According to sources, 6 brave students who managed to reveal and prevent a rape attempt by Hassan Madadi (former University Co president of Zanjan)have been charged of "Propagating insecurity by attempting to rally and creating puplic concern" each for certain prison sentences.
Bahram Vahedi, Soorna Hashemi, Arash Rayeji, Payam Shekiba and Mohammad Hassan Jonidi have been imprisoned, where the main convict Hassan Madadi has been promoted in a State Ministry Post.

Background :
The 6 students where informed of the attempt to rape by friends of the vicitm and intervened before the attempt while taking film of the University official at work.
The clip was released on the the World Web through the Youtube as a scandal.
حکم زندان، مجازات افشای قصد سوءاستفاده جنسی معاون دانشگاه
شش نفر از دانشجویان دانشگاه زنجان که معترض و افشا‌کننده‌ی قصد سوء استفاده‌ی جنسی حسن مددی، معاون دانشگاه زنجان، از یک دانشجوی دختر بودند، مجازات می‌گردند. اتهام این دانشجویان "تشویش اذهان عمومی و تحریک به تجمع غیرقانونی به قصد برهم زدن امنیت کشور" است. در این رابطه بهرام واحدی، سورنا هاشمی، آرش رایجی، پیام شکیبا و محمد حسن جنیدی، به یک سال زندان و علیرضا فیروزی به یک سال و چهار ماه زندان محکوم گردیدند. حسن مددی هم‌اکنون در سمتی دیگر در وزارت علوم به کار مشغول است
