The 28th branch of the Revolutionary Court headed by Moqiseh sentenced two members of the Central Council of the Office for Consolidating Unity to 16 years and 6 months of prison.
Bahareh Hedayat was sentenced to 9 year and 6 month prison for:
Spreading propaganda against the government and acting against national security by issuing statements and giving interviews – 5 years of prison
Insulting the leader – 2 years of prison
Insulting the president – 6 months of prison
Her previous case which led to her arrest on June 12, 2006 in Haft-e Tir Square resulted to an additional 2 years of prison.
Milad Assadi was sentenced to 7 years of prison for:
Acting against national security and propagating against the government – 5 years of prison
Insulting the leader – 2 years of prison

ميلاد اسدي و بهاره هدايت، اعضاي شوراي مرکزي دفتر تحکيم وحدت، به ۱۶ سال و نيم حبس تعزيري محکوم شدند
به گزارش دانشجونيوز، شعبه 28 دادگاه انقلاب به رياست قاضي مقيسه امروز دو عضو شوراي مرکزي دفتر تحکيم وحدت (اتحاديه سراسري انجمن هاي اسلامي دانشجويان ايران) را در مجموع به 16 سال و شش ماه حبس تعزيري محکوم کرد.
جزئيات احکام صادره به شرح زير است:
موارد مطروحه در پرونده بهاره هدايت که منجر به صدور حکم 9 سال و شش ماه حبس تعزيري گرديده است:
اتهام تبليغ عليه نظام و اقدام عليه امنيت ملي از طريق بيانيه ومصاحبه، شکستن در دانشگاه: 5 سال
توهين به رهبري: 2 سال
توهين به رئيس جمهور: 6 ماه
هم چنين پرونده پيشين بهاره هدايت در رابطه با بازداشت وي در روز 22 خرداد سال 85 در ميدان هفت تير نيز با اين پرونده تجميع گشته است و و مدت 2 سال حبس را افزوده است.
موارد مطروحه در پرونده ميلاد اسدي که منجر به صدور حکم 7 سال حبس تعزيري گرديده است:
اتهام اقدام عليه امنيت ملي و تبليغ عليه نظام: 5 سال
