با گذشت حدود سه هفته از بازداشت احمدرضا نجداد، مهرداد فرماني، احسان مولوي‌فر، سه فعال دانشجويي و وب‌نگار در استان‌هاي فارس و تهران، از وضعيت آنان کماکان خبري منتشر نشده و تنها يکي از آنان با خانواده خود تماس گرفته است.  احمدرضا نجداد، فعال فرهنگي و وب‌نگار اقتصادي منتقد، پنج‌شنبه ۲۸ شهريورماه هنگامي که عازم خارج از کشور بود، گذرنامه‌اش در فرودگاه بين‌المللي تهران توقيف شد و سپس توسط چند تن از ماموران لباس شخصي بازداشت گرديد. مهرداد فرماني و احسان مولوي‌فر نيز روز يکشنبه هفتم مهرماه سال جاري، در خوابگاه دانشگاه شيراز توسط چند مأمور لباس شخصي مسلح به بيسيم و سلاح کمري بازداشت شدند. نيروهاي اطلاعاتي ايران در بلوچستان ٢ مرد ميانسال را کشتند

 روز بيست و چهارم مهرماه و به هنگام پايان نماز عيد، ٤ شهروند بلوچ از سوي مأموران امنيتي شهرستان ميرجاوه در استان سيستان و بلوچستان مورد تيراندازي قرار گرفتند.کريم ريگي ٤٤ ساله و غلامرضا ريگي ٤٠ ساله  در دم به قتل رسيدند. ٢ تن از فرزندان کريم ريگي به نام‌هاي ياسر ۲۱ ساله و مصدق ۹ ساله از ناحيه پا و کمر مورد اصابت گلوله قرار گرفتند و همچنان در بيمارستان بستري مي باشند.  (كردپا 30/7/92)

Kurd political prisoner, Habibollah Golpari Poor executed

Islamic Republic's judiciary executed Habibollah Golpari Poor.

One of his lawyers confirmed the report and said: "Last night exactly at midnight, Habibollah was taken to the gallows and executed from Quarantine Ward at Orumieh Central Prison."

"The family and relatives of this political activist have gathered in front of Orumieh's Imam Hospital since this morning," the lawyer added.

Habibollah was arrested early fall of 2009 by Mahabad IRGC Intelligence Protection forces and went under psychological and physical tortures in detention centers of Mahabad, Orumieh, Sanandaj and Semnan Cities.

Iran's judiciary charged this Kurd citizen with 'membership in opposition Kurd parties', 'acting against national security' and 'Moharebeh (enmity with God)' and condemned him to death.

The Supreme Court later sanctioned the decree.

Mr. Golpari Poor was born in 1984 in Sanandaj. (Kurdpa- 26 October 2013)

حبيب‌الله گُلپري‌پور، زنداني سياسي کُرد اعدام شد

دستگاه قضايي حکومت اسلامي حکم اعدام حبيب‌الله گُلپري‌پور را اجرا کرد. يکي از وکلاي حبيب ضمن تأييد اين گزارش گفت: شب گذشته رأس ساعت ١٢، حبيب‌الله از قرنطينه‌ي زندان مرکزي اروميه خارج و اعدام شد.
وي افزود: خانواده‌ي گلپري‌پور و بستگان اين فعال سياسي از بامداد امروز در مقابل بيمارستان امام اروميه تجمع کرده‌اند.
حبيب‌الله گلپري‌پور اوايل پاييز سال ٨٨ در مهاباد توسط مأموران حفاظت اطلاعات سپاه بازداشت و در بازداشتگاه‌هاي شهرهاي مهاباد، اروميه، سنندج و سمنان محبوس و متحمل شکنجه‌هاي روحي و جسمي شد. دستگاه قضايي ايران، اين شهروند کُرد را به اتهام عضويت در احزاب کُرد اپوزسيون و اقدام عليه امنيت ملي و محاربه به اعدام محکوم کرد که بعدها ديوان عالي آن را تأييد مي‌کند. وي متولد 1363 در شهر سنندج بود. Larijani sanctions violation of human rights in Iran

