Iran charges 4 female political prisoners to moharebeh

On Sunday January 31, 2009, four political prisoners were taken to the 28th branch of the Revolutionary Court in Tehran where they were trialed by Mohammad Moqiseyi known as Naserian (member of the death commission during the massacre of political prisoners in 1988) on the basis of moharebeh (enmity with god, punishable by death in the Islamic Republic). These prisoners are Ms. Aqayi, Ms. Kazemi, Ms. Masumi, and Zahra Jabari.
