More than 7 million poverty stricken school drop outs in Iran

According to announcements by the officials of the Ministry of Education in the past few days, the numbers of students in the country have decreased to 12 million 300,000 from last year’s 12 million 800,000 in light of the stable population growth in the past few years, the decrease of the population of students means that students have dropped out of school for economic and social reasons.
In the last decade, in light of the stable population growth which is about 1.5 percent, the decrease of the number of students from 18 million to 12 million shows that about 6 million students have joined the school drop outs which is a cause for concern and very painful because according to this, from every 3 Iranian students, one student drops out and can no longer continue his\her education.

7 ميليون و 135 هزار دانش‌آموزان ايراني ترک تحصيل کرده‌اند

به گزارش آفتاب، براساس اعلام مسئولان وزارت آموزش و پرورش در روزهاي اخير تعداد دانش‌آموزان کشورمان از 12 ميليون و 800 هزار نفر در سال گذشته با کاهش 500 هزار نفري در سال جاري به 12 ميليون و 300 هزار نفر کاهش يافته که با توجه به تثبيت رشد جمعيت در سال‌هاي گذشته، کاهش جمعيت دانش‌آموزي حاکي از ترک‌تحصيل دانش آموزان به دلايل اقتصادي و اجتماعي مي‌باشد.

طي سال‌هاي گذشته يا در حقيقت در يک دهه گذشته با وجود ثبات نرخ رشد جمعيت در حد 1.5 درصد، کاهش جمعيت دانش‌آموزي کشور از 18 ميليون نفر به 12 ميليون نفر، نشان‌دهنده اضافه شدن حدود 6 ميليون دانش‌آموز به جرگه ترک تحصيل‌کرده‌ها است که بسيار نگران‌کننده و دردناک است چرا که بر اين اساس از هر سه دانش‌آموز ايراني؛ يک دانش‌آموز ترک تحصيل مي‌کند و قادر به ادامه تحصيل نيست. More summoned in Iran for BBC ties: minister

Iran said Sunday it has summoned 'more people' for their alleged links to the BBC's Farsi service, more than a week after it said six were arrested suspected of gathering information for the channel.
‘Important information has been obtained about those cooperating with and linked to BBC Farsi, and the ministry has summoned more people linked to this so-called media,' Intelligence Minister Heydar Moslehi was quoted by the state television website as saying.
There was no mention of how many people were called in.
‘The British intelligence services have started new destructive and anti-Iranian activities under cover of BBC Farsi,' Moslehi added, repeating that 'any direct or indirect collaboration is prohibited' with the channel.
On September 17, media announced the arrests of five men and a woman for allegedly gathering information for the BBC's Farsi service, but identified them only by their initials.
They were reported as having been detained for 'providing the BBC Farsi (service) with information, films and secret reports to paint a black picture of Iran and Iranians’.
Iranian opposition websites named the six as Mojtaba Mirtahmasb, co-director of banned film-maker Jafar Panahi's latest film, Nasser Saffarian, Hadi Afariden, Shahnama Bazdar, Katayoun Shahabi and Mohsen Shahnazdar.
‘Iranian documentary film-makers are not allowed to sell their films to channels hostile to the Islamic republic,' a ministry official in charge of supervising cinematic work was quoted by Fars news agency as saying on Sunday.
Iran's House of Cinema, the country's motion pictures guild, has criticised the arrests, issuing a statement carried by some local media that 'there was no law to prohibit the sale of film to foreign television' stations.
The BBC Farsi service, accused by the regime of fuelling unrest following the disputed 2009 re-election of President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, does not have an office in Iran.
Tehran prohibits cooperation with Farsi broadcasters that and are not controlled by the regime, including the BBC and the Voice of America which are very popular in Iran.
Satellite channels are also routinely scrambled by the authorities.

وزير [اطلاعات ايران] : نفرات بيشتري در ارتباط با بي.بي.سي در ايران احضار شدند

روز يکشنبه ايران گفت، ”نفرات بيشتري ”را در رابطه با سرويس فارسي بي.بي.سي احضار کرده است، بيش از يک هفته قبل ايران گفت که 6نفر مشکوک به جمع‌آوري اطلاعات براي اين کانال را دستگير کرده است.

وبسايت تلويزيون دولتي به‌نقل از حيدر مصلحي وزير اطلاعات گفت: ”اطلاعات مهمي درباره آنهايي که با بي.بي.سي فارسي در ارتباط هستند به‌دست آمده است و اين وزارتخانه نفرات بيشتري را در ارتباط با اين باصطلاح مطبوعات احضار کرده است“.

به اين‌که چند نفر فراخوانده شدند، اشاره نشده است.