“Unfortunately now a days westerners use human rights in their publicity and media as a tool against the countries which are not aligned with their policies,” stated Ayatollah Amoli Larijani among the members of the Judiciary’s human rights headquarter.
Pointing to the declaration of human rights, Larijani indicated that the great challenge of the declaration is its superficial interpretation of ‘human dignity’ which shows philosophical and theoretical incoherence in western concept of human rights and added: “Under the name of human rights, westerners are imposing serious cruelty and injustice on many nations but they mirror untrue facts in their reports on human rights. آيت الله آملي لاريجاني در جمع اعضاي ستاد حقوق بشر قوه قضاييه گفت: در حال حاضر متأسفانه غربي‌ها با استفاده از جنبه‌هاي تبليغاتي و اختاپوس رسانه‌اي خود از حقوق بشر عليه كشور‌هايي كه در خط سياسي آنها نيستند استفاده مي‌كنند.لاريجاني با اشاره به اعلاميه حقوق بشر، چالش بزرگ اين اعلاميه را كه نشانگر تناقض‌هاي فلسفي و نظري حقوق بشر غربي است، نگاه سطحي به موضوع كرامت انساني اعلام كرد. رئيس قوه قضاييه اظهار داشت: غربي‌ها در حال حاضر به اسم حقوق بشر و آزادي ظلم مضاعفي نسبت به بسياري از ملت‌ها روا و در گزارش‌هاي حقوق بشري خود موارد خلاف واقع را منتشر مي‌كنند.

Death penalty for the suspect

When Maysam killed a man on the dining table who was the suspect of his brother’s murder, he was sentenced to death and his file was transferred to the ‘Branch for Execution of Decrees’.
After Maysam protested his sentence the case was revised by the Supreme Court and the judges approved the death sentence.

Mehdi who killed his wife was condemned to Qisas (loosely translated as eye for an eye) by hanging after the judges’ consultation based on his remarks. After the convict protested the decree it was sent to the country’s Supreme Court and was endorsed by the judges of the court’s branch 13.

يك متهم ديگر در آستانه اعدام قرار گرفت

مردي که همسرش را کشته بود با تاييد حکم قصاص در ديوانعالي کشور در آستانه چوبه دار قرار گرفت. در پي اظهارات متهم قضات وارد شور شدند و مهدي را مجرم شناختند و او را به قصاص با طناب دار محکوم کردند. اين راي با اعتراض متهم به ديوانعالي کشور فرستاده شد و در نهايت با تاييد قضات شعبه 13 ديوانعالي کشور حکم قصاص نهايي شد. بنابر اين گزارش در صورتي که مهدي نتواند رضايت اولياي دم را جلب کند به زودي مجازات خواهد شد. دستگيري به جرم آسيب رساندن به يك بسيجي

عامل كشتن جوان بسيجي در جنوب کشور، در عمليات غافلگيرانه کارآگاهان پليس آگاهي دستگير شد. چندي قبل ماموران پليس آگاهي هرمزگان, دستگيري يک قاتل فراري را آغاز کردند. بررسي پرونده نشان مي داد، عامل جنايت به نام سامان با شليک تير شاه کرم از بسيجيان را در يکي از روستاهاي ايذه به قتل رسانده و متواري شده بود.
تيم جنايي با رديابي هاي متهم فراري رد او را در جزيره قشم و بندرعباس کشف کردند. سرهنگ حسين اصلحي، رئيس پليس آگاهي استان هرمزگان با اعلام اين خبر گفت: متهم با اعتراف اوليه به قتل، به محل جنايت منتقل شد تا تحقيقات از او ادامه يابد. (خبرگزاري مهر 2/5/92)

97 arrested during nightly raids by security forces
“The capital’s police carried out the plan for confronting hooligans and thugs especially at the western, central and southwestern areas throughout last night and this morning. Security police and precaution police also participated in the operation.
The forces arrested 97 hooligans, thugs and bullies,” stated Hossein Sajedinia on Tuesday at the presence of some reporters. He added: “These individuals will be presented to judiciary centers after being interrogated today.” (Mehr news agency 23 July 2013)

Execution in Khoram Abad

“The drug dealer was hanged yesterday at Khoram Abad Parsiloon Prison (western Iran) at the presence of the case’s judge,” stated Lorestan Province’s SSF commander Alizadeh.
According to Alizadeh this drug dealer was arrested on 19 February 2013; his death sentence was issued at branch one of Boroojerd’s prosecutors office and was approved by the country’s Supreme Court. (Central News Unit 21 July 2013)

فرمانده انتظامي لرستان گفت: حکم اعدام قاچاقچي مواد مخدر ديروز با حضور قاضي پرونده در زندان پارسيلون خرم آباد اجرا شد.
به گفته سردار عليزاده اين قاچاقچي دريکم اسفند سال 91 دستگير شد و با صدور راي حکم اعدام اين متهم درشعبه يک دادگستري بروجرد وتاييد آن در ديوان عالي کشور، اجراشد. (واحد مركزي خبر 30/4/92)

