Pressure and inhumane limitations on political prisoners in Evin’s cellblock 350

According to reports, Ministry of Intelligence interrogators and Tehran Prosecutor Abbas Jafari Dolat Abadi use the ban on telephone calls and limitations on in person family visits to put pressure on political prisoners and their families.
The telephones are still cut off after three months on orders of intelligence interrogators. These interrogators and Tehran Prosecutor Dolat Abadi have stressed on keeping the phone ban. The families of death row political prisoners whose loved ones were arrested in the post-election protests are extremely worried over the telephone ban.
On the other hand, political prisoners are denied their minimum rights such as the right to have in person visits with their children, spouse, father, mother, brother and sister, the right to be granted leaves from prison, and the right to be released from prison at the end of their terms. These issues have all been stipulated in the law but intelligence interrogators and especially the Tehran Prosecutor openly violate the law and deny violating these rights when talking to the media. Ailing dissident cleric denied proper treatment in prison

A prisoner of conscience in Evin Prison is suffering from several ailments and has to receive medical tests in a hospital outside of prison.
According to reports, Ayatollah Borujerdi who has been suffering from headaches, dizzy spells, nausea, impaired vision and numbness in his hands and legs and has to transferred to a hospital outside prison to receive a MRI.
The Evin Prison medic has said that without a MRI, he cannot diagnose his illness and because Borujerdi is also suffering from unsteadiness and lack of balance and has fallen down several times, the doctor has warned that he may be suffering from a brain illness. Iran transfers another political prisoner to notorious prison in Karaj

Political prisoner Hamid Haeri was transferred to Rajayi Shahr (Gohardasht) Prison in Karaj from Evin Prison’s cellblock 350.
According to reports, Hamid (Mashallah) Haeri, 57, who was arrested on December 6, 2008 after a raid on his home, was sentenced to 15 years of prison by Judge Mohammad Moqiseh and was sent to Rajayi Shahr Prison to serve his prison term.
This political prisoner who was also jailed in the 80’s was sentenced to prison on charges of waging war with God.
Haeri is suffering from severe heart ailments and has suffered two heart attacks. There are also two stands in his heart. A short time before his arrest, he fractured his skull and suffered a brain hemorrhage after a car accident. He was also damaged in the pelvic area and was hospitalized for a long time. Jailed teacher denied medical attention in Evin Prison
According to reports, the severe kidney ailment of jailed teacher Abdolreza Qanbari has deteriorated in the past days and his kidney has started bleeding. The infirmary of Evin Prison refrains from giving him serious treatment which has left him in critical condition.
The infirmary has told him that they are unable to treat him and that he has to receive treatment in a hospital outside of prison.
Interrogators of the intelligence agency refuse to allow him to be transferred to hospital. Qanbari has been suffering from severe kidney pain in the past few days.
Abdolreza Qanbari was arrested in January 4, 2010 in his place of work in Hesar Amin High School in Pakdasht after it was raided by agents of the Intelligence Agency and was transferred to a solitary cell in cellblock 209 in Evin Prison. He was interrogated for several weeks and was violently physically and mentally tortured during his interrogations by agents of the Intelligence Ministry. This teacher was also jailed in a solitary cell in cellblock 240 for a month after which he was transferred to cellblock 350. (Human Rights and Democracy Activists in Iran – Sep. 14, 2010)

Life threatening gas leak in Evin Prison ignored by prison officials; dissident cleric faces threats in prison
According to reports from Evin Prison, recently in some hours in the Special Cellblock for Clerics where Seyed Hossein Kazemeini Borujerdi is kept, there is a strong odor of gas and relevant officials have ignored the constant protests and concerns of prisoners.
This is while a gas leak not only leads to life threatening poisoning, but can also lead to a large explosion. The disregard of this issue by officials has posed a threat to the lives of these prisoners.
According to other reports, in the past few months there have been several attacks against the life of dissident cleric Borujerdi in the shape of clashes, suspicious food or other incidents made to look like accidents. These measures were rendered useless thanks to other prisoners and international institutions. According to a person close to Borujerdi, he has been threatened to murder several times by known persons.
Borujerdi’s case was opened in 1995 in the Special Court for Clerics for the first time and is still open. He was arrested in his home on October 18, 2005 because of his explicit criticism of the intervention of religious with state and was under severe physical and mental pressure.
He was transferred to Yazd Prison from Evin Prison on November 23, 2008 and was then returned to Evin Prison from a solitary cell in Yazd Prison due to his critical physical condition on August 19, 2009. He has not been hospitalized in this time and has not been granted any leaves from prison. (Committee of Human Rights Reporters – Sep. 16, 2010)

