Iran sentences two men to death for ‘disrupting economic system’

Fars state-run News Agency :
The lawyer of Meh Afarid Khosravi, the main suspect in the big financial corruption case was sentenced to death on charges of disrupting the economic system.
“My client’s sentence was announced to me by the Office of the First Branch of the Tehran Revolutionary Court today”, Gholamali Riahi said.
“Meh Afarid Khosravi, the CEO of the Amir Mansour Aria Investment Development Company, was recognized as corrupt on earth and sentenced to death”, he added…
This lawyer also said that the other suspect in the case was also sentenced to death.
According to Riahi, the other suspect was in charge of financial affairs in the Amir Mansour Company. He was also recognized as corrupt on earth and sentenced to death .

امیر منصور آریا به اتهام مفسد فی‌الارض به اعدام محکوم شد

به گزارش فارس، وکیل «مه‌آفرید خسروی» متهم اصلی پرونده فساد بزرگ مالی گفت که موکلش به اتهام اخلال در نظام اقتصادی به اعدام محکوم شده است.

غلامعلی ریاحی گفت: صبح امروز احکام موکلانم از سوی دفتر شعبه یک دادگاه انقلاب تهران به من ابلاغ شد.

وی تصریح کرد: «مه‌آفرید خسروی» مدیرعامل شرکت توسعه سرمایه‌گذاری امیر منصور آریا به اتهام اخلال در نظام اقتصادی مفسد فی‌الارض شناخته و به اعدام محکوم شده است...

وکیل متهم ردیف اول پرونده فساد 3 هزار میلیاردی که وکالت مسئول حقوقی و وکیل شرکت توسعه سرمایه‌گذاری امیرمنصور آریا را هم برعهده دارد، از صدور حکم اعدام برای متهم ردیف دوم این پرونده نیز خبر داد.

به گفته ریاحی دیگر محکوم به اعدام پرونده فساد بزرگ مالی مسئول امور مالی شرکت امیر منصور آریاست که وی نیز مانند دو متهم قبلی مفسد‌فی‌الارض شناخته شده است. (خبرگزاري فارس – 15/6/91)

Young prisoner beaten to death by Bandar Abbas Prison guards

International Campaign for Human Rights in Iran :
A local source said that on Wednesday August 22, after a fight broke out between two prisoners in Section 7A (youth section) in the Central Bandar Abbas Prison, the two prisoners were taken to the courtyard outside of the Quarantine Section. After they were blindfolded and their hands and feet tied, special guards forces severely beat them.
Because of the severity of the blows, one of the prisoners identified as 21 year old Mozafar Dadi from Kahnouj who had been detained six months ago on charges of starting a fight, suffered a severe hemorrhage. Despite the fact that he needed to be taken to a hospital outside of prison, he only received first aid in the prison infirmary and was then transferred to Section 1 where adult prisoners are held.
Dadi threw up blood for three consecutive days and was only then taken to the infirmary again on Friday, August 24. From there, he was transferred to the Mohammadi Hospital in Bandar Abbas where he died that night because of his injuries and severe internal bleeding.
His cellmates were told that he died because of an overdose. The Coroner has still not announced the cause of his death… His family has not been informed of the reason behind his death.

مرگ یک زندانی جوان 21 ساله بر اثر ضرب و شتم ماموران زندان

یک منبع محلی به کمپین بین المللی حقوق بشر در ایران گفت که روز چهارشنبه اول شهریورماه بعد از نزاع دو زندانی عادی بند ۷ الف ( بند جوانان ) زندان مرکزی بندرعباس ، این دو زندانی به محوطه پشت قرنطینه‌ زندان منتفل شده و بعد از بستن دست بند، پابند و چشم بند، نیروهای یگان ویژه‌ زندان آنها را مورد ضرب و شتم شدید قرار داده‌اند. به دلیل شدت ضرب و شتم یکی از این زندانیان به نام مظفر دادی ۲۱ ساله اهل کهنوج که از حدود ۶ ماه پیش به اتهام نزاع در زندان بندرعباس به سر می برد، دچار خونریزی شدید شده و علیرغم نیاز فوری به اعزام به بیمارستان خارج از زندان، تنها در بهداری زندان به صورت مختصر مدوا شده و بعدا او را به بند ۱، بند زندانیان بزرگ سال زندانیان جرائم مربوط به دادگاهی عمومی منتقل شده است.

این منبع حقوق بشری مدعی شد بعد از سه روز بالا آوردن خون نهایتا روز جمعه سوم شهریور مظفردادی مجدد به بهداری زندان منتقل شده و از آنجا نیز به بیمارستان شهید محمدی شهربندرعباس منتقل شده که به دلیل شدت جراحات و خونریزی داخلی این زندانی جمعه شب ۳ شهریورماه در این بیمارستان فوت کرده است.

