Regime official says ‘troublemakers’ should be brutally dealt with in public

Fars state-run News Agency- The head of the Security Commission in the Iranian Majlis, Alaeddin Borujerdi stressed that dealing with troublemakers in the society has to be cruel and in public and said, “prison conditions should also be very hard for troublemakers and sentences should be promptly issued for them”…
“The police are at the front lines of the operation but the decisiveness and speed of the Judiciary in seeing to the cases regarding social security is very important and criminals in these cases should be firmly dealt with”, he said…
Borujerdi cited checkpoints and the role of the Bassij in providing national security and said, “The checkpoints that existed before and do not exist today had a great effect in providing security”.

خبرگزاري فارس: رئيس کميسيون امنيت ملي مجلس علاءالدين بروجردي با تأکيد بر اين‌که برخورد با اشرار جامعه بايد بي‌رحمانه و در ملأ عام باشد گفت: شرايط زندان نيز بايد براي اشرار بسيار سخت بوده و احکام صادره در مورد آنها نيز بايد سريع باشد.

بروجردي ادامه داد: پليس در خط مقدم جبهه عمليات قرار دارد ولي قاطعيت و سرعت قوه قضاييه نيز در رسيدگي به پرونده‌هاي امنيت اجتماعي از اهميت بالايي برخوردار است و بايد با قاطعيت با مجرمان اين پرونده‌ها برخورد شود...

بروجردي به ايست و بازرسيها و نقش بسيج در تأمين امنيت اجتماعي نيز اشاره کرد و گفت: ايست و بازرسيهايي که قبلاً وجود داشت و امروز وجود ندارد، تأثير زيادي در امنيت و تأمين امنيت داشت.. (خبرگزاري فارس (رژيم)- 4/5/1390)