Student activist sentenced to five years of prison
Hassan Assadi Zeid Abadi, a member of the Central Council of the Office for Consolidating Unity who is also the head of the Human Rights Committee of this student organization was sentenced to five years of prison and a one million rial (about 100 dollar) fine. According to his lawyer an interrogator was present in Hassan Assadi’s trial and made new charges against him in an illegal measure.
He was sentenced to five years of prison for four charges and about 100 dollars for insulting the president…
Assadi was arrested on November 3, 2009 by security forces and was released on bail after a month. He was once again arrested on August 22, 2010. He is currently in cellblock 240 in Evin Prison. (Advar News – Sep. 12, 2010)

Children’s and women’s rights activist sentenced to five years of prison

Mohammad Ghaznavian, a women’s and children’s rights activist who has a degree in political science was sentenced to five years of prison. He was released on bail after a few months of prison on a 20 million toman bail which was later raised to 100 million tomans. Ghaznavian was trialed on July 4 and it was announced to him two days ago that he had been sentenced to five years of prison. (Iran Press News – Sep. 12, 2010)

بنابه گزارشات رسيده به" فعالين حقوق بشر و دمکراسي در ايران"، ادامه يافتن قطع ارتباط تلفني و محدوديتهاي بيشتر براي ملاقاتهاي حضوري خانواده هاي زندانيان سياسي با عزيزانشان دو اهرم فشار بازجويان وزارت اطلاعات و عباس جعفري دولت آبادي بر عليه زندانيان سياسي و خانواده هاي آنها که بکار برده مي شود.
عليرغم گذشت نزديگ به 3 ماه از قطع ارتباط تلفني زندانيان سياسي با خانواده هايشان که بدستور بازجويان وزارت اطلاعات صورت گرفته است قطع تلفنها همچنان ادامه دارد. بازجويان وزارت اطلاعات و عباس جعفري دولت آبادي دادستان تهران بر قطع باقي ماندن تلفنها اصرار مي ورزند.در حال حاضر خانواده هاي زندانيان سياسي که عزيزانشان در جريان اعتراضات گسترده مردم ايران دستگير و محکوم به اعدام شده اند از قطع بودن تلفنها سخت نگران هستند.
از طرفي ديگر حقوق اوليه زندانيان سياسي و خانواده هايشان مانند ؛حق داشتن ملاقات حضوري زنداني سياسي با فرزندان،همسر،پدر،مادر،خواهران و برادران تا حد زيادي سلب شده است،حق داشتن مرخصي و آزادي زنداني در پايان دوران محکوميت غير قانوني و غير انساني از آنها سلب شده است. اين موارد جزيي از قوانين موجود مي باشد.ولي بازجويان وزارت اطلاعات و بخصوص عباس جعفري دولت آبادي دادستان تهران قوانين موجود را آشکارا نقض مي کند و در مصاحبه هاي خود نقض آشکار آنها را بصورت غير اخلاقي تکذيب مي کند. تشديد بيماري هاي آيت الله بروجردي در زندان

يک زنداني عقيدتي محبوس در زندان اوين که دچار بيماري هاي مختلفي شده است، مي بايست در خارج از زندان تحت آزمايشات تخصصي پزشکي قرار گيرد.
بنابه اطلاع گزارشگران هرانا، آيت الله بروجردي که در روز هاي اخير دچار سردرد، سرگيجه، حالت تهوع، اختلالات بينائي و بي حسي در دست و پا شده و موفق به معاينه پزشکي در بهداري زندان شده است مي بايست براي آزمايش "MRI" به بيمارستان مجهز در خارج از زندان منتقل شود.
پزشک زندان اوين بدون انجام آزمايش فوق تشخيص بيماري را غير ممکن دانسته و با توجه به عدم تعادل جسمي و زمين خوردن هاي متوالي وي خطر وجود بيماري مغزي را به وي گوش زد نموده است. (هرانا – 22/6/89)

