Two Armenians sentenced to prison and flogging for selling alcohol

Two Armenian nationals were sentenced to prison, flogging and a fine by the Jolfa Penal Court on charges of smuggling alcohol.
Both of these two convicts identified as A.Kh and S.Gh were sentenced to six months of prison and 48 lashes by branch 101 of the Jolfa Penal Court…
According to this report, the sentence has been finalized and is obligatory after it was upheld by the 14th branch of the Eastern Azarbaijan Court of Review. (ISNA state-run News Agency – Aug. 8, 2011)

Criminal records to be filed for 12 young water fighters in Hormozgan

The head of the Hormozgan Judiciary confirmed the arrest of 17 people during a water fight in a coastal park in Bandar Abbas and announced that all the detainees were released.
“A number of girls and boys were throwing water on each other on Friday August 5 in one of the coastal parks in the town of Bandar Abbas and 17 of them were arrested after State Security Forces came to the scene”, Ali Alia said…
He said that the 12 [remaining] detainees were released on bail and added that “the offenders were charged with committing a forbidden act in public and insulting agents who were on duty and after investigations, criminal records will be filed for them with the specification of the judge”. Iran arrests person for selling so-called ‘indecent’ family movies

The Head of the Production and Information Interchange Police of the Ilam State Security Forces Command said, “A person who sold indecent and anti-cultural movies was identified and arrested”.
“This person used the internet to take advantage of families”, Hassan Qobazadeh said.
He said that the convict identified his bait and sold them indecent and anti-cultural movies after deceiving them.
“After searching his place of work, 753 roles of various indecent movies were discovered and more than 1,000 illegal posters and clips were discovered and seized from his computer”, he said. (Khabar Online state-run website – Aug. 7, 2011)

Iran arrests head of ‘Water gun fight’ Facebook Page in Shiraz
Arash Atr Sayi, the administrator of the ‘Water gun fight’ Facebook page was arrested in Shiraz and was taken to an unknown location by the security forces of the Islamic Republic.
Water fights are events carried out by groups of young people in Tehran. The event was organized in Facebook. After this, a number of young people in other Iranian cities set up Facebook pages and invited young people in their towns to similar events.
An informed source has told al-Arabia.net that Arash Atr Sayi, a mechanical engineering student at Shiraz University was the administrator of the ‘Water gun fight’ page in Facebook. This page has more than 3,000 members.
There has been no information on his whereabouts since his arrest. (Al-Arabia.net – Aug. 9, 2011)

دو نفر از اتباع ارمنستان به اتهام قاچاق مشروبات الكلي با راي دادگاه جزايي جلفا به حبس، شلاق و جزاي نقدي محكوم شدند.

به گزارش خبرگزاري دانشجويان ايران (ايسنا)، هر يك از اين دو متهم با هويت «الف.خ» و «س.غ»... طبق راي صادره از شعبه 101 دادگاه عمومي جزايي جلفا به تحمل شش ماه حبس و 48 ضربه شلاق تعزيري محكوم شدند...

بر اساس اين گزارش،‌ راي صادره پس از تاييد از سوي شعبه 14 تجديد نظر استان آذربايجان شرقي قطعي و لازم‌الاجرا شده است. (يسنا – 17/5/90)

رئيس كل دادگستري استان هرمزگان بازداشت 17 نفر در جريان آب‌بازي در پاركي ساحلي واقع در بندرعباس را تاييد و اعلام كرد كه همگي بازداشت‌شدگان آزاد شده‌اند.

علي عليا در گفت‌وگو با خبرنگار حقوقي خبرگزاري دانشجويان ايران (ايسنا) در اين زمينه تصريح كرد: تعدادي دختر و پسر جوان روز جمعه ـ 14 مردادماه ـ در يكي از پارك‌هاي ساحلي شهر بندرعباس مشغول پاشيدن آب‌ به يكديگر بودند كه با حضور ماموران نيروي انتظامي در محل، 17 نفر دستگير شدند كه از اين تعداد، پنج نفر به دليل عدم توجه اتهام به آنان بدون قيد و شرط آزاد شدند.

وي با بيان اينكه 12 متهم روز يكشنبه با قرار كفالت آزاد شده‌اند، افزود: عنوان اتهامي متهمان، ارتكاب فعل حرام در ملاءعام و توهين به ماموران در حين انجام وظيفه بوده است كه پس از انجام تحقيقات در صورت تشخيص قاضي، قرار مجرميت براي آنان صادر خواهد شد. (ايسنا – 16/5/90)

دستگيري عامل فروش فيلم‌هاي مبتذل از طريق اينترنت در ايلام

سرپرست پليس فضاي توليد و تبادل اطلاعات فرماندهي انتظامي استان ايلام گفت: فردي که از طريق اينترنت اقدام به فروش فيلم‌هاي مبتذل و ضدفرهنگي مي‌کرد، شناسايي و دستگير شد.

سرهنگ حسن قبادزاده در اين باره اظهار کرد: اين فرد از فضاي مجازي و اينترنت به عنوان ابزاري براي سوء استفاده از خانواده‌ها بهره مي‌گرفت.

وي با بيان اينکه متهم با شناسايي طعمه‌هاي خود پس از فريب آنها اقدام به فروش فيلم‌هاي مبتذل و ضد فرهنگي به آنها مي‌کرد خاطرنشان کرد: در بازرسي از محل فعاليت اين فرد تعداد 753 حلقه انواع فيلم‌هاي مبتذل کشف و در بازبيني از حافظه‌هاي رايانه بيش از يکهزار تراکت و کليپ غيرمجاز کشف و ضبط شده است. بازداشت مدير صفحه فيس بوک "جنگ تفنگ آب پاش" در شيراز

مدير صفحه "جنگ تفنگ آب پاش" در فيس بوک در شيراز دستگير و به محلي نا معلوم توسط نير وهاي امنيتي جمهوري اسلامي منتقل شد.

آرش عطرسايي مدير صفحه "جنگ تفنگ آب پاش" در شيراز توسط نيروهاي امنيتي بازداشت و به مگان نامعلومي منتقل شده است.

"آب بازي" برنامه اي است که در هفته هاي گذشته به صورت دست جمعي در تهران توسط جوان ها اجرا شد. قرار اين برنامه از در فيس بوک گذاشته شد. پس از آن شماري از جوانان شهرستاني با راه اندازي صفحاتي در فيس بوک، اقدام به دعوت جوانان شهرشان براي حضور در برانامه اي مشابه برنامه تهران کردند.

پارس ديلي نيوز :به گزارش العربيه ، يک منبع مطلع به "العربيه.نت" گفته است که آرش عطر سايي دانشجوي مهندسي مکانيک دانشگاه شيراز است و اين صفحه اي با عنوان "جنگ تفنگ آب پاش" را در فيس بوک راه اندازي کرده است. اين صفحه بيش از 3 هزار عضو دارد.
