Meisam Roudaki was taken to Evin Prison on Saturday September 11 to serve his three years of prison.
According to reports, this political activist was sentenced to three years of prison in June by the 15th branch of the Revolutionary Court presided over by Judge Salavati.
He was charged with acting against national security, membership in a political party and cooperating with the opposition.

Political activist arrested again for disclosing secret mass executions in Mashhad

After the disclosure of secret, mass executions in Vakil Abad Prison in Mashhad, Ahmad Qabel was arrested for the second time in the past year.
According to reports from Mashhad, Ahmad Qabel, a religious researcher and civil rights activist who was also a student of the late Ayatollah Montazeri was arrested in the morning after going to branch 903 of the Mashhad Revolutionary Court and was taken to Vakil Abad Prison.
It was said that he was arrested for new charges linked to his activities after his arrest. The disclosure of secret executions in Vakil Abad Prison is the main reason for his second arrest. His other charges are giving speeches in Mashhad, Najaf Abad and Fariman, his interviews with the media and challenging the policies of the government. (Kalameh Website – Sep. 14, 2010)
Iran arrest 5 Kurd activists in Ravansar

Five Kurd activists were arrested last week in Ravansar and were taken to unknown locations.
On September 3 agents of the Revolutionary Guards Forces went to the Bencheleh Village and arrested five villagers. They were taken to an unknown location.
There is no information on their whereabouts and their families have still not been able to see them.
Ayat Karimi, Saleh Karimi, Akbar Gholami, Saber Mohammadi and Vahed Rahmani are the five arrested villagers.

Iran summons and arrests student activists in Tehran

On the eve of the opening of universities for the new academic year, security and judicial forces have started subjecting students in the Tehran university dormitories to new pressure.
According to reports, from the beginning of the month of Shahrivar (Persian month starting from August 23) Judge Gholamhossein Turki the representative of the Larijani brothers and the Special Military Court head interrogator in the case of the Tehran University dormitories attack, has summoned a large number of dorm residents by phone without their lawyer to the Judicial Organization of Armed Forces. This illegal summons to an irrelevant institution has led to protests from students…
According to reports, in the Armed Forces Judicial Organization, students were charged with ‘being present in protest gatherings after the elections, throwing rocks, torching banks and damaging public and private property, throwing Molotov cocktails, clashing with security forces, and insulting officials and sanctities to incite Bassij and security forces to attack Tehran dormitories’ among other charges.
Also 10 to 50 million toman bails (10 to 50,000 dollars) have been issued for a number of students who were charged and enough time has not been given to them to provide the money.
The summoning and arrest of these students has so far become evident:
Sajad Akbari from the School of Social Sciences- 50,000 dollar bail
Sina Chegini from the School of Social Sciences- 50,000 dollar bail
Payam Salehi from the School of Management – 50,000 dollar bail
Hosseini from the School of Management
Qeisari from the School of Physical Education
Sharifi from the School of Physical Education- 10,000 dollar bail
But according to reports, a very large number of students were summoned. Also students who were released from Evin Prison have said that they were kept in a place other than the known security cellblocks in this prison and that they were put under severe physical and mental pressure to accept charges made against them and to express serious repentance because of their actions and accept the responsibility of the tragedies that took place in the 2009 attack against their dormitories such as the beating of students in the dorms by security forces. Iran arrests Sunni dissident cleric

Mullah Mohsen Hosseini, the Sunni head of Friday prayers in the town of Kamyaran was arrested by security forces in the past few days.
This cleric, who was also the judge of a family court in this town was arrested in Kamyaran and taken to an unknown location.
He said in a sermon two weeks ago to his Sunni followers that his life was threatened by religious fanatics affiliated with the government and had announced that despite his efforts in uniting Muslims, religious pro-government fanatics are neutralizing all his efforts with their actions.
This Sunni cleric was arrested before this because of his criticism in his sermons of the abhorrent conditions of Kurdish regions in Iran and the limitations and prejudices against Kurds. (Human Rights Activists in Iran – Sep. 16, 2010)

