Iran’s public prosecutor warns political prisoners against publishing statements from prison
‘If someone commits the same crime after receiving a sentence for the previous crime and is serving his/her sentence or has finished serving his/her sentence, he/she will be prosecuted and punished and this punishment will definitely be more severe’. Public Prosecutor Gholam-Hossein Mohseni Ejeie said regarding a letter by political prisoners sent outside of prison and a number of statements by political prisoners (published in websites). Wife of jailed lawyer banned from talking to husband in hospital; attacked by plainclothes agent
Mohammad Oliayi Fard, a jailed lawyer and legal consultant of the Student Committee in Defense of Political Prisoners who was taken to a hospital outside of prison today because of his deteriorating physical condition was mistreated and harassed by a plainclothes agent.
According to reports, this agent who had entered the hospital with a gun clashed with Oliayi Fard’s family who intended to see him and insulted and mistreated them.
Oliayi Fard’s wife intended to talk to her husband when she saw him in the hospital but the above mentioned agent verbally abused her and then attacked her with the gun in his hand. When Oliayi Fard tried to defend his wife, he was also attacked. The hospital’s Protection Department unarmed the plainclothes agents after seeing this scene and then transferred Oliayi Fard back to prison…
There is a high chance that Oliayi Fard has cancer because a tumor was found in his body. He was sentenced to one year of prison by Judge Pir Abbas in the 26th branch of the Revolutionary Court in Tehran. (Student Committee in Defense of Political Prisoners – Oct. 15, 2010)

According to reports, labor activist Gholamreza Gholam Hosseini was forced to leave his home after agents of the ministry of intelligence raided his home in his absence.
On Monday October 11, at about 9 am intelligence agents raided the home of Gholam Hosseini in Karaj intending to arrest him but he was not home.
These agents then took his 15 year old son hostage until 8 pm. In this time, they threatened and interrogated 15-year old Amir. In calls to Gholam Hosseini’s wife, they said that she had to turn her husband in for her son’s release.
These agents searched his home for a long time and then confiscated his computer, legal documents, telephone book, books, CDs and other things…
Gholamreza Gholam Hosseini, 44, was arrested in 2005 during the strike of bus drivers of the Vahed Bus Company in Tehran and was subsequently suspended from work for 4 years. About 8 months ago he went back to work but on July 24 he was once again suspended under baseless pretexts. (Human Rights and Democracy Activists in Iran – Oct. 15, 2010)
SSF: watching satellite channels is like using narcotics
The assistant head on Social Affairs of the State Security Forces, Bahman Kargar, stressed in a news conference that buying and selling satellite equipment is illegal and said, “Satellite equipment is considered a crime like narcotics”.
“Narcotics endangers the mental and physical health of people while satellite (channels) leads to vulgarity, licentious behavior and destroys families therefore they are both equally dangerous”, he said.
The assistant social head of the State Security Forces said that satellites are an example of the ‘soft war’ and stressed that the SSF would seriously deal with the buying and selling of satellite equipment. (Daneshju News – Oct. 15, 2010)

Gifted student banned from continuing education to get master’s degree
The Intelligence Agency has decided that Farzaneh Jalali, who scored sixth place in the nationwide master’s degree exams in Iran, does not have the right to continue her education to get her master’s degree.
Farzaneh Jalali, an anthropology major in Tehran University’s Social Sciences School was a student activist in this university and a member of the student’s Islamic Association. She was also in charge of the Sobh (Morning) student publication in this university for one year.
Jalali was summoned to the Revolutionary Court and Intelligence Agency after security forces attacked the university dormitory during post election events.
This student activist was banned from continuing her education even as the head of the Evaluation Organization announced last month that they did not deprive anyone of education because of their political activities. (Committee of Human Rights Reporters – Oct. 11, 2010)