Dervish prisoners condemned to 8 years of hard labor

Dervish prisoners condemned to 8 years of hard labor prison term and 12 years of exile on the whole by Shiraz Revolution Court

The sentences of 4 Gonabadi Dervish inmates are issued by branch 2 of Shiraz Revolution Court condemning them to 8 years of hard labor prison term and 12 years of exile on the whole.
These four Dervishes are charged with being a member of a dissident group (Majzooban-e Noor) having the intention of disrupting the country’s security and propagating against the Islamic Republic establishment.
According to these charges the decrees issued by Judge Yazdanian are as follows:
• Saleh Moradi Sarvestani: Three years of hard labor prison term, three years of exile to Hormozgan Province (southern Iran)
• Farzaneh Noori: Two years of hard labor prison term, three years of exile to Khozestan Province
• Behzad Noori: Two years of hard labor prison term, three years of exile to Boshehr Province
• Farzad Darvish: One years of hard labor prison term, three years of exile to Sistan and Baluchistan Province
Protesting the issued decrees, the Dervishes’ lawyers announced these decrees are completely illegal and they will present their protest in a defensive bill to the revision branch. (Majzooban-e Noor Website 21 July 2013)



محكوميت دراويش در دادگاه انقلاب شيراز به مجموع ۸ سال حبس تعزيري و ۱۲ سال تبعيد
احکام محکوميت ۴ تن از دراويش گنابادي از سوي شعبه ۲ دادگاه انقلاب شيراز صادر و در مجموع اين دراويش به مجموع ۸سال حبس تعزيري و ۱۲ سال تبعيد محکوم شدند.
اتهامات اين چهار درويش گنابادي عضويت در گروهک مخالف نظام (گروه مجذوبان نور) با هدف بر هم زدن امنيت کشور، تبليغ عليه نظام جمهوري اسلامي اعلام شده است و بر اساس اين اتهامات، حکمي که توسط قاضي يزدانيان صادر شده به اين شرح مي‌باشد:

صالح الدين مرادي سروستاني: ۳ سال حبس تعزيري - سه سال تبعيد به استان هرمزگان
فرزانه نوري: ۲ سال حبس تعزيري - سه سال تبعيد به استان خوزستان
بهزاد نوري: ۲ سال حبس تعزيري - سه سال تبعيد به استان بوشهر
فرزاد درويش: يک سال حبس تعزيري - سه سال تبعيد به استان سيستان و بلوچستان
وکلاي اين دراويش گنابادي با اعتراض به احکام صادر شده، اعلام داشتند که اين احکام صادر شده هيچ وجه قانوني و قضايي نداشته و اعتراض خود را به اين احکام با ارائه‌ي لايحه‌ي دفاعيه به شعبه‌ي تجديد نظر اعلام خواهند کرد.

Dervish minority prisoners are deprived of medical treatment outside prison

The head of branch 15 or Revolution Court, Judge Salavati continues his illegal interference in the medical treatment of political prisoners and the prisoners of conscious.
- On July 16th, Farshid Yadollahi, a lawyer of Gonabadi Dervishes had a dental appointment. The appointment was coordinated and ordered by Tehran’s Prosecutor Office, but Judge Salavati prevented his transfer. Upon the personal directive of Salavati the Dervish prisoners have to wear prison uniform and have to be handcuffed when referring to medical centers.
- On Saturday July 13th, when Afshin Karam Poor and Omid Behrooze refused from complying to Judge Salavati’s illegal order they were not transferred to their medical centers.
- On Sunday, July 14th, Farshid Yadollahi was not deployed for medical treatment.
- On Tuesday morning, July 16th as the most recent case, Hamid Reza Moradi a Dervish’s rights activist was not deployed to Shohada Hospital in Tajrish (northern Tehran) under the order of Salavati. This imprisoned Dervish is suffering from embolism as well as disc prolapse in his back. Although according to his doctors his is at risk of limb amputation it is for 8 months that his treatment has stopped under the order of Judge Salavati. (Majzoban Noor Website 17 July 2013)

