Two student activists banned from continuing education
Student activists Siamak Mirzayi and Hafez Sardarpour who had participated in the master’s degree exams were denied the right to continue their education.
After final results of the master’s degree exams for public universities were announced on August 30, it was said that Hafez Sardarpour who had received acceptable grades to continue his education, had failed his exam.
Siamak Mirzayi, who graduated with a degree in engineering from Rasht University, realized that he had problem in his educational file after going to the Evaluation Organization Website to check his exam results. After following up his case, this student activist was told by officials at the Evaluation Organization that he does not have the political qualifications to study for his master’s degree.
In addition to this, Sima Didar, Hajar Kabiri and Majid Makouyizad are other Azeri activists who were denied the right to continue their education for their master’s degree after participating in the university exams. (Savalan Sassi – Sep. 7, 2010)

Sunni prisoners insulted and beaten in Gohardasht Prison

According to reports from Iran, cellblock 2 known as the Dar al-Quran in Gohardasht Prison is very tense after prison agents insulted Sunni prisoners. These prisoners who are mostly Kurd political and non-political prisoners protested the insults which were being broadcasted from the cellblock loudspeakers.
Prison officials Kermani and Faraji and other prison guards threatened the Sunni protesters that if they do not end their protests, prison guards will beat them and transfer them to solitary cells…
On Sunday September 5, when they see that the protests of political and non-political Sunni prisoners were ongoing, Karami, Faraji the head and assistant head of the Prison Intelligence Unit and prison guards attacked a Sunni prisoner identified as Ata-ollah Azizi and beat him, subsequently taking him to cellblock 6 in this prison.
The Prison Intelligence Unit instigates and encourages other prisoners to clash with Sunni prisoners and there is a high chance of widespread religious clashes in this cellblock. (Human Rights and Democracy Activists in Iran – Sep. 6, 2010)
Families of detained Christians threatened in Mashhad
The Islamic Revolutionary Court in Mashhad has threatened the families of detained Christians and has told them that if the jailed Christians do not turn back to Islam, they will be charged with apostasy.
According to reports, three of these converted Christians identified as Reza (Stephan), his wife Maria and Ehsan Behrouz were arrested on July 8, 2010 on charges of converting to Christianity. Branch 901 of the Revolutionary Court in Mashhad asked the families of these three Christians on August 29 to participate in their trial.
According to reports from a source close to this case, in the above mentioned session, court and security officials told these families that despite 50 days of attempts by guidance agents to convert these prisoners back to Islam, these people have still not given a positive answer and are not willing to leave their Christian beliefs…
Judicial and security officials in Mashhad have also said that if their families are not able to force them back to Islam, they will charge them with apostasy and they will be tried on these charges.

حق تحصيل
محروميت از تحصيل در مقطع کارشناسي ارشد براي دو فعال دانشجويي
سيامک ميرزايي و حافظ سردارپور از فعالين دانشجويي، که در کنکور ورودي مقطع فوق ليسانس شرکت کرده بودند از ورود به دانشگاه محروم شدند.
به گزارش ساوالان سسي، بدنبال اعلام نتايج نهايي آزمون فوق ليسانس دانشگاه هاي دولتي کشور در هشتم شهريور ماه، حافظ سردارپور رتبه 500 کنکور کارشناسي ارشد در رشته توليدات دامي علي رغم کسب رتبه لازم جهت قبولي در دانشگاه هاي انتخابي، مردود اعلام شده است.
هم چنين سيامک ميرزايي فارغ التحصيل مهندسي توليدات دامي از دانشگاه رشت که در آزمون کارشناسي ارشد رشته توسعه روستايي شرکت کرده بود پس از مراجعه به سايت سازمان سنجش براي دريافت نتايج اوليه با نقص در پرونده مواجه شده است. پس از پيگيري هاي اين فعال دانشجويي مسئولين سازمان سنجش به وي گفته اند که او فاقد صلاحيت سياسي براي ورود به مقطع کارشناسي ارشد است.
علاوه بر اين سيما ديدار، هاجر کبيري و مجيد ماکويي زاد ديگر فعالين مدني آذربايجاني هستند که پس از شرکت در کنکور سراسري سال 89 با محروميت از ادامه تحصيل در مقطع فوق ليسانس مواجه شده اند. (ساوالان سسي – 16/6/89)
نقض حقوق اقليتهاي مذهبي و قومي
توهين و ضرب و شتم زندانيان اهل تسنن در بند 2 زندان گوهردشت کرج

