Iran hangs four people in Yasouj

The Public and Revolutionary Prosecutor of Yasouj said that four narcotics smugglers were hanged in Yasouj.
“These people were convicted of possessing and carrying more than one ton and 255 kilograms of opium to Tehran and were sentenced to death after legal procedures”, Hojatel Islam Seyed Mahmoud Moussavi Pour said.
“The sentence was carried out on Thursday morning in the Yasouj Central Prison after it was upheld by the Attorney General. (Mehr state-run News Agency – May 27, 2011)

Iran on Sunday hanged in public in the western city of Kermanshah two men convicted of child rape, the official IRNA news agency reported.
The men sent to gallows were identified as P. Mohammadi Pashterizeh and A. Namaki. (AFP, Official Website of the Kermanshah Judiciary – May 29, 2011)

Iran hangs four prisoners in Kerman
According to the Mehr News Agency, four drug traffickers who were sentenced to death by the Kerman Revolutionary Court were executed in the Central Kerman Prison. Their death sentences were upheld by the Attorney General.
Officials of the Amnesty Commission had refused to grant them amnesty or clemency. (Jahan News state-run website – June 1, 2011)

Prisoners hanged in Evin Prison
According to reports, on Wednesday June 1, the death sentence of a number of Gohardasht (Rajayi Shahr) Prison prisoners who were transferred to solitary cells in Evin Prison was carried out. Abdolhamid Rigi, 36, was among those executed today. However, the death sentence of his uncle, 40 year old Mohammad Rigi, was temporarily stayed and postponed to a later time.
Rigi’s family and lawyer were not informed about his execution and his family was denied the right to see him for the last time before his execution.
These two prisoners had been denied family visits for more than 8 months.
When Abdolhamid’s family reached Tehran from Zahedan this morning, they were told that their son was already hanged. Security agents intended to bury his body in Behesht Zahra Cemetery, but his family requested that they allow his body to be buried in his hometown in Zahedan and his body was finally handed over to his family.
Mohammad Rigi and Abdolhamid Rigi were arrested in 2006 in the Khalij Fars Highway in Tehran after clashing with security forces while they were both shot and injured. They were transferred to the Shahpour Criminal Intelligence Department where they were subjected to brutal torture for five months and were later transferred to Gohardasht Prison in Karaj. They were both sentenced to death by the 15th branch of the Revolutionary Court headed by Salavati and were sentenced to two executions each on charges of Moharebeh [enmity with God]. Iran hangs two people in Tehran and Salmas; 2 prisoners executed every 24 hours in Iran
An Azari prisoner was hanged on June 2 in Salmas Prison while an Afghan national was executed in Evin Prison.
According to reports, in addition to Abdollah Jaber [which was reported before], an Azari man identified as Mohammad Kousha was also hanged in the Central Salmas Prison. This man was convicted of drug related charges.
The state-run Jam-e-Jam daily also reported that an Afghan national who had murdered his wife was hanged on Wednesday. This prisoner was hanged along with a man from Baluchistan in Evin Prison.
Considering the above mentioned executions, two people were executed this month (May) every 24 hours. (Human Rights Activists in Iran – Jun. 3, 2011)

Women’s rights activist killed by security forces in father’s funeral

Haleh Sahabi [women’s rights activist who was on leave from prison after her father went into a coma] stood at the front of the funeral procession which carried the body of [her father] Sahabi. She protested the violent measures of security forces in the funeral and was attacked [by security forces]. She fainted as a result of the attack and was transferred to a hospital but the doctors attempts to save her life were in vain and the eldest daughter of Ezatollah Sahabi passed away…
Her uncle has announced that she died because she was struck in the stomach and lungs and suffered a heart attack.
Ahmad Montazeri, son of the late Ayatollah Montazeri who was present in the funeral also confirmed that she was beaten by security forces and said that she was also insulted by the agents…
Haleh Sahabi was a member of the Mothers for Peace Organization and a was women’s rights activist…
She was beaten and arrested last year in a gathering in protest to the swearing in ceremony of Ahmadinejad and was held in detention for some time.
She was released after 13 days on bail but was later tried in the 26th branch of the Revolutionary Court and sentenced to two years of prison and a fine which was upheld by the court of review. Haleh was in Evin Prison until last week serving her prison term [and received a leave from prison to see her ailing father]. (Jaras Website – Jun. 1, 2011)

