Iran arrests ‘illegal movie’ interpreters

The member of an underground gang that interpreted illegal foreign movies and TV shows were identified and arrested.
According to reports, the Chief of the Intelligence and Public Security Police in the Tehran and Alborz Provinces said, “After news on the activities of an underground gang that interpreted illegal foreign movies and TV shows, police agents of the Public Buildings Department of Tehran was tasked with [dealing with the issue], because of the sensitivity of the case”.
“Agents were able to arrest two members of the gangs by the names of Maziar M. and Saied R. and also confiscated a computer…”, Colonel Nader Sarkari added.

اعضاي باند دوبلاژ فيلم‌هاي ماهواره اي دستگير شدند

اعضاي باند زيرزميني که اقدام به دوبلاژ فيلم ها و سريال هاي غيرمجاز خارجي مي کردند، شناسايي و دستگير شدند.

به گزارش خبرگزاري مهر، سرهنگ نادر سرکاري با اعلام اين خبر گفت: در پي اخبار رسيده مبني بر فعاليت يک باند زيرزميني در زمينه دوبلاژ فيلم ها و سريال هاي غيرمجاز خارجي، به دليل حساسيت موضوع، مراتب در دستور کار مأموران پليس اداره اماکن عمومي استان تهران قرار گرفت...

رئيس پليس اطلاعات و امنيت عمومي استان تهران و البرز در پايان گفت: در بازديد از مکان فعاليت اعضاي باند که به صورت زيرزميني و فاقد هرگونه علائم و مشخصه صنفي بود، مأموران موفق شدنددو نفر از اعضاي باند به نام هاي «مازيار-م» و «سعيد- ر» را دستگير و يک دستگاه کيس رايانه حاوي تصاوير غيراخلاقي، فيلم هاي مربوط به دوبلاژ و دو حلقه دي وي دي حاوي تصاوير ضبط شده از ماهواره کشف و ضبط کنند. Satellite users will be fined

The Deputy Commander of the Fars State Security Forces has warned satellite channel users that if they do not gather up their satellite equipment, the police will round up their equipment.
Brigadier Sirous Sajadian said that the users, distributers and installers of satellite receiver equipment have one week to gather up their equipment.
“The first stage of the implementation of this plan is informing the people and warning citizens to gather up this kind of equipment”.
“In the next stage, the police will start to gather information from private and public buildings and will start to round up satellite equipment from homes with the coordination of judicial sources”, he added.
“This plan will initially be carried out in Shiraz and will then be carried out in all the towns in the province. Users of satellite equipment will be fined according to the law in addition to having their equipment confiscated”.

جانشين فرماندهي انتظامي فارس به دارندگان تجهيزات دريافت از ماهواره، هشدار داد که در صورت عدم جمع‌آوري تجهيزات دريافت از ماهواره، پليس اقدام به جمع‌آوري اين تجهيزات مي‏کند.

سردار سرتيپ دوم "سيروس سجاديان" با بيان اينکه استفاده‌كنندگان، توزيع‌كنندگان و نصابان تجهيزات دريافت از ماهواره يك هفته مهلت دارند نسبت به جمع‌آوري اين تجهيزات اقدام كنند، تصريح کرد: مرحله اول اجراي اين طرح، اطلاع‌رساني و هشدار به شهروندان براي جمع‌آوري اين‌گونه تجهيزات را شامل مي‏شود.

سجاديان ادامه داد: در مرحله بعد پليس با جمع‌آوري اطلاعات از اماكن اعم از خصوصي و غيرخصوصي و با هماهنگي مراجع قضايي، نسبت به جمع‌آوري تجهيزات دريافت از ماهواره در منازل اقدام خواهد كرد.

جانشين فرماندهي انتظامي استان فارس در ادامه هشدار خود، گفت: اين طرح ابتدا در شيراز و سپس در همه شهرستانهاي استان اجرا مي‏شود که استفاده‌كنندگان از تجهيزات ماهواره‌اي علاوه بر ضبط و مصادره اين گونه تجهيزات، به مجازات نقدي كه در قانون به آن اشاره شده، محكوم خواهند شد. (ايسنا – 25/4/90)

“According to the plans, the police will try to provide a secure atmosphere for citizens and vacationers by being present in all crowded locations, deploying 100 percent of [the forces], reinforcing the automobile, motorcycle and on foot and sea patrols, and identifying vulnerable locations”, Colonel Ataollah Gholamnejad said.