بنابه گزارشات رسيده به "فعالين حقوق بشر و دمکراسي در ايران" فضاي بند 2 معروف به دار القرآن زندان گوهردشت کرج در پي توهين به زندانيان اهل تسنن اين بند بسيار متشنج است و زندانيان اهل تسنن که اکثرا زندانيان سياسي و عادي هموطنان کرد مي باشد نسب به توهين که از بلندگوي بند عليه آنها ابراز شده است اعتراض دارند.
اعتراضات ابعاد گسترده اي به خود گرفت کرماني و فرجي و پاسداربندها در جمع اعتراض کنندگان اهل تسنن حاضر شدد و آنها را تهديد کردند که اگر به اعتراضات خود پايان ندهند گارد زندان را براي ضرب و جرح و انتقال به سلول انفرادي وارد خواهند کرد...
روز يکشنبه 14 شهريورماه اعتراضات زندانيان سياسي و عادي اهل تسنن ادامه مي يابد کرماني و فرجي رئيس و معاون اطلاعات زندان و پاسداربندها به يکي از زندانيان اهل تسنن بنام عطا الله عزيزي يورش مي برند و او را با ضرب وشتم به بند 6 زندان گوهردشت کرج منتقل مي کنند.
از طرفي ديگر اطلاعات زندان ساير زندانيان را تحريک و تشويق به درگيري با زندانيان اهل تسنن مي کنند و احتمال در گيري مذهبي گسترده در اين بند وجود دارد. (فعالين حقوق بشر ودمكراسي در ايران – 15/6/89)
تهديد خانواده هاي بازداشت شدگان مسيحي در مشهد
دادگاه انقلاب اسلامي مشهد ضمن تهديد خانواده هاي بازداشت شدگان مسيحي به آنان گفته شده است؛ در صورتي كه اين افراد به اسلام برنگردند براي آنان حكم " ارتداد " صادر خواهد شد !
به گزارش شبكه خبر مسيحيان فارسي زبان ، ۳ تن از نوكيشان مسيحي مشهد به اسامي "رضا (استيفان) ، همسرش ماريا و احسان بهروز" به اتهام گرويدن به مسيحيت از هفدهم تيرماه ۱۳۸۹ ( ۸ جولاي ۲۰۱۰) همچنان در بازداشت بسر مي برند . شعبه ۹۰۱ دادگاه انقلاب مشهد در روز يكشنبه مورخ ۷ شهريور۱۳۸۹ ( ۲۹ اگوست ۲۰۱۰) ، از خانواده هاي اين ۳ زنداني مسيحي خواسته است تا براي شركت درجلسه اي در دادگاه حضور يابند .
مطابق گزارش منابع نزديك به اين پرونده در جلسه مذكور مسئولين دادگاه و مقامات امنيتي به خانواده هاي افراد بازداشت شده گفته اند كه با وجود ۵۰ روز تلاش ماموران براي ارشاد و بازگشت اين زندانيان به دامان اسلام ( البته به روش مهروزانه زندان انفرادي و آزار دادن ! ) ، اين افراد هنوز هيچ پاسخ مثبتي نداده اند و حاضر نيستند تا دست از اعتقادات مسيحي خود بردارند ...
مقامات قضايي و امنيتي مشهد همچنين ضمن تهديد گفته اند كه اگر شما نتوانيد موفق شويد(كه آنها به اسلام برگردند) ما براي آنان جرم " ارتداد" را در نظر ميگيريم و اين سه تن با اين اتهام در دادگاه مورد محاكمه قرار خواهند گرفت.
معني وارد آوردن رسمي اتهام " ارتداد" به يك نفر در ايران ، درخواست "اعدام" براي اوست ... (ايران پرس نيوز – 15/6/89)