Tehran Prosecutors says 300 drug smugglers are on death row
The Public and Revolutionary Tehran Prosecutor said, “Death sentences have been issued for 300 convicts for drug related charges and those who possessed at least 30 grams of heroin”…
“Unfortunately [the main elements] are not among these people and we have to try go towards [arresting] the heads of the distribution, possession and smuggling of narcotics.
The Tehran Prosecutor also cited 250 cases of convicts sentenced to death or life in prison and said, “Reports have been provided on these people recently and will be conveyed to the heads of the judiciary based on our priorities”. (Fars state-run News Agency – May 29, 2011)

چهار زنداني در ياسوج اعدام شدند

خبرگزاري مهر: دادستان عمومي و انقلاب ياسوج گفت: چهار قاچاقچي مواد مخدر در ياسوج به دار مجازات آويخته شدند.

حجت الاسلام سيد محمود موسوي پور در گفتگو با خبرنگار مهر افزود: اين افراد متهم به نگهداري و حمل بيش از يک تن و 255 کيلوگرم ترياک به مقصد تهران بودند که بعد ازدستگيري و انجام مراحل قانوني به اعدام محکوم شدند.

وي بيان کرد: حکم صادره پس از تاييد دادستاني کل کشور صبح روز پنجشنبه گذشته در زندان مرکزي ياسوج اجرا شد. (خبرگزاري مهر – 7/3/90)

ايران دو مرد را در ملأ عام به‌دار آويخت

به گزارش خبرگزاري ايرنا ايران روز يکشنبه 2مرد متهم به تجاوز به کودک را در شهر غربي کرمانشاه محکوم کرد.

اين 2نفر که به پاي چوبه‌دار فرستاده شدند پ. محمدي پشتريزه (pashterizeh) و الف. نمکي معرفي شدند. (خبرگزاري فرانسه , سايت دادگستري كرمانشاه - 8/3/1390)

اعدام ۴ قاچاقچي در کرمان

به گزارش مهر حکم چهار قاچاقچي مواد مخدر که در محاکم انقلاب اسلامي‌کرمان به اعدام محکوم شده بودند و احکام صادره در دادستاني کل کشور تأييد شده بود، در زندان مرکزي کرمان به مرحله اجرا درآمد.

مراجع ذيصلاح عفو و بخشودگي با يک درجه تخفيف حکم و فو نامبردگان مخالفت کرده بودند. (سايت جهان نيوز- 11/3/1390)

اعدامهاي امروز : اعدام چندين نفر در اوين

بنابه گزارشات رسيده به "فعالين حقوق بشر و دمکراسي در ايران"صبح روز چهارشنبه 11 خردادماه حکم اعدام تعدادي از زندانياني که از زندان گوهردشت کرج به سلولهاي انفرادي زندان اوين منتقل شده بودند به اجرا گذاشته شد. از جملۀ آنها زنداني عبدالحميد ريگي 36 ساله جزء اعدام شدگان امروز بود.ولي حکم اعدام دائي وي محمد ريگي 40 ساله بطور موقت به زمان ديگري موکول گرديد.

اعدام عبدالحميد ريگي در حالي صورت گرفت که خانواده و وکيل او از اجراي حکم بي اطلاع بودند. خانواده آقاي ريگي از آخرين ديدار با عزيز خود محروم شدند . اين 2 زنداني بيش از 8 ماه است که از داشتن ملاقات با خانواده هاي خود محروم بودند.

صبح امروز خانواده ريگي زماني خود را از زاهدان به تهران رساندند که حکم اعدام اجرا شده بود. مامورين قصد دفن کردن جسد اين زنداني را در بهشت زهرا داشتند ولي خانواده آنها خواستار دفن عزيزشان در محل سکونت خود در زاهدان بودند که در نهايت جسد او را به خانواده وي تحويل دادند.

زندانيان محمد ريگي و عبدالحميد ريگي سال 1385 در بزرگراه خليج فارس تهران در پي درگيري با نيروي انتظامي در حالي که هر دو مورد اصابت گلولۀ آنها قرار گرفته بودند دستگير شدند و به آگاهي شاهپور منتقل شدند آنها به مدت 5 ماه تحت وحشيانه ترين شکنجه ها قرار داشتند.سپس به زندان گوهردشت کرج منتقل شدند.اين دو زنداني در شعبه 15 دادگاه انقلاب توسط صلواتي معروف به قاضي مرگ مورد محاکمه قرار گرفتند و تحت عنوان محاربه به 2 بار اعدام محکوم شدند. دو نفر در تهران و سلماس اعدام شدند/ هر ۲۴ ساعت ۲ نفر

يک شهروند آذري روز دوم خرداد در زندان سلماس و يک تبعه افغان در زندان اوين اعدام شدند.

