Facebook still filtered in Iran

The Secretary of the Work Group to Determine the Instances of Criminal Content said, “No decision has been made to un-filter Facebook”.
“The Work Group to Determine the Instances of Criminal Internet Content has not taken any decisions to remove the filtering of Facebook and the issue of un-filtering the mentioned website is not on the table of the Work Group either”, Abdolsamad Khoram Abadi said regarding statements in the past few days on removing the filtering of Facebook…
“Publishing anything that is immoral, against public chastity, Islamic sanctities and the security and welfare of the society [on the internet] is a crime”, he added.
In answer to a question regarding the fact that using Facebook was not considered a crime he said, “It depends on the measures that Facebook users carry out; If someone publishes criminal content against internal and external national security or publishes content that is against Islamic sanctities or puts up content that contradicts public morality and chastity [in Facebook], the actions of that person are definitely considered crimes”.

رفع فيلتر فيس بوک صحت ندارد

دبير كارگروه تعيين مصاديق محتواي مجرمانه گفت: تصميمي براي رفع فيلترينگ "فيس بوك " اتخاذ نشده است.

به گزارش فارس، عبد‌الصمد خرم‌آبادي درباره برخي اظهار‌نظر‌هايي كه در روز‌هاي اخير مبني بر رفع فيلتر از سايت "فيس‌بوك " صورت گرفته است، اظهار داشت: كارگروه تعيين مصاديق محتواي مجرمانه اينترنتي، تصميمي در‌خصوص رفع فيلتر از فيس بوك نگرفته است و موضوع رفع فيلتر سايت مذكور در دستور كارگروه نيز قرار ندارد...

دبير كارگروه تعيين مصاديق محتواي مجرمانه با اشاره برخي از جرايم اينترنتي گفت: انتشار مطالب عليه اخلاق، عفت عمومي، مقدسات اسلامي و امنيت و آسايش جامعه "جرم " است.

خرم‌آبادي در پاسخ به اين سؤالي در مورد اظهار‌نظرهايي كه راجع به جرم نبودن استفاده از فيس بوك شده است، اظهار داشت: جرم بودن يا نبودن استفاده از فيس بوك بستگي به اقداماتي دارد كه كاربران در فيس بوك انجام مي‌دهند؛ اگر شخصي از طريق فيس بوك اقدام به انتشار محتواي مجرمانه عليه امنيت داخلي و خارجي كشور كند يا محتواي عليه مقدسات اسلامي منتشر كند يا محتوايي را در آن سايت قرار دهد كه با اخلاق و عفت عمومي مغايرت داشته باشد، قطعا عمل آن شخص "جرم " محسوب مي‌شود.