مصلحي اضافه کرد: ”سرويس هاي اطلاعاتي انگلستان فعاليتهاي جديد مخرب و ضدايراني را تحت پوش بي.بي.سي فارسي شروع کرده‌اند ”و تکرار کرد که ”هرگونه همکاري مستقيم و غيرمستقيم ”با اين کانال ”ممنوع مي‌باشد“... (خبرگزاري فرانسه- 3/7/1390)

Security forces crack down on satellite users in Mazandaran

The Mazandaran Intelligence and Public Security Chief of Police said that 8,600 satellite receiving equipment was discovered and rounded up in this province.
“In line with this Plan to Improve Social Security and dealing with the instances of social irregularities, the plan to round up satellite dishes in the towns of the Mazandaran Province was carried out”, Colonel Taqva said.

Abadan SSF commander says more than 1,200 satellite equipment confiscated from homes

The Abadan State Security Forces commander said that more than 1,200 satellite equipment was gathered in line with the Plan to Improve Social Security.
“In line with the implementation of the Plan to Improve Social Security in Abadan, security forces have carried out effective and significant measures including rounding up satellite [equipment]”, Ahmad Chandaz said..
“The hijab and chastity plan, rounding up satellite dishes, dealing with satellite dish installers, law breaking shops that sell anti-cultural and unconventional goods, automobiles with tinted windows and cars that produce noise pollution [loud music], the hijab of car drivers and their passengers, robbers with criminal records, alcoholic beverages and narcotics [are the topics of the security plan]”, he said.
“Our criteria on the grounds of the [Hijab and Chastity Plan] are the unconventional clothing for men and women”, he said.

فرمانده انتظامي آبادان خبر داد:جمع‌آوري 1200 دستگاه ماهواره در آبادان

خبرگزاري فارس: فرمانده انتظامي آبادان در راستاي اجراي طرح ارتقاي امنيت اجتماعي، از جمع‌آوري بيش از 1200 دستگاه ماهواره از مناطق مختلف آبادان خبر داد.

احمد چنداز امروز در گفت‌گو با خبرنگار فارس در آبادان اظهار داشت: در راستاي اجراي طرح تشديد امنيت اجتماعي در آبادان، نيروي انتظامي اقدامات مؤثر و قابل توجهي از جمله جمع آوري ماهواره‌ها را در دستور کار دارد...

وي با اشاره به محورهاي عمده طرح ارتقاي امنيت اجتماعي شهرستان افزود: طرح حجاب و عفاف، جمع‌آوري ديش‌هاي ماهواره، برخورد با نصب کنندگان تجهيزات ماهواره‌اي، فروشگاه‌هاي متخلف در زمينه اقلام غيرفرهنگي و نامتعارف، شيشه‌هاي دودي و آلودگي صوتي خودروها، حجاب سرنشينان و رانندگان خودرو، سارقان سابقه‌دار، مشروبات الکلي و مواد مخدر است.

Iran arrests three lawyers
Three lawyers of Gonabadi Dervishes were arrested by the Shiraz Intelligence Agency.
According to reports, Amir Islami and Afshin Karampour, two lawyers of Gonabadi Dervishes were arrested on Sunday after being called to carry out negotiations at the Kovar Governor’s Office in Fars Province.
On Wednesday morning, another lawyer named Omid Behrouzi was arrested by security forces.
Last Friday, during an attack by plainclothes agents against Gonabadi Dervishes in the town of Kovar in Shiraz, a number of Dervishes were injured and others were jailed. On Sunday, a Dervish identified as Vahid Banayi who was shot by security forces died in the hospital. (Human Rights Activists in Iran, Radio Farda website – Sep. 8, 2011)

The head of the Golestan Province Registrations said, “In the first five months of the current [Persian] year, 11,198 marriages were registered, 14 of which were by boys under 15 while 414 cases were that of girls under the age of 14, two of which were under 10 years old”. Varamin Prison guards violently beat 23 year old female death row prison for protesting prison conditions
A young woman was violently beaten in the Varamin Prison in Qarchak on Monday September 5. Twenty three year old Sogand Jahani who is on death row has been jailed for close to 4 years. She was violently beaten by prison guards and was injured. The signs of beatings and bruises are evident on her body. The prison gang [which is under the control of prison authorities] has threatened her to death and she is in serious danger. Jahani had protested the violent treatment and injustice in prison which has angered prison officials. (Human Rights and Democracy Activists in Iran – Sep. 6, 2011)

Women’s rights activist in critical condition after being beaten by plainclothes agents in environmentalist gathering

According to reports from Tabriz, women’s rights activist, Faranak Farid, was severely beaten by plainclothes agents upon her arrest.
As result, her elbow and left ear were severely injured to the extent that she reportedly lost her hearing. Also due to a lack of medical attention and facilities in the State Security Forces Detention Center in Tabriz, her condition has deteriorated.
According to reports, she was interrogated for hours by the Tabriz Intelligence Agency in the first couple days of her arrest and was charged with ‘insulting the leader, propagating against the Islamic Republic and acting against national security’…
This women’s researcher in Azarbaijan was arrested on Saturday September 3 simultaneous with a gathering by environmentalists in protest to the gradual death of Orumieh Lake. The gathering in Tabriz and Orumieh turned violent after security forces interfered. (Committee of Human Rights Reporters – Sep. 7, 2011)

سه تن از وکلاي دراويش گنابادي بازداشت شدند

سه تن از وکلاي دراويش گنابادي از سوي ادارۀ اطلاعات شيراز بازداشت شدند.

