Mohammad and Abdullah Fathi, Two brothers, 27 and 28years old charged with “Moharebeh” (waging war on God), were hanged in Isfahan.
On Tuesday May 17, the brutal clerical regime, hanged two political prisoners, Mohammad and Abdullah Fathi, 27 and 28 years old, in the Isfahan’s Dastgerd prison. The henchmen of the regime’s judiciary charged these two political prisoners with “Moharebeh” waging war on God through forming a group which committed armed robbery against the Islamic Republic.
The father and uncle of the two brothers who were hanged were political prisoners during the 80s. The two brothers were arrested in March 2010 and were severely tortured over the past year. Their father said, “My sons suffered the same fate as those who were executed for visiting their family members in Camp Ashraf in Iraq”. Their mother stressed, “The signs of torture were still visible on their bodies. Upon their arrest they were threatened with rape and physical abuse. My daughter in law had filed a complaint with the Isfahan’s military prosecutor’s office but instead of following up on her complaint she was taken to the interrogation room and was threatened”.
The people and the youth of the city of Isfahan who had learned of the possibility of these executions the night before, gathered in front of the prison at dawn today to try to prevent the hanging of the two young men . In order to disperse the crowd, regime’s henchmen lied to them and said that the hanging would not be carried out.
By hanging Fathi brothers, the total number of executions in the last 9 days has climbed to at least 32.
The disintegrating regime of the mullahs by increasing the suppression and executions, is trying to confront the public resentment and prevent the intensification of the popular uprisings and explosion of the anger of the youth who are targeting the entirety of the regime to no avail.
The Iranian resistance calls on the international community to set aside its silence vis-à-vis violations of human rights in Iran and in response to this barbaric cruelty, impose comprehensive sanctions against the mullahs’ regime.
اعدام دو زنداني سياسي در اصفهان
محمد و عبدالله فتحي دو برادر 27 و 28 ساله به اتهام محاربه به دار آويخته شدند
نظام شقاوت پيشه ولايت فقيه در يك جنايت هولناك، روزسه شنبه 27ارديبهشت دو برادر به نامهاي محمد و عبدالله فتحي، 27 و 28ساله، را در زندان دستگرد اصفهان به دار آويخت. دژخيمان قوه قضاييه رژيم اتهام اين دو زنداني سياسي را محاربه با خدا از طریق سرقت مسلحانه و تشکیل گروه غیرقانونی ضد نظام جمهوری اسلامی اعلام كردند.
اعدام شدگان كه پدر و دائيشان از زندانيان سياسي دهه60 هستند، از فروردين سال1389 دستگير و در طول يكسال گذشته تحت شكنجه قرار داشتند. پدر آنها گفت: «پسران من به سرنوشت آنهايي دچار شدند که به اتهام بازدید از اشرف در عراق، اعدام شدند». مادر آنان تأكيد كرد: «در بدن هر دوی اينها آثار شکنجه هنوز هم باقی است. در زمان بازداشت اولیه، اینها را حتی تهدید به تجاوز و آزار جنسی کردند... عروسم هم به خاطر شكنجه شوهرش به دادسرای نظامی اصفهان شکایت کرده بود...اما به جای پاسخگویی، عروسم را هم به اتاق بازجویی برده و تهدید کردند».
مردم و جوانان اصفهان كه از شب قبل از احتمال اين اعدام جنايتكارانه مطلع شده بودند، سحرگاه سه شنبه براي جلوگيري از اعدام اين دو جوان در مقابل زندان دست به تجمع زدند. دژخيمان براي پراكنده كردن مردم به دروغ گفتند كه حكم اجرا نمي‌شود.
با اعدام اين دو جوان شمار زندانيان اعدام شده طي 9روز گذشته دست كم به 32تن بالغ مي شود.
رژيم رو به اضمحلال آخوندها بيهوده تلاش مي كند با تشديد سركوب و اعدام با موج انزجار عمومي مقابله كند و از شعله ور شدن قيامهاي مردمي و انفجار خشم جواناني كه نفي تماميت اين رژيم را هدف قرار داده اند، جلوگيري كند.
مقاومت ايران از جامعه جهاني مي خواهد سكوت در قبال نقض وحشيانه حقوق بشر در ايران و روند فزاينده اعدامهاي خودسرانه را كنار گذاشته و رژيم آخوندي را به خاطر اين بربريت افسارگسيخته مورد تحريمهاي همه جانبه قرار دهد.

Exécution de deux prisonniers politiques à Ispahan
Mohammad et Abdollah Fathi, deux frères âgés de 27 et 29 ans, ont été pendus pour moharebeh ou guerre contre Dieu
Le régime cruel des mollahs mardi 17 mai a exécuté deux frères, Mohammad et Abdollah Fathi, âgés de 27 et 29 ans, à la prison Dastguerd d’Ispahan. Les bourreaux de l’appareil judiciaire les ont accusés de « Moharebeh [guerre] contre Dieu par l’entremise de vol à main armé et de formation de groupe illégal opposé au régime de la république islamique ».
Ces deux prisonniers politiques, dont le père et l’oncle comptent au nombre des détenus politiques des années 1980, ont été arrêtés en avril 2010 et soumis toute une année à la torture. « Mes fils, s’est indigné leur père, ont connu le sort réservé à ceux qui ont été accusés de s’être rendus à Achraf en Irak : ils ont été pendus ». « Ils avaient tous les deux encore sur le corps des traces de tortures, s’est insurgée leur mère. Dans leur détention préventive, ils avaient même été menacés de viols et de violences sexuelles. A cause des tortures subies par son mari, ma belle-fille a porté plainte au parquet militaire d’Ispahan. Mais pour toute réponse, elle a été emmenée dans la salle d’interrogatoire pour être aussi menacée. »
La population d’Ispahan et ses jeunes qui avaient appris la veille l’éventualité de cette exécution criminelle, s’étaient rassemblés devant la prison mardi à l’aube pour tenter d’empêcher leur pendaison. Pour disperser la foule, les autorités ont menti en disant qu’elle n’aurait pas lieu.
Avec la pendaison de ces deux jeunes, le nombre des exécutés en l’espace de 9 jours est d’au moins 32.
Le régime des mollahs aux abois cherche en vain, en accentuant la répression et en multipliant les exécutions, de contrer la vague de haine généralisée à son encontre et de contenir la flamme du soulèvement populaire et l’explosion de colère de la jeunesse qui veut renverser la totalité de ce régime. La Résistance iranienne, demande à la communauté internationale de briser son silence devant ces violations sauvages des droits humains en Iran. Elle lui demande de faire cesser ce flot incessant d’exécutions et d’imposer des sanctions générales au régime des mollahs pour sa barbarie effrénée.
