The brother of Mohammad-Javad Porandakh broke his silence after one year on the eve of the anniversary of his brother’s death and announced that Mohammad-Javad did not commit suicide and that his family’s suit against agents of the Ministry of Intelligence and the judge presiding over his case has so far been without result.
Mohammad-Javad Porandakh was a chemical engineering student at the Isfahan Industrial University who was summoned to the Isfahan Intelligence Agency after students in this university protested election results. His body was found two days after he went to the Intelligence Agency

محمد جواد پرنداخ خودکشي نکرده
برادر محمدجواد پرنداخ پس از يکسال سکوت خود را شکست و در آستانه سالگرد جان باختن برادرش اعلام کرد محمد جواد خودکشي نکرده و شکايت خانواده او از ماموران اطلاعات و قاضي پرونده برادرش تاکنون بي نتيجه بوده است.
محمد جواد پرنداخ، دانشجوي مهندسي شيمي دانشگاه صنعتي اصفهان بود که پس از شرکت در تجمع دانشجويان اين دانشگاه در اعتراض به انتخابات مخدوش 22 خرداد 88، به اداره اطلاعات اصفهان احضار و پس از دو روزجسد بي جان او پيدا شد. (روزآنلاين – 2/6/89)
