Kurdish religious activist sentenced to whip and prison

The third Branch of Special Cleric Court sentenced Hashem Hossein Panahi, a religion teacher in Sanandaj to 6 years imprisonment for insulting the Shiite Islam and the system and charged with 30 lashes for insulting the attorney general of the Clerical court. (Kurdpa 12 September 2013)

"هاشم حسين پناهي" يکي از مدرسين علوم ديني در سنندج، از سوي شعبه‌ي سوم دادگاه ويژه‌ي روحانيت تهران به اتهام توهين به مذهب شيعه و توهين به نظام، به ٦ سال حبس تعزيري و همچنين به اتهام توهين به داديار دادسراي ويژه‌ي روحانيت به تحمل ٣٠ ضربه شلاق محکوم شد. (كردپا 21/6/92 

Imminent execution of 4 Kurdish inmates from Iran’s prisons

Four religious Kurdish inmates named Hamed Ahmadi, 32, son of Habibollah, Jamshid and Jahangir Dehghani, 28 and 27, sons of Khodarahm and Kamal Malali, 29, are facing execution. These 4 Kurdish inmates were arrested in 2009 and put under interrogation and torture in the MOIS detention center in Sanandaj. (Kurdpa 12 September 2013)

 

اعدام قريب‌الوقوع ٤ فعال مذهبي کُرد در زندان‌هاي ايران

چهار زنداني مذهبي کُرد به نام‌هاي "حامد احمدي ٣٢ ساله فرزند حبيب‌الله، جمشيد و جهانگير دهقاني ٢٨ و ٢٧ ساله فرزند خدا رحم و کمال ملايي ٢٩ ساله در آستانه اجراي حکم اعدام قرار دارند. اين چهار زنداني کُرد در سال ١٣٨٨ بازداشت و مدت ١٠ روز در بازداشتگاه اداره‌ي اطلاعات سنندج تحت بازجويي و شکنجه بودند.

Lack of drinking water in Shiraz’s Adel Abad Prison

Political prisoners of conscience of the “Byword” ward have met lack of water for more than a month. The cooler of the ward has been broken since 2 weeks, which has affected the increase of the usage of water by the inmates, to control the heat.
Political prisoners of conscience of Fars Province who are held in the security ward of “Byword”, such as Kasra Nouri dervishes’ rights activist, Mohsen Esmaili, Seyyed Ebrahim Bahrami, Mohammad Ali Sadeghi and Mohammad Ali Dehghan, dervishes from Kovar and also Mojtaba Hosseini, Homayoun Shokouhi, Mohammad Reza Partoyee and Vahid Hakani Chrsitian residents of Shiraz. کمبود آب آشاميدني در بند عبرت زندان عادل آباد شيراز

بيش از يک ماه است که زندانيان سياسي - عقيدتي بند عِبرَت، با کمبود آب آشاميدني مواجه‌اند.از دو هفته پيش سيستم خنک کننده بند عبرت زندان عادل آباد خراب شده است و همين امر هم موجب افزايش آب مصرفي زندانيان براي جلوگيري از شدت گرماي هوا شده است. زندانيان سياسي ـ عقيدتي استان فارس محبوس در بندامنيتي عبرت عبارتند از:کسري نوري فعال حقوق دراويش محسن اسماعيلي، سيدابراهيم بهرامي، محمدعلي صادقي و محمدعلي دهقان از دراويش ساکن کوار و همچنين مجبتي حسيني، همايون شکوهي، محمدرضا پرتويي و وحيد حکاني از شهروندان مسيحي ساکن شيراز.  (مجذوبان نور 21/6/92)

 

Larijani sanctions violation of human rights in Iran

“Unfortunately now a days westerners use human rights in their publicity and media as a tool against the countries which are not aligned with their policies,” stated Ayatollah Amoli Larijani among the members of the Judiciary’s human rights headquarter.
Pointing to the declaration of human rights, Larijani indicated that the great challenge of the declaration is its superficial interpretation of ‘human dignity’ which shows philosophical and theoretical incoherence in western concept of human rights and added: “Under the name of human rights, westerners are imposing serious cruelty and injustice on many nations but they mirror untrue facts in their reports on human rights. The western countries protest against our measures regarding dangerous and armed villains while they cannot tolerate such criminals themselves.” (Mehr news agency 23 July 2013)