به گزارش راديو فردا، امير اسلامي و افشين کرم پور از وکلاي دراويش گنابادي از روز يکشنبۀ گذشته در پي فرا خوانده شدن به منظور گفتگو در فرمانداري شهر کِوار در استان فارس بازداشت شدند.

همين گزارش ها مي افزايد صبح چهارشنبه نيز يکي ديگر از وکلاي دراويش به نام اميد بهروزي توسط نيروهاي امنيتي بازداشت شد.

روز جمعه گذشته در پي حمله لباس‌شخصي‌ها به دراويش سلسله نعمت‌اللهي گنابادي در شهر کِوار شيراز تعدادي از دراويش زخمي و عده‌اي نيز بازداشت و روانه زندان شدند. بر اثر تيراندازي هاي روز يکشنبه نيز يک نفر از دراويش به نام وحيد بناني که تير خورده بود در بيمارستان درگذشت. (هرانا , راديو فردا– 17/6/90)

مديرکل ثبت احوال استان گلستان گفت: در پنج ماهه اول سال جاري 11 هزار و 198 مورد ازدواج در استان به ثبت رسيده است که در 14 مورد آن پسران زير 15 سال و 414 مورد نيز دختران کمتر از 14 سال سن داشته اند و از اين تعداد 2 مورد زير 10 سال بوده اند. (مهر نيوز – 14/6/90)

ضرب و جرح وحشيانه يک زن جوان زنداني در زندان قرچک ورامين بنابه گزارشات رسيده به "فعالين حقوق بشر و دمکراسي در ايران"يورش به زنان زنداني زندان قرچک ورامين و مورد ضرب و جرح قرار دادن آنها روز دوشنبه 14 شهريور ماه زنداني سوگند جهاني 23 ساله محکوم به اعدام که نزديک به 4 سال است در زندان بسر مي برد مورد يورش باند مافيايي زندان قرار گرفت و وحشيانه مورد ضرب و جرح قرار گرفت. او در اثر ضربات وحشيانه از چند ناحيۀ زخمي گرديد وآثار کبودي بر اکثر نقاط بدنش عيان است.باند مافيايي زندان او را تهديد به قتل کرده اند و خطر جدي جان اين زنداني جوان را تهديد مي کند. زنداني سوگند جهاني نسبت به برخوردهاي وحشيانه،اجحاف و بي عدالتيها که زندان روي مي دهد اعتراض نموده بود و اين مسئله باعث شد که مورد غضب مسئولين زندان قرار گيرد (عالين حقوق بشر و دمکراسي در ايران – 15/6/90)

وضعيت وخيم جسماني فرانک فريد در اثر ضرب و شتم افراد لباس شخصي

بنا به اخبار موثق از تبريز فرانک فريد، فعال حقوق زنان در زمان دستگيري توسط افراد لباس شخصي مورد ضرب و شتم شديد قرار گرفته است.

در نتيجه اين ضرب و شتم بازوي وي به شدت آسيب ديده و همچنين پرده گوش چپ وي نيز صدمه جدي ديده است. به طوري که گفته مي‌شود شنوايي خود را از دست داده است. همچنين گفته مي‌شود در نتيجه عدم رسيدگي پزشکي و نبود امکانات در بازداشتگاه نيروي انتظامي تبريز حال عمومي نامبرده به وخامت گراييده است.

براساس اخبار دريافتي در چند روز اول بازداشت ساعات زيادي را توسط ماموران اداره اطلاعات تبريز مورد بازجويي قرار گرفته است و اتهامات «توهين به رهبري»، «تبليغ عليه نظام جمهوري اسلامي» و «اقدام عليه امنيت ملي» به وي تفهيم شده است...

اين پژوهشگر مسائل زنان آذربايجان روز شنبه ۱۲ شهريور همزمان با تجمعي که از سوي فعالين محيط زيست در اعتراض به خشک شدن تدريجي درياچه اوروميه برگزار شده بود، بازداشت شد. اين تجمع از سوي نيروهاي امنيتي در تبريز و اوروميه به خشونت کشيده شد. (کميته گزارشگران حقوق بشر – 16/6/90)
