Security official: improper veiling is apparent crime

The Assistant head of the State Security Forces Social Department announced that the ‘veiling and chastity plan was announced by Mahmoud Ahmadinejad in 2005 and security forces carried out the plan after a request by the leader in 2007”.
“The reason the plan came to a standstill was because of the elections, street clashes and seditions which took up all the time and energy of security forces”.
“Improper veiling is an apparent crime in the Islamic Penal Code and to this end, State Security Forces have carried out the necessary coordination with the Interior Ministry and other institutions like the Judiciary and carried out the Veiling and Chastity Plan”, Kargar said stressing that it was the duty of the State Security Forces to counter apparent crime

معاونت اجتماعي نيروي انتظامي با بيان اينکه "طرح حجاب و عفاف در سال ۸۴ توسط محمود احمدي نژاد ابلاغ شد و نيروي انتظامي سال ۸۶ طرح مذکور را پس از درخواست رهبري شروع کرد"، خاطرنشان نمود "علل وقفه در اجراي اين طرح ورود به انتخابات و درگيري هاي خياباني و فتنه اي بود که تمام نيرو و وقت نيروهاي انتظامي را درگير کرد."
به گزارش جهان نيوز، سردار کارگر، معاونت اجتماعي ناجا، با تأکيد بر اينکه وظيفه نيروي انتظامي مبارزه با جرم مشهود است گفت: در کشور، بي حجابي از جرم هاي مشهود در قانون مجازات اسلامي است و به همين منظور نيروي انتظامي براي انجام اين طرح هماهنگي هاي لازم را با وزارت کشور و دستگاه هاي ديگر از قبيل قوه قضاييه انجام داد و وارد کار اجرايي طرح حجاب و عفاف شد.