منبع یاد شده گفت که به همبندیان این زندانی گفته شده که علت مرگ مصرف مواد مخدر بوده است. هنوز پزشکی قانونی علت مرگ را اعدام نکرده است... هنوز علت مرگ به خانواده این زندانی اعلام نشده است. (کمپین بین المللی حقوق بشر در ایران – 15/6/91)

Iran hangs three prisoners in Tehran

Khorasan state-run Daily :
Three prisoners were hanged at dawn today in Tehran’s Evin Prison.
The first prisoner was 23 year old Davoud who was convicted of raping a number of women. The two others executed were two cousins who kidnapped and raped two young women.
The case of these two young men was seen to in the Tehran Penal Court and both were sentenced to death. After their sentences were upheld, it was referred to the Sentence Implementation Department of the Penal Court and today at dawn, the two cousins were hanged.

سحرگاه امروز سه زندانی به اتهام تجاوز در تهران اعدام شدند

سحرگاه امروز سه زندانی در زندان اوین تهران به اتهام تجاوز اعدام شدند.

به گزارش روزنامه خراسان، اولين اعدامي، جوان ۳۳ ساله اي به نام داوود متهم است با سوارکردن چند زن و دختر جوان به عنوان مسافر به آن ها با تهديد چاقو تجاوز کرده است، دو اعدامي ديگر امروز زندان اوين، دو پسر خاله هستند که به عنوان مسافربر دو دختر جوان را ربوده و به آن ها تجاوز کرده اند.

پرونده این دو جوان در دادگاه کيفري استان تهران مورد رسیدگی قرار گرفت و هر دو به اعدام محکوم شدند که پس از تاييد اين حکم پرونده به واحد اجراي احکام دادسراي امور جنايي ارسال شد و سحرگاه امروز دو پسرخاله اعدام شدند. (روزنامه خراسان – 15/6/91)

Iran Minister of Higher Education bans political freedoms in university

Radio BBC website, Fars state-run News Agency :
Kamran Daneshju, the Minister of Science [Minister of Higher Education] stressed that the university is “no place for various sides to clap and whistle and boo” and said, “I think this is political improvidence and not [a positive] political spirit”.
In a speech for the Union of the Independent Islamic Student Associations, a conservative [pro-government] student association, he said, “We have to learn from the 2009 seditions [2009 post-election uprising] and this means that we should not allow those who want to take advantage to create a false and illogical emotional environment”.
These fresh remarks came on the verge of the new academic year. He also said a few months ago that, “Those who were active in the 2009 seditions and still continued their seditions even after the ultimatum of the leader of the revolution in the Friday Prayers in July of that year, have no right to enter universities”.
Daneshju was referring to Khamenei’s sermon in the first Friday Prayers after the presidential elections in which he announced his support for Ahmadinejad warning protesters that from then on, they would be responsible for the consequence of their protests…
Daneshju also warned about the existence of “secular professors” in universities criticizing previous Science Ministers and said, “I have not heard in these thirty something years of the revolution any minister saying that we do not want secular professors”.
The Science Ministry had announced before that professors that “had no allegiance to Islam and the Velayate Faghih” [the idea of an Islamic leader with ultimate power over the lives and minds of all citizens], had no place in institutions of higher education.
He had also addressed the heads of universities and added, “You have no right to attract those to universities who do not move in the path of an effective allegiance to the Velayate Faghih and the Constitution”.

وزیر علوم ایران: دانشگاه جای لاابالی گری سیاسی نیست

کامران دانشجو وزیر علوم ایران با تأکید بر این‌که دانشگاه ”جای کف و سوت کشیدن و هو کردن این طرف و آن طرف نیست“ گفت: ”به نظر من این لاابالی‌گری سیاسی است نه نشاط سیاسی“.

به گزارش خبرگزاری فارس، آقای دانشجو امروز دوشنبه ۱۳ شهریور (۳ سپتامبر) در جمع ”اتحادیه انجمن‌های اسلامی دانشجویان مستقل“، یک تشکل دانشجویی محافظه کار، تأکید کرد: ”باید از فتنه ۸۸ درس بگیریم و این بدان معناست که نباید اجازه ایجاد فضای هیجانی کاذب و غیرمنطقی را به سوء استفاده‌کنندگان بدهیم“.