تبعيد يکي ديگر از زندانيان بند 350 زندان اوين

زنداني سياسي حميد حائري در تداوم تبعيد و فشار بر زندانيان سياسي بند 350 به زندان رجايي شهر کرج تبعيد شد.
بنا به اطلاع گزارشگران هرانا، روز گذشته حميد (ماشالله)حائري ۵۷ ساله که در ۱۵ آذر ماه ۱۳۸۷ با يورش مامورين وزارت اطلاعات به منزل آنها دستگير و به سلولهاي انفرادي بند ۲۰۹ زندان اوين منتقل و سپس توسط قاضي محمد مقيسه به 15 سال حبس محکوم شده بود جهت تحمل حبس خود به زندان رجايي شهر کرج تبعيد شد.
حميد حائري از زندانيان سياسي در دهه 60 که توسط شعبه 28 دادگاه انقلاب قاضي محمد مقيسه به اتهام محاربه به 15 سال حبس تعزيري محکوم شد.
حميد حائري از بيماري حاد قلبي رنج مي برد و تاکنون دوبار دچار سکته قلبي شده اند همچنين در قلب او ۲ استند بکار برده شده است.آقاي حائري مدت کوتاهي قبل از دستگيري در يک سانحه رانندگي دچار شکستگي جمجمه و خونريزي مغزي شده بود او همچنين در اثر سانحه رانندگي از ناحيه لگن دچار آسيب شديد شده بود و مدتي طولاني در بخش آي .سي . يو بيمارستان بستري بودند. وضعيت حاد جسمي و ممانعت بازجويان وزارت اطلاعات از درمان معلم زنداني
بنابه گزارشات رسيده به "فعالين حقوق بشر و دمکراسي در ايران" معلم زنداني عبدالرضا قنبري که از ناراحتي حاد کليوي رنج مي برد در طي روزهاي گذشته بيماري او شدت يافته است و کليه وي دچار خونريزي است.بهداري زندان از درمان جدي او خوداري مي کند و او در شرايط حاد جسمي بسر مي برد.
بهداري زندان اوين به معلم زنداني عبدالرضا قنبري اعلام کرده است که قادر به درمان وي در بهداري زندان نيستند و او مي بايست دريکي از بيمارستانهاي خارج از زندان تحت معالجه قرار گيرد.
بازجويان وزارت اطلاعات از انتقال او به بيمارستان و تحت معالجه قرار گرفتن وي خوداري مي کنند. ممانعت از معالجات پزشکي در بيرون از زندان باعث شده است که شرايط جسمي او حادتر شود.آقاي قنبري در طي روزهاي گذشته دچار دردهاي شديد کليه است.
لازم به ياد آوري است معلم زنداني عبالرضا قنبري روز 14 دي ماه 88 در محل کارش در دبيرستان حصار امين پاکدشت با يورش مامورين وزارت اطلاعات دستگير و به سلولهاي انفرادي بند 209 زندان اوين منتقل شد. او چندين هفته تحت بازجويي بازجويان وزارت اطلاعات قرار گرفت ودرحين بازجويي تحت شکنجه هاي وحشيانه جسمي و روحي بازجويان وزارت اطلاعات قرار داشت.معلم اسيرعبدالرضا قنبري همچنين يک ماه در سلولهاي انفرادي بند 240 زنداني بود و سپس او را به بند 350 زندان اوين منتقل کردند. بي توجهي مسئولين زندان اوين نسبت به نشت گاز در بند ويژه روحانيت و در خطر بودن جان زندانيان اين بند
بنابه گزارش هاي رسيده از درون زندان اوين به "کميته گزارشگران حقوق بشر"، در ساعات مختلف روزهاي اخير، در بند ويژه روحانيت اين زندان، که سيد حسين کاظميني بروجردي نيز در آن به سر مي برد، شديدا بوي گاز احساس مي شود و مسئولين ذيربط تاکنون توجهي به اعتراض ها و ابراز نگراني هاي مکرر زندانيان نکرده اند.
اين در حالي است که، نشت گاز به مدت طولاني نه تنها باعث مسموميت هاي منجر به مرگ مي شود، بلکه مي تواند انفجار مهيبي را نيز به دنبال داشته باشد. لذا اين بي توجهي عمدي مسئولين، باعث به خطر افتادن جان زندانيان بي پناه شده است.
همچنين بنابر شواهد موجود، طي ماه هاي اخير سوء قصدهاي متعددي بصورت ايجاد درگيري،غذاهاي مشکوک و يا حوادث ساختگي، در زندان عليه جان آقاي بروجردي طرح ريزي شده بود، که با هوشياري زندانيان و اطلاع رساني مجامع بين المللي به انجام نرسيد. بنا به گفته افراد نزديک به اقاي بروجردي، ايشان چندين بار از سوي اشخاصي با هويت مشخص، تهديد به قتل شده اند.
پرونده سيد حسين کاظميني بروجردي براي اولين بار در سال 1374 در دادگاه ويژه روحانيت گشوده شد که تا کنون باز مانده است. وي در تاريخ 16 مهرماه 1385 مطابق با 8 اکتبر 2006 در منزل شخصي خود به دليل انتقادات صريح نسبت به دخالت دين در سياست، بازداشت شد و تحت شديدترين فشارهاي روحي و جسمي قرار گرفت.کاظميني بروجردي در تاريخ 3 آذر 1387 (23 نوامبر 2008) از زندان اوين به زندان مركزي يزد تبعيد شد و در تاريخ 28 مرداد 1388 (19 آگوست 2009) به علت وضعيت وخيم جسمي از بند انفرادي زندان مرکزي يزد به زندان اوين منتقل گرديد. وي در طول مدت مذکور نه تنها در بيمارستان بستري نشد بلکه حتي اجازه مرخصي درماني نيز بدست نياورد. حكم زندان