جلوگيري از انتقال دراويش زنداني به مراكز درماني
دخالت هاي غير قانوني قاضي صلواتي رئيس شعبه ۱۵ دادگاه انقلاب در روند درماني زندانيان عقيدتي-سياسي همچنان ادامه دارد
روز 25تيرماه با هماهنگي و دستور دادستاني تهران, قرار بر انتقال فرشيد يداللهي وکيل زنداني دراويش گنابادي جهت پيگيري وادامه درمان به دندان پزشکي بود که به دستور قاضي صلواتي از اعزام وي جلوگيري بعمل آمد. صلواتي, دراويش زنداني را مکلف به استفاده از لباس ويژه زندانيان و دستبند در اعزام به مراکز درماني كرد.دصبح روز شنبه ۲۲ تيرماه نيز افشين کرم پور و اميد بهروزي به دليل عدم تمکين در برابر اين دستور غير قانوني قاضي صلواتي به مراکز درماني اعزام نشدند. همچنين صبح يکشنبه ۲۳ تيرماه فرشيد يدالهي از وکلاي زنداني به مراکز درماني اعزام نشد.
در آخرين مورد، حميدرضا مرادي از فعالان زنداني حقوق دراويش صبح روز سه شنبه ۲۵ تيرماه بايد جهت پيگيري امور درماني به بيمارستان شهداي تجريش مراجعه مي‌کرد که به دستور صلواتي از اعزام وي جلوگيري شد.
اين درويش زنداني مبتلا به بيماري انسداد عروقي و ديسک کمر است و در شرايط جسمي نامساعدي به سر مي برد و به گفته پزشکان معالج در معرض خطر قطع عضو قرار دارد. وي با اين وجود, هشت ماه است به دستور قاضي صلواتي درمانش متوقف مانده است. (سايت مجذوبان نور 26/4/92)

Concerns about conditions of journalist Faribah Pazhouh

Journalist Faribah Pazhouh was arrested for the second time on Wednesday July 10th in her residence by security agents and was transferred to ward 209 of Evin Prison.
“She is suffering again from nervous breakdowns inflicted on her during her last detention in 2009, when she was in custody for 124 days,” said someone close to her.
According to reports Fariba doesn’t have access to any of her medication.
Her specialist indicated that nervous breakdowns are a serious hazard to her health. (Zamaneh Radio 20 July 2013)

“نگراني” درباره وضعيت فريبا پژوه، روزنامه‌نگار زنداني
يکي از نزديکان فريبا پژوه، روزنامه‌نگاري که هفته گذشته بازداشت شد، گفته است: حملات عصبي اين روزنامه‌نگار که ناشي از شرايط سخت بازداشت ۱۲۴ روزه او در سال ۸۸ بوده، مجدداً شروع شده است. بنا به اين گزارش, اين روزنامه‌نگار زنداني در حال حاضر به هيچ کدام از داروهايش دسترسي ندارد و به گفته پزشک متخصص, حملات عصبي تهديد جدي براي سلامت او بوجود مي آورد. فريبا پژوه چهارشنبه ۱۹تيرماه توسط ماموران امنيتي در منزل شخصي‌اش بازداشت و به بند ۲۰۹ زندان اوين منتقل شد. No news from arrested Journalist after one week

HRANA News Agency– It is more than one week without any news from Sasan Aghaie the arrested journalist who has been banned to have visitor.
Sasan Aghaie arrested by the invasion of the security forces on January 27th of 2013 at E'temad newspaper office. Since a week ago he had not exchanged any call with family and when his family tried to visit him on February 8th of 2013, the prison officials said that Sasan is banned to have visitor.
According to a report by Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA),  quoted from Advar News, the last call between Sasan Aghaie and his family exchanged last Monday and since that time there is no news about Sasan's condition which worried his family too much.

8 Prisoners Among Them One Woman Hanged in Shiraz Today- Executions Carried Out One Day Prior To The Scheduled Date

Iran Human Rights, February 19, 2013: Eight prisoners were hanged in the Adelabad prison of Shiraz early this morning. According to the official website of the Iranian judiciary in the Fars Province, 8 prisoners among them one woman were hanged this morning. The prisoners were all convicted of drug related charges said the report.

The prisoners were identified as "Lotfollah J.", "Noor Mohammad Sh.", "Abbas N.", "Hossein A.", "Parinaz M." (woman), "Hamid A.", "Abdolvahed M." and "Ali T."

URGENT: 12 Prisoners Scheduled for Hanging in One Day- - IHR Urges International Community to Stop the Executions

Iran Human Rights, February 18: According to reports from reliable sources in Iran, 12 prisoners are scheduled to be executed in Shiraz Prison (south of Iran) on Wednesday, February 20, 2013. According to the same sources, the prisoners have been sentenced to death for drug-related charges.

On Saturday and Sunday, four prisoners were hanged in public in Shiraz.
Iran Human Rights (IHR) urges the international community to help stop these executions. Based on cases IHR has received, most prisoners convicted of drug-related charges in Iran have confessed under torture and been subjected to unfair trials. More specifically, IHR urges the United Nations and all countries cooperating with Iran on the "war on drugs" to do what they can to stop these executions.