اظهارات جدید کامران دانشجو در آستانه سال جدید تحصیلی عنوان می‌شود. وی چند ماه پیش نیز گفته بود: ”کسانی که در فتنه سال ۸۸ فعال بوده و بعد از اتمام‌حجت رهبر معظم انقلاب در نمازجمعه تیرماه همان سال، هم‌چنان به فتنه‌گری ادامه دادند، حق ورود به دانشگاهها را ندارند“.

اشاره آقای دانشجو به خطبه‌های آیت‌الله خامنه‌ای در اولین نماز جمعه پس از انتخابات ریاست‌جمهوری دهم بود که ضمن اعلام حمایت از آقای احمدی‌نژاد و نظرات او، به معترضان هشدار داد که از این پس مسئول عواقب اعتراضاتشان خواهند بود...

وی هم‌چنین با هشدار در مورد وجود ”اساتید سکولار“ در دانشگاهها، به انتقاد از وزرای علوم قبل از خود پرداخت و اظهار داشت: ”من نشنیدم در این دوران سی و اندی‌ساله انقلاب، وزیری بگوید که ما استاد سکولار نمی‌خواهیم“...

آقای دانشجو پیشتر هم اعلام کرده بود که استادانی که ”التزام به اسلام و ولایت فقیه“ ندارند، جایی در مراکز آموزش عالی نخواهند داشت و خطاب به روسای دانشگاهها گفته بود: ”شما حق ندارید کسی را در دانشگاهها جذب کنید که در مسیر التزام عملی به ولایت فقیه و قانون اساسی حرکت نمی‌کند“. Iran hangs 3 prisoners in Gohardasht Prison including two brothers

Human Rights and Democracy Activists in Iran :
According to reports, on Monday, September 3, three prisoners from the eight prisoners transferred from Qezel Hesar Prison to Gohardasht [Rajayi Shahr] Prison for execution were hanged at about 4 am. Two of these prisoners were brothers. They were charged with drug related crimes.
The names of the two brothers hanged on Monday were as follows:
Parviz Parvizi, DOB 1978- has been detained for more than 3.5 years in Unit 2 Qezel Hesar Prison in Karaj
Iraj Parvizi, DOB 1980- has been detained for more than 3.5 years of prison in Unit 2 Qezel Hesar Prison.
These two men lived in the Hersin region in Kermanshah.
Three other prisoners are currently in solitary cells in Gohardasht Prison awaiting their execution. They will reportedly be hanged on Wednesday September 5. There are no reports on the fate of two other prisoners.
Twenty-four hours after the hangings, the Iranian Judiciary has still not announced the execution of these three men.
According to unconfirmed reports, the Judiciary plans to carry out public executions in Tehran in the next few weeks.

به‌دار آویختن 2 برادر و يك زنداني ديگر در زندان گوهردشت کرج

بنا‌به گزارشات رسیده به 'فعالین حقوق‌بشر و دموکراسی در ایران' روز دوشنبه 13 شهریور ماه 3 زندانی از 8 زندانی که روز یکشنبه از زندان قزل‌حصار کرج به سلولها انفرادی زندان گوهردشت کرج منتقل شده بودند حوالی ساعت ۰۴:۰۰ صبح در زندان گوهردشت کرج بدار آویخته شدند.2نفر از آنها برادر بودند. اتهام منسوب به این زندانیان داشتن مواد مخدر می‌باشد.

اسامی 2 برادر که روز دوشنبه بدار آویخته شدند به قرار زیر می‌باشد:

1 - پرویز پرویزی متولد 1357 که بیش از ۳.۵سال در واحد 2 زندان قزل‌حصار کرج زندانی بود

2- ایرج پرویزی متولد 1359 که بیش از ۳.۵سال در واحد 2 زندان قزل‌حصار کرج زندانی بود. آنها از اهالی هرسین کرمانشاه بودند.

3 زندانی دیگر در حال حاضر در سلولهای انفرادی زندان گوهردشت کرج در انتظار اجرای حکم اعدام به‌سر می‌برند. گفته می‌شود که قرار است آنها را روز چهارشنبه 15 شهریور بدار آویخته شوند. اما از سرنوشت 2 زندانی دیگر هنوز اطلاعی در دست نیست

به‌رغم گذشت نزدیگ به 24ساعت از اجرای حکم ضدبشری اعدام این 3 زندانی، هنوز قوه‌ی قضاییه‌ی رژیم ولی‌فقیه آخوند علی خامنه‌ای از اعلام خبر اعدام آنها خوداری می‌کند.