2 university students suspended for 2 semesters for political activities

After several large gatherings were held in Tehran’s Science and Industry University following the 2009 presidential elections in Iran, the Disciplinary Committee in this university sentenced Hamid Bidar, a fifth year computer engineering student and Navid Atayi, a fifth year constructional engineer student to two semesters of suspension from university. Their sentences were upheld by the Appeals Council of the Science Ministry’s Central Committee. (Human Rights Activists in Iran – Oct. 11, 2010)
Iran bans student activist from education
The Selection Committee of the Evaluation Organization announced that Saied Moradi Naqdeh, a law student at Gilan University who is also a student activist and the former head of the student publication, ‘Qupouz’, was banned from continuing his education.
According to reports, Moradi Naqdeh was active in the reformer’s campaign in the 2009 elections. He is also a member of the Editorial Council of the Chagheri publication and the Secretary of the Shahriar Association. (Daneshju News – Oct. 12, 2010)
Birjand student refused university degree for participating in post-election protests
Birjand University refused to give student activist Himan Khoshvaqt his university degree after he graduated last year.
Khoshvaqt finished his units in this university in 2009 and went to the university in 2010 to get his degree.
He tried in vain to receive his university degree but the heads of the Protection Department in this university announced that they would not give his degree because he participated and was active in the post election protests in 2009.
This is while Khoshvaqt says that all his activities which were related or unrelated to protests to election results were carried out outside of university and in all this time, he did not even set foot in his university. (Rava News website – Oct. 14, 2010)
تشديد مجازات زندانيان سياسي در صورت ارتکاب مجدد جرم
سخنگوي قوه قضائيه حجتالاسلام غلامحسين محسني اژهاي در مورد نامه زندانيان سياسي از داخل زندان و انتشار برخي بيانيهها از سوي آنها تاکيد کرد: هر گاه فردي پس از گرفتن حکم جرم قبلي خود در حين اجراي مجازات و يا اتمام آن مجدداً مرتکب همان جرم شود تحت تعقيب قضائي قرار گرفته و مجازات خواهد شد که قطعاً اين مجازات شديدتر ميشود. رفتار خشونت آميز لباس شخصيها با وکيل دربند و همسرش
محمد اولياي فرد، وکيل دادگستري و حقوقدان مشاور کميته دانشجويي دفاع از زندانيان سياسي که به علت ابتلا به بيماري حاد، امروز از زندان اوين به بيمارستان منتقل شده بود، توسط يک نيروي لباسشخصي مورد بياحترامي و رفتارهاي زننده قرار گرفت.
به گزارش کميته دانشجويي دفاع از زندانيان سياسي، اين مأمور لباسشخصي که با اسلحه وارد بيمارستان شده بود، با خانواده محمد اوليايي فرد که قصد ملاقات با وي را داشتند درگير شده و در مقابل آنها رفتار هاي زننده و توهينآميزي از خود نشان داد.
همسر محمد اوليايي فرد که با ديدن وي در مطب پزشک، قصد احوال پرسي او را داشت توسط مأمور نامبرده مورد بياحترامي لفظي قرار ميگيرد و با اسلحه به سمت وي حملهور ميشود. در اين اثنا که آقاي اوليايي فرد قصد دفاع از همسر خود را داشت، اونيز مورد حمله قرار گرفت. ماموران حراست بيمارستان با ديدن اين رويداد فرد مسلح را خلعسلاح کرده و اوليايي فرد را مجدداً به زندان منتقل کردند... محمد اوليايي فرد که احتمال ابتلا به بيماري سرطان به علت غددي که در بدن وي مشاهده شده است زياد است، پيشتر در شعبه 26 دادگاه انقلاب تهران به رياست قاضي پير عباس به تحمل يک سال حبس تعزيري محکوم شده بود. گروگان گيري کودکان فعالين سنديکايي توسط بازجويان وزارت اطلاعات

بنابه گزارشات رسيده به "فعالين حقوق بشر و دمکراسي در ايران"فعال سنديکايي غلامرضا غلامحسيني در پي يورش مامورين وزارت اطلاعات به منزلش براي مقابله با اعمال غير قانوني و غير انساني ناچار به ترک منزل خود شده است
روز دوشنبه 19 مهرماه حوالي ساعت 09:00 صبح مامورين وزارت اطلاعات به منزل فعال سنديکاي شرکت واحد تهران آقاي غلامرضا غلامحسيني يورش بردند و قصد دستگيري او را داشتند ولي بدليل عدم حضور وي در منزل موفق به دستگيري او نشدند.
مامورين وزارت اطلاعات کرج بدليل عدم موفقيت در دستگيري آقاي غلامحسيني فرزندش امير غلامحسيني که 15 سال سن دارد را به گروگان گرفتند و او را تا ساعت 20:00 شب در گروگان خود نگه داشتند.در طي مدتي که فرزند آقاي غلامحسيني در گروگان آنها بود بازجويان وزارت اطلاعات او را مورد بازجويي و تهديد قرار دادند. آنها همچنين در طي تماسهاي تلفني که با همسر آقاي غلامحسيني داشتند آزادي فرزندش را مشروط به معرفي همسرش نموده بودند.
مامورين وزارت اطلاعات همچنين براي مدت طولاني منزل آقاي غلامحسيني را مورد بازرسي قرار دادند و پس از بازرسي طولاني و به هم زدن وسايل آنها بعضي از وسايل شخصي مانند؛کيس کامپيوتر،مدارک قانوني،دفترچه تلفن خانوادگي،کتاب،سي دي و ساير وسايل منزل را با خود بردند...
فعال سنديکايي غلامرضا غلامحسيني 44 ساله در جريان اعتصابات گسترده کارکنان شرکت واحد تهران در سال 84 دستگير وچند هفته در زندان اوين در بازداشت بسر برد و نزديگ به 4 سال از کار تعليق شد. او حدودا 8 ماه پيش پس از صدور راي بازگشت به کار اداره کار توانست به محل کار خود بازگردد ولي 2 مردادماه مجددا به بهانه هاي واهي از کار تعليق شد. ناجا: ماهواره مانند مواد مخدر جرم به شمار مي رود
دانشجو نيوز: سردار بهمن کارگر، معاون اجتماعي نيروي انتظامي در نشستي خبري، با تاكيد بر اينكه خريد و فروش ماهواره ممنوع است، گفت: "ماهواره مانند مواد مخدر جرم به شمار ميرود، مواد مخدر سلامت روحي و جسمي افراد را به خطر مياندازد و ماهواره سبب ابتذال، بيبند و باري و فروپايشي کانون خانوادهها ميشود پس هر دو به يک ميزان خطرناک هستند."
معاون اجتماعي ناجا در اين نشست خبري، ماهواره را نمونه بارز "جنگ نرم" دانست و تاکيد کرد که نيروي انتظامي با خريد و فروش ماهواره به شدت برخورد خواهد کرد. (دانشجو نيوز – 23/7/89)

