Maziar Khosravi, the editor in chief of the Ham-mihan News Website was taken to Evin Prison on May 2.
Khosravi, who had been charged with 'publishing lies' after the Tehran University Assistant Head Office sued him for publishing a report about the attack (by Bassij and plainclothes agents) on Tehran University dormitory last June, was transferred to Evin Prison in the evening.

مازيار خسروي، سردبير سايت هم ميهن که بر اساس شکايت معاونت حقوقي دانشگاه تهران در رابطه با انتشار گزارشي در مورد حمله خرداد ماه سال گذشته به کوي دانشگاه تهران به "نشر اکاذيب" متهم شده بود ظهر روز يک شنبه 12 اردي بهشت ماه به زندان اوين منتقل شد. (هرانا – 13/2/89)