گزارشهای تأیید نشده حاکی از آن است که قوه‌ی قضاییه‌ی ولی‌فقیه آخوند علی خامنه‌ای قصد دارد در طی هفته‌ی آینده چند زندانی را در شهر تهران در ملأعام اعدام نماید.  (سایت فعالان حقوقبشر در ایران -13/6/1391)

Two female political prisoners banned from talking to other prisoners in Qarchak Prison
Political prisoners Kobra Banazadeh Amirkhizi and Sediqeh Moradi, who were also detained during the 1980's, were transferred a few weeks ago from the Methadone Section of Evin Prison to the Qarchak Prison in Varamin for no reason. They are being held in inhumane conditions in the Conference Hall in this prison.
Interrogators of the Intelligence Agency have banned them from all kinds of communications and contacts with the other inmates. This punishment is rarely carried out in prison. Talking with the other non-political prisoners is subject to the approval of the head of the Prison Intelligence. It has to be decided from before to which prisoner they want to talk to, where they want to talk to them, and how long and on what subject they want to talk about and the Prison Intelligence has to be pre-informed about the conversation.
In addition to keeping these two women in inhumane conditions, the lack of medical treatment and harassment by prison gangs [instigated by prison officials], they have now been isolated and deprived of communicating with their cellmates.
Qarchak Prison in Varamin was a stable [warehouse] before it became a prison. Jailed male drug addicts were initially detained there before non-political prisoners in the province of Tehran and Karaj were transferred to the prison. The warehouse consists of 9 halls which have been partitioned with the prisoners' beds. Prisoners have to bathe with contaminated salt water which has led to a spread of skin diseases, diarrhea and vomiting. Every hall has one tap with drinking water which has an unpleasant smell. خشونت عليه زنان

ممنوع کردن تماس2 زن زندانی سیاسی با همبندیانشان توسط بازجویان وزارت اطلاعات

زندانیان سیاسی کبری بنازاده امیرخیزی و صدیقه مرادی از زندانیان سیاسی دهه‌ی 60 که چند هفته‌ی پیش بدون هیچ دلیلی از بند متادون زنان زندانی سیاسی اوین به زندان قرچک ورامین تبعید شدند. آنها در سالن مشاوره زندان قرچک ورامین زندانی و در شرایط غیرانسانی نگهداری می‌شوند.

بازجویان وزارت اطلاعات ولی‌فقیه در یک اقدام غیرانسانی که به ندرت در زندانها روی می‌دهد هرگونه تماس و ارتیاط 2 زن زندانی سیاسی با زندانیان عادی هم بندشان ممنوع نموده‌اند و هم صحبتی با زندانیان عادی را منوط به اجازه رئیس اطلاعات زندان نموده‌اند. صحبت کردن با زندانیان عادی باید از پیش مشخص شده باشد که با کدام زندانی، در کجا و برای چه مدتی و در رابطه با چه موضوعی صورت می‌گیرد و می‌بایست به اطلاعات زندان از پیش اعلام شده باشد.

بازجویان وزارت اطلاعات، علاوه بر قرار دادن این 2 زندانی سیاسی در شرایط غیرانسانی، عدم درمان بیماریهای آنها و هم‌چنین مورد اذیت و آزار قرار دادن آنها توسط باندهای مافیایی زندان در یک اقدام سرکوبگرانه غیرانسانی دیگر آنها را از ارتباط با ههمبندیانش محروم کرده‌اند و در ایزوله کامل قرار داده‌اند.

زندان قرچک ورامین که یک سوله گاوداری بوده است ابتدا به زندان معتادن مرد تبدیل شد و سپس زنان زندانی عادی استان تهران و کرج را به این زندان منتقل نمودند. این سوله گاوداری از 9سالن که با تختهای زندانیان زن جدا سازی شده است تشکیل شده است. زندانیان زن باید با آب شور که دارای املاح آهکی بسیار بالا و آلوده ناچارا استحمام کنند که باعث شیوع بیماریهای پوستی، اسهال و استفراغ در بین آنها می‌شود. در هر سالن یک شیر آب نسبتاً شیرین برای نوشیدن آب وجود دارد که بوی نامطبوعی می‌دهد. اکثر زندانیان زن از ناراحتی شدید کلیوی در رنج هستند.(فعالان حقوق‌بشرو دموکراسی در ایران – 8/6/91)

Bandar Abbas SSF commander says suppressive plan to 'improve social security' intensified
The commander of the Bandar Abbas State Security Forces said that the plan to improve Social Security has been intensified in this town.
"Agents of the Bandar Abbas SSF arrested 350 drug dealers and homeless drug addicts… and discovered [and seized] 4,498 satellite equipment in the [Persian] month of Mordad [July 22 – Aug. 21] with their tireless efforts", Abdolhossein Bestami said today in a press conference on this issue.
"During this time, 1,161 motorcycles and 151 automobiles were seized while their drivers who had broken the law were handed over to judicial officials for their legal procedures", he added. (Fars state-run News Agency – Aug. 28, 2012)