محروميت از تحصيل براي فرزانه جلالي رتبه ۶ کنکور کارشناسي ارشد
فرزانه جلالي رتبه ۶ کنکور کارشناسي ارشد بنابر نظر وزارت اطلاعات حق ادامه تحصيل در مقطع کارشناسي ارشد را ندارد.
فرزانه جلالي دانشجوي رشته مردم شناسي دانشکده علوم اجتماعي دانشگاه تهران در دوران تحصيل خود از فعالين دانشجويي دانشگاه تهران بوده است و سابقه عضويت در انجمن اسلامي دانشجويان را نيز دارد و به مدت يکسال به عنوان مدير مسئول روزنامه صبح دانشگاه تهران فعاليت کرده است. وي در ماجراي حمله به کوي دانشگاه و وقايع پس از انتخابات به دادگاه انقلاب و دفتر پيگيري وزارت اطلاعات فراخوانده شد.
اين در حالي است که رئيس سازمان سنجش شهريور ماه اعلام کرد محروميت بدليل فعاليت سياسي نداريم. (رهانا – 19/7/89)

به دنبال برگزاري چندين تجمع بزرگ دانشجويي بعد از انتخابات سال ۸۸ در دانشگاه علم و صنعت، کميته انضباطي دانشگاه علم و صنعت هر يک از آقايان «حميد بيدار» دانشجوي سال پنجم رشته مهندسي کامپيوتر و «نويد عطائي» دانشجوي سال پنجم رشته مهندسي عمران به ۲ ترم محروميت از تحصيل با احتساب سنوات محکوم کرد و اين حکم توسط شوراي تجديد نظر کميته مرکزي وزارت علوم نيز تأييد شد. سعيد مرادي نقده دانشجوي رشته حقوق دانشگاه گيلان، از فعالين دانشجويي و مدير مسئول سابق نشريه "قوپوز" از سوي هيئت گزينش سازمان سنجش ممنوع التحصيل اعلام شده است.
بنابر گزارش ارسالي به دانشجو نيوز، سعيد مرادي نقده در انتخابات رياست جمهوري سال ۸۸ در ستاد اصلاح طلبان گيلان فعاليت مي کرده است. وي هچنين عضو شوراي سردبيري نشريه "چاغري"، دبير انجمن شهريار. (دانشجو نيوز – 20/7/89)
ممانعت دانشگاه بيرجند از فارغ التحصيلي هيمن خوشوقت، فعال دانشجويي
دانشگاه بيرجند از فارغ التحصيلي و ارائه مدرک کارشناسي به هيمن خوشوقت، فعال دانشجويي اين دانشگاه خودداري کرد.
هيمن خوشوقت، سال 88 واحدهاي درسي خود را در اين دانشگاه به پايان رسانده و نيمه دوم سال 89 براي تسويه حساب و اخذ مدرک به دانشگاه مراجعه کرده است.
به گزارش روا نيوز، پس از بي نتيجه ماندن تلاش هاي آقاي خوشوقت براي اخذ مدرک تحصيلي، مسولان حراست اين دانشگاه به وي اعلام کرده اند به دليل شرکت و فعاليت در اعتراض هاي پس از انتخابات سال 88 دانشگاه از ارائه مدرک به وي خودداري مي کند.
اين در حالي است که خوشوقت مي گويد تمام فعاليت هاي مرتبط و غير مرتبط او به اعتراض به نتيجه انتخابات در خارج از دانشگاه بوده و در تمام اين مدت حتي به دانشگاه مراجعه نکرده است. (روا نيوز – 22/7/89)