Female political prisoner severely tortured in prison

Human Rights and Democracy Activists in Iran :
According to reports, political prisoner Arezu Qebal Azraqash has been detained for more than 4 years in various prisons in Iran and was recently transferred to the Shahre Rey Prison.
This 26 year old political prisoner was born in Mahabad and was arrested in 2007 in the border area in Piranshahr. She was transferred to a solitary cell in the Orumieh Intelligence Agency and was subjected to severe torture for six months in this prison by intelligence agents. Arezu was subjected to sleep deprivation, toilet deprivation, was kept in a standing position for hours which usually resulted in fainting spells, and was subjected to violent physical beatings where she was punched and kicked or beaten with batons which led to injuries in her reproductive organs and severe bleeding. She received 27 stiches for this injury. She was transferred from Orumieh Prison at night and was abused and subjected to a mock execution from which resulted in a 24 hour coma.
This political prisoner was unable to move for two months because of injuries she sustained in her back and neck…
Arezu Qebal Azraqash was tried in 2008 by the 101st branch of the Orumieh Revolutionary Court where she was sentenced to three years of prison on charges of ‘espionage for Kurdistan and Iraqi Intelligence Agencies and cooperating with outsiders’. Despite the fact that she has served her three year prison term, she is still kept in prison in dire conditions.

سبوعيت و درنده خويي ماموران ولي فقيه عليه زنان زنداني سياسي

بنابه گزارشات رسيده به "فعالين حقوق بشر و دمکراسي در ايران" شکنجه ها و رفتارهاي وحشيلنه عليه زنداني سياسي بي نام و نشاني آرزو قبال ازرقاش که بيش از 4 سال است در زندانهاي مختلف زنداني است و اخيرا او را به زندان مخوف شهر ري منتقل کرده اند.

زنداني سياسي آرزو قبال ازرقاش متولد 1364 شهر مهاباد مي باشد که در مرز پيرانشهر در سال 1386 دستگير مي گردد و به سلولهاي انفرادي زندان وزارت اطلاعات اروميه منتقل مي گردد و به مدت 6 ماه در سلولهاي انفرادي تحت شکنجه هاي جسمي و روحي بازجويان وزارت اطلاعات قرار مي گيرد.او در طي مدت بازداشت وحشيانه ترين شکنجه هاي قرون وسطايي را تحمل مي کند. از جمله شکنجه هايي که بازجويان وزارت اطلاعات عليه وي بکار برده اندعبارتند از ؛ بي خوابي طولاني مدت، ممانعت از استفاده از سرويسهاي بهداشتي براي مدت طولاني،ساعتها در حالت ايستاده نگه داشتن که اکثر مواقع منجر به بيهوشي وي مي گرديد،شکنجه هاي جسمي وحشيانه با مشت،لگد،باتون بصورت مستمر و طولاني که منجربه زخمي شدن قسمت تناسلي و خونريزي شديد و 27 بخيه خوردن آن قسمت گرديده است.انتقال شبانه به بيرون از زندان اروميه و پس از اذيت و آزارهاي غير انساني ترتيب دادن صحنۀ اعدام واقعي کوتاه مدت که منجر به فرو رفتن در کوما به مدت 24 ساعت و بدليل آسيب ديدگي از ناحيۀ کمر و گردن تا 2 ماه قادر به حرکت نبود...

در سال 1387 او را به شعبۀ 101 دادگاه انقلاب اروميه منتقل کردند و فردي بنام درويشي رئيس اين شعبه وي را مورد محاکمه قرار داد. اتهاماتي که بازجويان وزارت اطلاعات به او نسبت داده بودند عبارتند از؛جاسوسي به نفع سرويسهاي اطلاعات کردستان عراق و همکاري با اجانب بود زماني که خانم قبال ازرقاش قصد دفاع از خود در دادگاه را داشت درويشي با توهين هاي غير اخلاقي مانع دفاع وي گرديد.پس از مدتي به خانم قبال ازرقاش ابلاغ گرديد که به 3 سال زندان محکوم شده است ولي عليرغم طي کردن محکوميت غير قانوني و غير انساني همچنان در زندان و شرايط طاقت فرسا بسر مي برد.(فعالين حقوق بشر ودمكراسي در ايران – 26/4/90)

“The Islamic Republic of Iran has no problems with the Human Rights Rapporteur as a person but appointing a rapporteur for the human rights situation in Iran is unacceptable and we will not accept this issue”, Mohammad Javad Larijani added.
Larijani stressed that there are no tensions or problems in Iran’s human rights record.
“The existing tensions in Iran are the West’s destructive political propaganda assault against the country”, he said.