Commander of Special Forces says forces will go to recreational areas and stadiums to supposedly 'communicate with people'
The commander of the Special Forces of the State Security Forces, Hassan Karami, said in an interview that one of the new plans of the Special Forces is to work and communicate with various sectors of society in neighborhoods and to communicate with university and school students.
"We have made numerous plans to execute our goals and we will try to carry out the plans in the 'Holy Defense Week'", he added.
"In order to keep [our] forces physically fit, programs to walk among the people will be carried out every week and the Special Forces will work to provide the security of the people in addition to keeping themselves prepared with their presence in recreational areas, exercising grounds and mountains [hiking in the mountains is a popular pastime for Iranians]"…
"Being present in sport stadiums especially simultaneously with the Leading Football [soccer] League games is an opportunity for us to leave a good memory of ourselves among the youth. Therefore we have a good program to communicate with the fans especially from the younger sector of the society. In line with this, the uniform of the Special Forces stationed in stadiums will soon change", Hassan Karami added citing the responsibility of the force in providing the security of stadiums.
He said Special Forces were also tasked with providing security on the beaches of north Iran.
"Countering the signs of improper veiling and other unconventional social behaviors which result in insecurity on the beaches are some prevention measures which we will carry out". (Mehr state-run News Agency – Aug. 29, 2012)

فرمانده انتظامی‌بندرعباس خبر داد/ تشدید اجرای طرح ارتقاء امنیت اجتماعی در بندرعباس

خبرگزاری فارس: فرمانده انتظامی شهرستان بندرعباس از تشدید طرح ارتقاء امنیت اجتماعی در شهریور ماه جاری در این شهرستان خبر داد .

به گزارش خبرگزاری فارس از بندرعباس، عبدالحسین بسطامی ظهر امروز در جمع خبرنگاران در این رابطه، اظهار داشت: مأموران انتظامی شهرستان بندرعباس در راستای اجرای طرح ارتقاء امنیت اجتماعی در مرداد ماه ... با تلاش شبانه روزی در یک ماهه گذشته 350نفر خرده فروش مواد مخدر و معتاد کارتن خواب را دستگیر ...وچهار هزارو 498 قطعه تجهیزات دریافت از ماهواره کشف...کردند.

فرمانده انتظامی‌بندرعباس خاطرنشان کرد: در مدت یاد شده یک هزارو 161 دستگاه موتور سیکلت و 151 دستگاه خودرو متخلف توقیف و ضمن اعمال قانون متهمان پس از تشکیل پرونده برای سیر مراحل قانونی به مراجع قضایی معرفی شده‌اند. (خبرگزاری فارس (رژیم)- 7/6/1391)

افزایش تعامل یگان ویژه با قشر جوان/ تغییر وضعیت حضور ماموران در ورزشگاهها

در گفتگو با مهر عنوان شد؛

فرمانده یگان ویژه نیروی انتظامی، سردار حسن کرمی در گفتگو با خبرنگار مهر اظهار داشت: یکی از برنامه‌های جدید یگان ویژه تعامل و ارتباط با قشرهای مختلف مردم در محلات و ارتباط با دانشجویان و دانش‌آموزان است. برنامه‌ریزیهای متعددی را برای رسیدن به اهدافمان انجام داده‌ایم و سعی می‌کنیم این برنامه‌ها را در هفته دفاع مقدس اجرا کنیم. ..

سردار کرمی افزود: به‌منظور حفظ آمادگی جسمانی نیروها، برنامه‌های پیاده روی در بین مردم هر هفته اجرا می‌شود و نیروهای یگان ویژه با حضور در تفرجگاهها و ورزش علاوه بر حفظ آمادگی خود امنیت را برای افراد حاضر در تفرجگاهها و کوهها به ارمغان می‌آورد...

فرمانده یگان ویژه نیروی انتظامی با اشاره به مسئولیت این یگان در تأمین امنیت ورزشگاهها گفت: حضور در ورزشگاهها به ویژه همزمان با برگزاری لیگ برتر فوتبال، یک فرصت برای ماست تا ضمن برقراری ارتباط با جوانان خاطره خوبی را از خودمان برای آنها به‌جای بگذاریم. به همین دلیل در لیگ امسال نیز برنامه‌های خوبی را برای ارتباط با تماشاگران به ویژه قشر جوان داریم. در همین راستا به‌زودی لباس مأموران یگان ویژه در ورزشگاهها تغییر می‌کند.
