Kurdistan Province's judiciary and security officials
are trying to carry out the approved decree of execution for two Kurd prisoners
of conscience, Zaniar and Loqman Moradi, as soon as possible.
The two, from Iran's Kurdistan, were arrested on 5
August 2009 by Marivan intelligence forces and were condemned to death charged
with 'Moharebeh (enmity with God) through membership in a Kurdish party'.
The decree was approved at the revision and Supreme
courts.
These two inmates never accepted the charges and said
this was a scenario laid out by the Intelligence Ministry.
They published a 'letter of suffering' and stated
they had to make false confessions under harsh physical and psychological
tortures.
Zaniar and Loqman are currently confined at Karaj's
Rajaee Shahr Prison. (Zamaneh Radio- 24 October 2013)
مقام‌هاي قضائي و امنيتي استان کُردستان در تلاش
هستند تا حکم اعدام تاييدشده زانيار و لقمان مرادي، دو زنداني عقيدتي کُرد هر چه
سريع‌تر اجرا شود. زانيار مرادي و لقمان مرادي، اهل کردستان ايران در روز ۱۴مردادماه سال ۸۸ توسط نيروهاي اداره اطلاعات
شهر مريوان بازداشت شدند.
آن‌ها به اتهام محاربه از طريق عضويت در يکي از احزاب کردي به اعدام محکوم شدند. اين حکم در دادگاه تجديدنظر
و ديوان عالي کشور تأييد شد.اين دو زنداني سياسي هيچگاه اين اتهام را نپذيرفته‌اند
و اين اتهام را سناريوي وزارت اطلاعات دانسته و با انتشار رنجنامه‌اي اعلام کردند
به سبب شکنجه‌هاي شديد روحي و جسمي مجبور به اعترافات ساختگي شدند. زانيار و لقمان
مرادي هم‌اکنون در زندان رجايي‌شهر کرج زنداني هستند.(راديو زمانه 2/8/92)
