The First Assistant of the Judiciary said regarding the ongoing arrests of member of the deviant movement, “the Judiciary will not back down in the smallest way in following up [the cases] of the deviations and arresting these people because dealing with these movements is the legal duty of the Judiciary”.
“The Judiciary has a duty to deal with any kind of deviation that is a crime according to the law and the pursuit of this system is not a political issue”, Seyed Ibrahim Reiesi said regarding the procedures in the arrest of the members of the deviant movement.

معاون اول قوه قضاييه با اشاره به ادامه روند دستگيري اعضاي جريان انحرافي، گفت: دستگاه قضا در پيگيري انحرافات و دستگيري اين افراد کوچکترين عقب‌نشيني نخواهد داشت چرا که برخورد با اين جريانهاي وظيفه قانوني دستگاه قضا است و سبقه سياسي ندارد.
سيد ابراهيم رئيسي در گفتگو با باشگاه خبرنگاران با اشاره به روند دستگيري اعضاي جريان انحرافي گفت: دستگاه قضايي موظف است براساس قانون و حق با هرگونه انحرافي که جرم است برخورد کند و پيگيري هاي اين دستگاه سبقه سياسي ندارد. (سايت جوان آنلاين (رژيم)- 20/4/1390)