پنج سال زندان براي حسن اسدي‌زيدآبادي
حسن اسدي‌زيدآبادي، عضو شوراي مرکزي و مسوول کميته حقوق‌بشر سازمان دانش‌آموختگان ايران (ادوار تحکيم‌وحدت) به ۵ سال حبس تعزيري و يک ميليون ريال جريمه نقدي محکوم شد. به گفته وکيل حسن اسدي، در زمان ابلاغ حکم، يکي از بازجويان حسن اسدي نيز در دادگاه حضورداشته و در اقدامي غيرقانوني به طرح اتهامات جديد عليه وي پرداخته است. حسن اسدي براي چهار مورد از اتهامات به ۵ سال حبس تعزيري و به دليل توهين به رييس جمهور، به پرداخت يک ميليون ريال جزاي نقدي محکوم شده است...
حسن اسدي‌زيدآبادي پيش از اين در ۱۲ آبان ماه سال ۸۸ توسط نيروهاي امنيتي بازداشت شده بود که پس از بيش از يک ماه زندان، با قيد ضمانت از زندان آزاد شد. وي بار ديگر در تاريخ ۳۱ مرداد مجددا بازداشت شد. وي هم اکنون در بند امنيتي ۲۴۰ زندان اوين نگهداري مي‌شود. (ادوارنيوز – 21/6/89)

فعال حقوق زنان و كودكان به 5 سال حبس محکوم شد

محمد غزنويان فعال حقوق زنان و كودكان و دانش آموخته رشته علوم سياسي به 5 سال حكم تعزيري محكوم گرديد وي كه پس از تحمل چند ماه بازداشت موقت با تحويل يك بار 20 ميليون و بار ديگر افزايش آن به 100 ميليون قرار وثبقه تا اجراي حكم آزاد گشته بود، دادگاه اش در تاريخ 13 تير سال جاري برگزار گشته و طي حكم ابلاغ شده در دو روز پيش به تحمل 5 سال حكم زندان تعزيري محكوم گشته است.