Iran arrests 60 girls and boys in party
Sixty girls and boys were arrested after agents of the Ministry of Intelligence raided a party in Shahriar in the town of Karaj. Fifty cars which belonged to those in the party were also impounded and taken to a police parking lot. (Iran News Agency – Sep. 16, 2010)

ميثم رودکي به زندان رفت

ميثم رودکي فعال سياسي براي گذراندن سه سال محکوميت خود شنبه 20 شهريور ماه به زندان اوين رفت.
بنا به اطلاع گزارشگران خبرگزاري حقوق بشر ايران "هرانا" ميثم رودکي از فعالان سياسي که يکم خرداد سال جاري توسط شعبه ي 15 دادگاه انقلاب به رياست قاضي صلواتي، به سه سال حبس تعزيري محکوم شده بود براي گذراندن دوران محکوميت خود به زندان اوين رفت.
اتهام اين فعال سياسي، "اقدام عليه امنيت ملي"، "عضويت در احزاب سياسي" و "همکاري با اپوزيسيون" عنوان شده است.
گفتني است وضعيت جسمي اين زنداني سياسي به دليل ابتلا به بيماري شديد گوارشي و زخم معده وخيم است. (هرانا - 22/6/89)
بازداشت مجدد احمد قابل به خاطر افشاي اعدام هاي پنهاني در مشهد

در پي افشاگري اعدام هاي خودسرانه ، دسته جمعي و پنهاني در زندان وکيل آباد مشهد ، احمد قابل براي بار دوم در يک سال اخير بازداشت شد.
به گزارش خبرنگار کلمه از مشهد احمد قابل، پژوهشگر ديني و فعال مدني و يکي از شاگردان برجسته ي آيت الله منتظري صبح امروز پس از مراجعه به شعبه ي بازپرسي ۹۰۳ دادگاه انقلاب مشهد بازداشت و به زندان وکيل آباد مشهد شد.
دليل بازداشت وي بررسي اتهامات جديدي عنوان شده است که به واسطه فعاليت هاي پس از بازداشت، عليه وي اقامه شده است. افشاگري اعدام هاي پنهان زندان وکيل آباد مشهد مهمترين علت بازداشت مجدد وي ذکر شده است از ديگر موارد اتهامي احمد قابل ، سخنراني هاي وي در مشهد، نجف آباد و فريمان و همچنين مصاحبه هاي ايشان با رسانه هاي خبري و به چالش کشيدن سياست هاي نظام را مي توان نام برد. بازداشت پنج فعال کرد در شهر روانسر

پنج تن از فعالان کرد در طي هفته گذشته در توابع شهرستان روانسر بازداشت و محل نامعلومي منتقل شدهاند.
در تاريخ ۱۲ شهريور ماه مأموران سپاه پاسداران جمهوري اسلامي ايران با ورود به روستاي بنچله از توابع شهرستان روانسر پنج نفر از اهاکي اين روستا را دستگير و به مکان نامعلومي منتثل کردند.
به گزارش خبرنگار رهانا، سامانه خبري «حقوق بشر ايران» از محل نگهداري اين افراد تا کنون اطلاعي در دست نيست و تا کنون خانوادههاي آنان موفق به ديدارشان نشدهاند.
آيت کريمي فرزند عبدالقادر، صالح کريمي فرزند عبد الرحمن، اکبر غلامي فرزند ابراهيمع صابر محمدي فرزند محمد امين و واحد رحماني فرزند محمد پنج بازداشت شده اين روستا هستند.
اين پنج نفر به اتهام همکاري با يکي از احزاب کردستان بازداشت شدهاند. (رهانا – 24/6/89)
احضار و دستگيري گروهي از دانشجويان کوي دانشگاه تهران