Iran publicly humiliates 9 people in Qom

After the arrest of 10 troublemakers and their transfer to Police Station 18 in Qom, nine of them were paraded around in this town. The tenth person was not paraded due to severe knife injuries he had sustained on both his hands.
These people were paraded in the Imam Hossein Township, Ansar, Mersad and Modares areas in Qom on Thursday.
They were charged with troublemaking, using knives, disruption and vandalism.

تحقير ۹ نفر در قم با گرداندن ايشان در سطح شهر

به گزارش مهر، پس از دستگيري ۱۰ نفر تحت عنوان اراذل و اشرار و انتقال ايشان به کلانتري ۱۸ قم، ۹ نفر آنها در شهر گردانده شدند و نفر دهم آنها به‌دليل شدت جراحات بر اثر اصابت چاقو از ناحيه دو دست حضور نداشت.

اين افراد غروب روز پنجشنبه در شهرک امام حسن، انصار، مرصاد و شهيد مدرس قم گردانده شدند.

اتهام اين ۱۰ تن شرارت، چاقوکشي، مزاحمت و تخريب بوده است. (مهر – 25/4/1390)

Iran hangs 30 prisoners in another mass execution in Vakil Abad Prison

International Campaign for Human Rights in Iran :
Thirty prisoners who were charged with drug-related crimes were hanged in two different days on Wednesday June 29 (12 people) and Saturday July 3 (18 people) in Vakil Abad Prison in Mashhad. Like other executions carried out in this prison in previous months, official judicial sources did not announce the hangings. These prisoners were hanged in mass executions.
On the dawn of July 3, the death sentence for a prisoner charged with murder was carried out in this prison with the presence of his family and that of the victim and reports of the execution were carried by local media and judicial officials. This is while the secret execution of 18 prisoners which was carried out in the evening on the same day was never announced. Before this, the Campaign had reported that 26 other prisoners were executed in secret in Vakil Abad Prison on June 15, 2011.
Sources have said that in these executions, execution nooses along with the Attorney General’s orders for the implementation of the death sentence is sent to the Mashhad Prosecutor and the mass executions are carried out on orders of the Mashhad Prosecutor with the presence of the Mashhad Prosecutor and his deputy, the head of Vakil Abad Prison and his representative, the head of the Prison Protection Unit, the Prison Judge, the Commander of the State Security Forces Township, the Commander of the Western Mashhad Police Station and a representative from the coroners’ office in Mashhad. These executions were carried out in the evening before sunset.

اعدام مخفيانه و پنهاني ۳۰ زنداني ديگر در زندان وکيل آباد مشهد

۳۰ زنداني با جرائم مرتبط با مواد مخدر در زندان وکيل آباد مشهد در دو نوبت طي روزهاي چهارشنبه ۸ تير (۱۲ نفر) و يک شنبه ۱۲ تير (۱۸ نفر) اعدام شده اند. همانند اعدام هاي ديگري که طي ماه هاي گذشته در اين زندان در خصوص متهمان مرتبط با مواد مخدر انجام مي شود خبراعدام هاي ياد شده توسط منابع رسمي قوه قضاييه اعلام نشده است. اين اعدام هاي به صورت دسته جمعي بوده است.

در حاليکه در بامداد روز دوازدهم تيرماه حکم اعدام يک زنداني متهم به قتل باحضور خانواده مقتول و فرد اعدام شده در زندان وکيل آباد اجرا شد و خبر آن توسط رسانه هاي محلي و مقامات قضايي منتشر شد ، اعدام پنهاني ۱۸ زنداني در عصر همان روز هيچگاه توسط مقامات قضايي اعلام نشد. پيش از اين کمپين از اعدام ۲۶ زنداني به طور گروهي و پنهاني در زندان وکيل اباد مشهد در تاريخ بيست و پنجم خرداد خبر داده بود.

منابع ياد شده گفته اند که در روند اين اعدام ها طنابي مخصوص هر اعدامي همراه دستور اجراي حکم از دادستاني کل کشور به دادستاني مشهد فرستاده ميشود و احکام گسترده اعدام با دستور دادستان مشهد و در حضور دادستان مشهد يا معاون وي، رئيس زندان وکيل آباد يا نماينده وي ،رئيس يا نماينده حفاظت زندان ، قاضي کشيک زندان، فرمانده کلانتري شهرک ناجا، فرمانده سرکلانتري غرب مشهد و نماينده اي از پزشکي قانوني مشهد اجرا مي شوند. اين اعدام ها عصر و پيش از غروب آفتاب اجرا شده اند...