آيت الله آملي لاريجاني در جمع اعضاي ستاد حقوق بشر قوه قضاييه گفت: در حال حاضر متأسفانه غربي‌ها با استفاده از جنبه‌هاي تبليغاتي و اختاپوس رسانه‌اي خود از حقوق بشر عليه كشور‌هايي كه در خط سياسي آنها نيستند استفاده مي‌كنند.لاريجاني با اشاره به اعلاميه حقوق بشر، چالش بزرگ اين اعلاميه را كه نشانگر تناقض‌هاي فلسفي و نظري حقوق بشر غربي است، نگاه سطحي به موضوع كرامت انساني اعلام كرد. رئيس قوه قضاييه اظهار داشت: غربي‌ها در حال حاضر به اسم حقوق بشر و آزادي ظلم مضاعفي نسبت به بسياري از ملت‌ها روا و در گزارش‌هاي حقوق بشري خود موارد خلاف واقع را منتشر مي‌كنند.
وي افزود: در حاليكه خود غربي‌ها نيز نمي‌توانند چنين جنايتكاراني را تحمل كنند؛ به ما اعتراض دارند كه چرا عليه مجرمان خطرناك و مسلح اقدام مي‌كنيد. (خبرگزاري مهر 1/5/92

Deputy chief of Khuzistan’s Department of Justice: Those who eat in public will be punished

“According to the Islamic Penal Law those who eat in public will be punished. If SSF Bureau for Facilities observes any violation at food stores, restaurants and similar trades, they will be the subject of legal punishment,” stated Mullah Abdol Hamid Amanat Behbahani, deputy chief of Khuzistan’s Department of Justice.
He asked the police force to both warn those who eat in their vehicles and give their license number to judiciary organs. (The General Department of Justice in Khuzistan 10 July 2013)


حجت الاسلام عبدالحميد امانت بهبهاني- معاون رئيس کل دادگستري استان خوزستان هشدار داد: با افرادي که در ملاء عام اقدام به روزه خواري کنند، طبق قانون مجازات اسلامي برخورد مي شود. اغذيه فروشي ها، رستوران ها و مشاغل مشابه در صورت تخلف و گزارش اداره اماکن نيروي انتظامي، با آن ها برخورد قانوني صورت مي گيرد. وي از پليس راهنمايي و رانندگي خواست تا ضمن تذکر به افرادي که در خودروها اقدام به روزه خواري مي کنند، شماره خودرو را نيز به مراجع قضايي اعلام کنند.

Punishment for ‘mal-veiling’ and eating in public in month of Ramadan

“According to Islamic Penal Law, those who violate religiously forbidden acts during month of Ramadan such as eating in public deserve punishment,” stated Mohammad Ali Esfanani, parliament’s judiciary commission’s spokesman.
Pointing to the violators he added: “At first, the judicial police will warn those with improper veil and those who eat in public, but if the violation continues, then the police will open files for them.” (Isfahan’s Department of Justice 20 July 2013)


برخورد با افراد بدحجاب و روزه خوار در رمضان=

محمدعلي اسفناني سخنگوي کميسيون قضايي مجلس گفت, برابر قانون مجازات اسلامي کساني که در ماه رمضان عمل حرامي همچون روزه‌خواري در انظار عمومي را مرتکب شوند مستحق مجازات هستند.
سخنگوي کميسيون قضايي مجلس با اشاره به شيوه برخورد با هنجارشکنان در ماه رمضان گفت: برخورد ضابطين قضايي با افراد بدحجاب و روزه‌خوار در گام اول ارشادي است اما در صورتي که روش‌هاي ارشادي پاسخگو نباشد براي فرد متخلف در دادگاه پرونده قضايي تشکيل مي‌شود. (دادگستري اصفهان 29/4/92)

Prison and lashing, punishment for eating in public (during month of Ramadan)

حبس و شلاق, مجازات روزه خواري در ملأعام