بنا به اطلاع گزارشگران هرانا، روز دوم خرداد ماه علاوه بر عبدالله جابر يک شهروند آذري به نام محمد کوشا در زندان مرکزي سلماس اعدام شده است.

اتهام اين شهروند از سوي مقامات قضايي جرايم مربوط به مواد مخدر اعلام شده است.

هم چنين روزنامه جام جم از اجراي حکم اعدام يک تبعه افغان در روز چهارشنبه که همسر خود را به قتل رسانده است خبر داد.

اين زنداني همراه با زنداني بلوچ در زندان اوين اعدام شده است.

با احتساب اعدام‌هاي فوق در طي ماه جاري در هر ۲۴ ساعت دو نفر اعدام شدند. (هرانا – 13/3/90)

قتل خودسرانه

كشته شدن هاله سحابي در مراسم تشييع جنازه پدر

هاله سحابي صبح امروز در صف جلو تشييع کنندگان پيکر مهندس سحابي به رفتار خشونت‌آميز نيروهاي امنيتي و لباس شخصي اعتراض کرد و مورد حمله آنان قرار گرفت. اين حمله به بيهوشي او انجاميد و دکتر پيمان او را به بيمارستان منتقل کرد؛ اما معالجات بي‌حاصل ماند و دختر ارشد مهندس سحابي در روز تشييع پيکر پدرش به شهادت رسيد...

عموي هاله سحابي ساعتي پس از آن اعلام کرد که علت درگذشت برادرزاده‌اش ضربه به شکم و ريه و نهايتا ايست قلبي بوده است.

احمد منتظري، فرزند آيت‌الله منتظري که شاهد حوادث بوده نيز دقايقي پيش با تاييد مسئله ضرب و شتم هاله سحابي توسط ماموران عنوان کرد که اين ضرب و شتم با هتاکي همراه بوده است...

هاله سحابي از اعضاي "مادران صلح"، و از فعالان حوزه زنان بود...

او سال گذشته و زماني که براي اعتراض به تحليف محمود احمدي‌نژاد در مجلس شورا در ميدان بهارستان حاضر شده بود، توسط نيروهاي امنيتي و با ضرب و شتم بازداشت شد و مدتي را در بازداشت به سر برد.

فرزند ارشد مهندس سحابي، پس از ۱۳ روز با تامين وثيقه از زندان آزاد شد اما چندي بعد در شعبهٔ ۲۶ دادگاه انقلاب اسلامي به دو سال حبس تعزيري و پرداخت جريمه نقدي محکوم و اين حکم در دادگاه تجديد نظر تاييد شد و وي تا دو هفته‌ي پيش در حال گذراندن محکوميت خود در زندان اوين بود. (جرس – 11/3/90)

حكم اعدام

دادستان تهران: 300 قاچاقچي مواد مخدر به اعدام محكوم شده‌اند، متأسفانه در بين اين افراد دانه درشت ها به چشم نمي‌خورند

دادستان عمومي و انقلاب تهران گفت: براي 300 متهم در رابطه با قاچاق مواد مخدر و كساني كه حداقل 30 گرم هروئين به همراه داشته‌اند حكم اعدام صادر شده است...

دادستان تهران با اشاره به اين مطلب كه 300 نفر از افرادي كه در بحث مواد مخدر فعاليت داشته‌اند به اعدام محكوم شده‌اند، گفت: متأسفانه در بين اين افراد كساني كه دانه درشت باشند به چشم نمي‌خورند و ما بايد تلاش كنيم به سمت كساني برويم كه سردمداران توزيع و حمل و نقل مواد مخدر هستند.

دادستان تهران همچنين به 250 پرونده‌اي كه متهمان آن به اعدام و حبس ابد محكوم شده‌اند اشاره كرد و گفت: به تازگي گزارشي از اين افراد تهيه شده و بر اساس اولويت‌بندي به مسئولان قوه قضاييه گزارش شده است. (فارس – 8/3/90)