در آستانه بازگشايي دانشگاهها و آغاز سال تحصيلي جديد، نيروهاي امنيتي و قضايي فشارهاي جديدي را بر دانشجويان کوي دانشگاه تهران آغاز کرده اند.
بنابر گزارش دانشجونيوز، از آغاز شهريور ماه تاکنون قاضي غلامحسين ترکي نماينده برادران لاريجاني و بازپرس ويژه دادسراي نظامي در پيگيري فاجعه حمله سال ۸۸ به کوي دانشگاه تهران، اقدام به احضار گسترده ساکنين کوي دانشگاه بصورت تلفني و بدون وکيل به سازمان قضائي نيروهاي مسلح کرده است. اين احضارهاي غيرقانوني به محلي نامرتبط يعني سازمان قضايي نيروهاي مسلح، باعث اعتراض دانشجويان شده است...
بنابر اين گزارش اتهاماتي که به دانشجويان پس از حضور در سازمان قضائي نيروهاي مسلح تفهيم شده است، عبارتند از "حضور در تجمعات اعتراض آميز پس از انتخابات، سنگ پراکني، آتش زدن بانک و آسيب به معابر عمومي و خصوصي، پرتاب کوکتل مولوتوف، درگيري با مأمورين، توهين به مسئولين و مقدسات نظام براي تحريک نيروهاي بسيج و انتظامي براي حمله به کوي دانشگاه و ... "
همچنين براي برخي از دانشجويان تفهيم اتهام شده، وثيقه هاي ١٠ تا ۵۰ مليوني و ... صادر شده است، ولي زمان کافي به براي تامين وثيقه درنظر گرفته نشده است. تاکنون احضار و دستگيري اين دانشجويان قطعي شده است:
۱- سجاد اکبري از دانشکده علوم اجتماعي با قرار وثيقه ۵۰ مليوني
۲- سينا چگيني از دانشکده علوم اجتماعي با قرار وثيقه ۵۰ مليوني
۳- پيام صالحي از دانشکده مديريت با قرار وثيقه ۵۰ مليوني
۴- حسيني از دانشکده مديريت
۵- قيصري از دانشکده تربيت بدني
۶- شريفي از دانشکده تربيت بدني با قرار وثيقه ١٠ مليوني
اما بنابرگزاش تعداد دانشجويان احضار شده بسيار بيشتر از اين ۶ دانشجو است. همچنين دانشجوياني نيز که از اوين آزاد شده اند مکان حضور خود را بندي غير از بندهاي امنيتي معروف اوين توصيف مي کنند و مي گويند براي پذيرش اتهامات وارد شده به خود، اظهار ندامت شديد از رفتار خود و پذيرفتن مسئوليت فجايع اتفاق افتاده در کوي (همچون حمله به کوي و ضرب و شتم دانشجويان) به شدت تحت فشارهاي مختلف رواني و جسمي قرار گرفته اند. امام جمعه کامياران بازداشت شد

طي روزهاي گذشته ملا محسن حسيني امام جمعه اهل سنت شهر کامياران توسط نيروهاي امنيتي بازداشت شد.
بنا به اطلاع گزارشگران هرانا، ملا محسن حسيني امام جمعه اهل سنت شهر کامياران و قاضي دادگاه خانواده اين شهر طي روزهاي گذشته توسط نيروهاي امنيتي در کامياران بازداشت شده و به مکان نامعلومي منتقل شده است.
نامبرده در خطبه هاي نماز جمعه دو هفته پيش به نمازگرارن اهل سنت اين شهر اعلام کرده بود که توسط نيروهاي تندروي مذهبي وابسته به دولت مورد تهديد جاني قرار گرفته است و اعلام کرده بود که علي رغم تمام تلاشها جهت وحدت مسلمانان اما طيف افراطي مذهبي وابسته به دولت با کارشکني هاي خويش تمام اين تلاشها را خنثي مي کند.
اين روحاني اهل سنت پيشتر نيز به دلايل انتقادات از وضعيت اسفبار مناطق کردنشين و محروميتها و تبعيضات موجود در اين مناطق در خطبه هاي نماز جمعه بازداشت شده بود.(هرانا- 25/6/89)
دستگيريهاي اجتماعي
يورش به يك مهماني ودستگيري 60 نفر از جوانان
در جريان يورش ماموران وزارت اطلاعات به يك مهماني در شهريار كرج 60 دختر و پسر بازداشت شدند. همچنين 50 خودرو متعلق به شرکتکنندگان در اين ميهمانى را توقيف به پاركينگ پليس منتقل شد . (آژانس ايران خبر - 25/6/89)
