باشد...

علي اکبر محمدزاده، دانشجوي نخبه دانشگاه شريف همچنين مهرماه سال جاري به دليل وخامت وضعيت جسمي اش از زندان اوين به بيمارستان طالقاني تهران منتقل شده بود و پس از چند روز مداوا از بيمارستان مرخص و دوباره به زندان اوين منتقل شد. (دانشجو نيوز – 12/8/90)

يك متهم به تشويق مردم به فساد و فحشا به تحمل 10 سال حبس محکوم شد.

به گزارش خبرگزاري دانشجويان ايران (ايسنا)، شعبه 101 دادگاه عمومي جزايي اشنويه از توابع استان آذربايجان غربي، اين متهم را به تحمل 10 سال حبس، يک سال تبعيد به شهرستان زابل و 75 ‏ضربه شلاق محکوم كرد.‏ (ايسنا – 7/8/90)

سعيد ليلاز يکي از فعالان سياسي به اتهام توهين به مقامات به شش سال حبس قطعي محکوم شد

به نوشته روزنامه‌ دولتي ايران، سعيد ليلاز مهرآبادي، يکي از فعالان سياسي با حکم دادگاه تجديد‌نظر استان تهران به اتهام اقدام عليه امنيت کشور، توهين به مقامات و فعاليت تبليغي عليه نظام به شش سال حبس قطعي محکوم شده است.

Security forces in the town of Torqabeh and Shandiz arrested 13 men and women in two parties.
“After receiving information about a night party in a Villa in the Torqabeh-Shandiz intersection, security police entered the premises at 10 pm on Monday after getting permits and arrested three men and four women. The detainees were between 20 to 23 years old and were not related to each other”.
“Two bottles of alcohol were found after the villa was searched and seven cellphones and two automobiles were confiscated from the suspects”, Colonel Erfani said.

Security forces arrested 31 girls and boys in a birthday party in a traditional coffee shop in Tabriz.
According to reports, on Sunday October 30, security forces entered a coffee shop at 3 pm and arrested 16 girls and 15 boys after beating them.
The detainees were initially taken to police station 13 in Tabriz and then to the Security Police Station. They were taken to the Security Police Station at 8 pm while blindfolded. These boys and girls were kept in the police station’s yard in freezing cold temperatures before being beaten again. According to this report, their feet and legs became numb from the cold.

آفتاب: روزنامه خراسان نوشت: ماموران انتظامي شهرستان طرقبه و شانديز 13 زن و مرد را در دو پارتي شبانه دستگير کردند.

سرهنگ محسن عرفاني، فرمانده انتظامي شهرستان طرقبه و شانديز گفت: پس از کسب اطلاعاتي مبني بر برگزاري يک پارتي شبانه در يک باغ ويلا در سه راهي طرقبه - شانديز، ماموران پليس امنيت اين شهرستان با کسب مجوز مقام قضايي در ساعت 10 شب دوشنبه وارد محل شدند و اقدام به دستگيري 3 مرد و 4 زن کردند. بازداشت شده‌ها بين 20 تا 23 سال سن داشته و هيچ نسبتي نيز با يکديگر نداشتند.

سرهنگ عرفاني گفت: در بازرسي از محل برگزاري پارتي 2 شيشه يک و نيم ليتري مشروبات الکلي کشف شد و 7 دستگاه تلفن همراه و دو خودروي متهمان نيز توقيف گرديد.

همچنين ماموران انتظامي شهرستان طرقبه - شانديز در چند روز گذشته 6 زن و مرد ديگر را نيز در يک ميهماني شبانه در روستاي سرآسياب شانديز دستگير کردند. (روزنامه خراسان , آفتاب نيوز – 10/8/90)

نيروهاي امنيتي ۳۱ دختر و پسر جوانِ شرکت کننده در يک جشن تولد که در کافي شاپي سنتي در تبريز گرد هم آمده بودند؛ بازداشت کردند.

بنا به اطلاع گزارشگران هرانا، ارگان خبري مجموعه فعالان حقوق بشر در ايران، روز يکشنبه ۸ آبان ماه ساعت ۳ بعد از ظهر، نيروي‌هاي انتظامي با مراجعه به کافي شاپي سنتي در چهار راه آذربايجانِ تبريز، ضمن دستگيري ۱۶ دختر و ۱۵ پسر، ايشان را مورد ضرب و شتم قرار دادند.

اين بازداشت شدگان در ابتدا به کلانتري ۱۳ تبريز و سپس به پليس امنيت در خيابان صائب منتقل شدند؛ انتقال به پليس امنيت در ساعت ۸ شب‌‌ و با چشم بند در حالي که بيش از دو ساعت در هواي سرد برفي تبريز در حياط نگه داشته و مجددا مورد ضرب و شتم قرار گرفتند، صورت پذيرفت.

گفتني است که در اثر سرما دست‌ها و پاهاي بسياري از بازداشتيان بي‌حس گرديد.

اين افراد در ‌‌نهايت و بعد از فيلم برداري با قرار وثيقه آزاد شده‌اند. (هرانا – 11/8/90)
